Amazing work. Fast and professional. Atlas has some quality employees that go above and beyond to make the customer is happy. I had the drain tile system installed and the quality of work was excellent. From prep work to installation and cleaning, the work was done quickly and with attention to detail. The employees took great care to be safe during the times of CoVid and I appreciated that. I would gladly hire them for future services and would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Atlas just completed an install of drain tiles and sump pump in our home. From my first contact with Carol in the office to our meeting with Jim Mitros it was an extremely professional experience. When we met with Jim he detailed exactly what the process would be and what we needed to do to prepare for the project. Everything went according to plan and the crew they sent were timely, polite and extremely hard working! I definitely give Atlas 2 thumbs up!!

We had a great experience with Jim Mitros and the entire Atlas team, who we hired in Spring of 2021 to install interior drain tile around the perimeter of our basement, shore up the foundation of our 100 year-old home, and install exterior drains in our front and back yards to redirect the flow of water away from the home. Their work was outstanding, every crew member was professional, on-time, and courteous, and their communication/responsiveness to all our inquiries was the best of all the vendors we hired for a massive home renovation. If you have challenging foundation/waterproofing needs at your house, this is the company to go with.

I contacted Atlas on a recommendation from a good friend and was put in touch with Jim. He was so friendly and responsive. He came to my home within 2 days of calling and ended up finding out we didn’t need the work we thought we did after all. He was completely honest and didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need. It’s not often you find a company that you can really trust and based on my experience I would trust Jim and Atlas 100%! If we end up needing anything in the future, I would absolutely call them.

We had our sump pump and battery backup replaced, along with increasing the size of the pipe and running the drain out further from the house. They were very neat, professional, and couldnt hardly tell where they had dug. Works beautifully and provided the peace of mind we wanted.

I had Atlas repair/replace a failing wall in the basement of the house I just moved into. I had gotten quotes from several companies, and Atlas was willing to work within my budget. The crew was on time and communicative. Very professional and they were consistent with Covid protocols while working. The end product was great.My only complaint was that the time frame that was initially given to us by the office did not meet up with what the workers were planning on. It was an honest miscommunication on their end, and it was resolved. Overall they did an excellent job!

Atlas Restoration was used to procur an estimate for structural issues of my home that was put on the market. Jim Mitros was the representative that assisted in this process. He definitely is an asset to this company and made a lasting impression. His caliber of knowledge, professionalism, honesty and follow through are just some of the highlights that makes this business a 5+ rating! The estimate was specific, detailed, thorough, comprehensive and completed in a timely manner. Once the estimate was received Jim personally followed up on several occasions and answered any and all questions/concerns. In addition, he was not high pressured and respected the boundaries set by my inquiry. Because the potential buyer agreed to making repairs I did not employ Atlas. However all of the preliminaries would certainly have led me to contracting Atlas. Without reservation check this company out n ask for Jim💯

They replaced 2 undersized piers and rotten posts to stop sinking. They attempted but were unable to raise the beam that had sunk. Work looks good. Staff cleaned up afterwards and were polite. Only time will tell if it continues to sink but now that the post is actually sitting on the pier, I believe it will be fine.

We used Atlas Restoration for new interior drain tile, sump pump, window well drains and connection to public storm system. The entire process was smooth from estimate through installation. Gary Milligan was very knowledgable, helpful, and available whenever we had questions. The installation crew, led by Ruben, was phenomenal. They took extra care while working in our home and focused on cleaning up each day. Overall, our expectations were exceeded and we would recommend Atlas to friends and family.

Atlas restoration was recommended to me by a friend. After my basement flooded for the second time in a year, they did a thorough investigation on the multiple issues I was dealing with. Ive been using Altas for years and working with Jason Clesle starting with a few foundation crack sealing jobs and a crawlspace encapsulation at my home. They even removed an outdated fireplace - where can you find a company whose willing to do that??? We had our basement waterproofed and an egress window installed by Atlas Restoration.Jim Mitros at Atlas guided us through the process. When small issues came up Jim always made sure they were resolved in our favor. Jim provided a high level of customer service.The employees doing the hard work were efficient. Arriving at 7:30 for an 8:00 start they explained each days work plan.I enjoyed working with Atlas and look forward to a dry basement.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They were first class. Came in at the lowest bid and completed the work as requested. They installed an interior drain tile system which can be a messy job. They managed their dust well, cleaned up and were able to work around all the furniture and items in the area. No silly up charges for additional demo work they had to do.

Eric and his crew, who did the actual work, were on time, VERY neat and professional and courteous. As they were leaving I saw Eric on his hands and knees washing our foyer floor so everything was left in a pristine condition! They definitely lived up to the expectations and were amazing to work with, right from the first phone call. On the day of the appointment, Kaz W. gave me a call to let me know exactly when he will arrive and showed up on time. He was even mindful of safety precautions given the Corona related guidelines. He is a problem solver, and it became evident that he was very knowledgeable about the subject matter. Very professional, and really, just a good guy! He took the needed time to thoroughly look at everything, and explained everything out loud as he was observing it. I highly recommend Atlas Restoration.

Wasnt sure where to go for our problem. We had rotted sill plates on a 2 story brick home. Everyone wanted to waterproof the home - but no one could handle the rotted sill plates. Kaz did the initial estimate. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Broke the work we could have done down in an easily understood manner - with drawings. GREAT estimator. A small pool forms in one of our crawl spaces - Kaz stated their waterproofing and crack filling should solve the problem - stated its a great place to start .... And... before spending more money - so far, after a huge down pour it seems to have worked. The crew doing the sill replacement and waterproofing were GREAT as well. It was like we never knew they were here. GREAT job to the team and to the company itself!!! Hopefully wont need their expertise again, but if so, we know who to call. THANKS SO MUCH!!

The guy was responsive and on-time. We havent had a large rain yet to determine if the work was performed well, but I will say to continue your diligence as far as mask wearing while on the job!!! Thats important!!!

Atlas owner/manager expeditiously met with us and carefully described what could be done to level up vertical steps in several of our sidewalks at joints. Proposal agreed with meeting at the site. Then, the work was done to our satisfaction. Solved our problems and the cost to us was very competitive compared to other options we considered. All in all, a really smooth project done quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Atlas!

They fixed a problem with the foundation on one side of our house. I was impressed with their professionalism, speed and pricing but, above that, they operated during the early days of COVID and were great about respecting our requests for social distancing while working on the house.Very impressive, attentive company.

They will not respond to my request to come out and review the work they have done. I have emailed them multiple times and nothing but crickets.

Would HIGHLY recommend this company! We had them put in an entire basement perimeter drainage system. The were in and out within 4 days and my basement was immaculate every day after they left. We did not have any additional dust as they used an air filtration system while they worked. The workers were beyond polite and we had gotten 3 bids from other companies and Atlas was the lowest and yet offered the most. Life time warranty and has followed up after completion to make sure we were happy and that everything was working.

Atlas was great, great pricing & the guys showed up early for the project & they put down cover so there was no sign they were even there... the basement was cleaner after they left than it was before they started!

Because of the lack of customer service/communication, as well as several commitments broken by the companys rep, we have chosen not to hire this company for our project. The way I see it, if they cant be honest and trustworthy before we hire them, why would we entrust them to work on a major construction project in our home. Based on this being only my 1st review given on Google and seeing many positive reviews on this company (the reason I called them), I hesitated before giving a negative review. Ultimately, however, I felt it was the best way to inform other potential customers as well as the companys management (even though I did email them and havent heard back from them). Maybe my poor experience with this company was because of the reps action and not that of the companys. They or anyone else reading this can decide that.

This is the only company. That we found was willing to stop our water leak from the outside of the house, they gave us three options to stop the leaks from the outside. Their competitors never mentioned stopping the water on the outside of our home . They repaired and old water basin needed some repairs. As the first option and it was also the inexpensive option of the three options, this is a very honest company we will use them again, Great job guys..!! MM

Rick Liston, the project manager that I worked with, really went above and beyond my expectations. He was very responsive and came out several times throughout the project to make sure that everything was being done correctly and was very patient answering all our questions. I had a basement leak that we could see only went down about 3 feet below the ground. I had 2 other quotes from National names and they came out at 6K & 4K. Atlas came and quoted $950. In all fairness the other brands want to dig all the way to the bottom of the basement in order to gaurentee their work. But I didnt need all that. Also, I didnt get a guarantee but I didnt need one. Thanks Gary @ Atlas! Great Job! Please tell service technician he was great! It was pretty hot that day and he dug the whole thing by hand. No leaks!

VERY expensive- quoted 8-10,000 but charged me $15,000 50% more And the millwork that he supposedly saved had to be replaced at great expense. I would not use him again

This is a second time that we use Atlas Restoration.First time was in July 19 2010.Second time was on the 8th, March 2018, three new cracks.They are very professional, fast service and the service man were knowledgeable of his profession.The material that they are using to apply to the crack were improved much better than ten years ago.

Choosing Atlas was an excellent decision. The consultation help us identify the real source our water problem, and ther tiered proposal allowed us to choose to implement a portion of it now, and then more later if it turns out that more work is needed. This is the most cost efficient way to incrementally solve the problem. The crew who buried our downspouts were the most polite and friendly workers I’ve ever run across! They were fast, neat, and explained what they were doing as they progressed. The cost was as high as the quality of the work that was performed, but overall the job was done right. We highly recommend Atlas!

Atlas impressed with all phases of the work form the estimating with Jason Clesle to the restoration work by their professional staff. Have used them for both a major and a minor project and they have performed very well. Highly recommended.

Professional and polite

Most of the individuals I interacted with were very professional and responsive. It was interesting how quickly someone could come out and give me an estimate, though, verses actually getting on their schedule to get the work actually done. I would caution you that you may have to wait for their services. There was also a mix up with a window well covering, and the production team secretary insisted I was reading the diagram wrong- and it was my house we were talking about! The company they contracted with did eventually come out and fix the error, but they took away the cover they made by mistake - rather than leaving it to accrue some goodwill. So, someone else got my custom cover! There were a couple other minor disappointments, but overall I was satisfied with their work.

I am very upset about the work of Atlas Restoration. To get an estimate of work we called to this company. The worker (Pat) from this company came and made an estimate for $9000 and said that he will call us back Monday ( he visited our home Friday) after he will discuss this project with his manager. But we did not get any calls from him and after a week waiting, I called to the Companys reception asking about the status of my project. ONLY after my call Pat responded, But I was upset completely - he send us a paper estimate which was $11,225. I was very disappointed and called Pat, asking why the estimate increased on $2225. He said that he did not count the job to fix the cracks, but when he visited out home he measured and confirmed that the company will install beans and fix all the cracks. I will NOT recommend to use this company. They try to make a money by laying to the clients.

I was very pleased with the work that Atlas Restoration performed in fixing the supports holding up the steel beams in my crawl space. The shims that were used to fill in the gaps between the support columns and the steel beams were either standard clay bricks or wood. In the case of the clay bricks, they were cracking and crumbling. Atlas gave me a detailed quote, and then came in and did a nice job of replacing the unacceptable shims with steel plates and tubing. I thought the job would take all day, but the two workers that came worked diligently and efficiently and finished the job in just in a little more than half a day. Before they left they cleaned up everything, so that you could not tell that someone had been working in the crawl space.

I paid exactly what I signed up for and they fixed two leaks in my basement (one being semi-major) with relative ease, punctuality and professionalism. My basement is now bone dry and I can honestly say I have found my basement team for life.

We had our floor reinforced by Atlas earlier in the year. Foreman Robert and his team did a fantastic job. They even broom cleaned the floor each day. Sales and the other people are also responsive and professional.

Did a very good job dealing with water remediation at our church.

Our house was built in 1878. An addition was put on in 1940 and we put an upstairs to the addition in 1996. We noticed new cracks and the patio door not plumb anymore. Atlas Restoration fixed it. Chris was the first man I met who looked over the house and explained the problem and how his company could fix it. In about 3 weeks Salvadore, Jose, and Abel dug seven holes and put the piers in. They raised the section of house that needed it and made our patio door plumb again. They did a fabulous job cleaning up. Rick also came when it was time to lift the addition. All men were friendly and professional. I highly recommend their work.
