Amazing guys! From my phone call to tech visit, they have been nice and fast. Tech took good care of my GE wall oven. He was meticulous with his job and finished it within an hour. The oven works okay and the price I had to pay was reasonable.

Franklin Park Appliance Repair was phenomenal. I have been calling them to come out to our apartment whenever any of my tenant would run into issue with any of their appliance. They deal with all brands and with all appliances. I also call them for HVAC repair and maintenance. The best in the area.

I have an LG refrigerator. I wasnt getting water to my water or ice dispenser. The technician diagnosed it withing4 min and said it had to be programmed. Charged me 250 for labor and took 7 min to program which he didnt. All he did was take a cover off and check wires with a machine that made beeping noises. Then he left and said to turn off the refrigerator for 24 hrs. When I asked how he came about the diagnosis he said he had been doing this since 1980s. I was robbed 🤣

I am very happy with the treatment I got as a customer! Service was excellent. My dishwasher was fixed in a jiffy, no over charging or selling of any kind. Will absolutely recommend!

They have the worse customer service technician came told me what it was wrong which I already knew the deposit 50$ they charge that goes to your repair it really doesnt. Technician said will be 2 weeks to be repaired till he receives the part 2 weeks later says he will be coming next week to install it nothing a week and a half later I call the number its not in service called the customer service number they said they will contact the technician 2 days later havent heard nothing but ofcourse they charged the 50 dollar deposit to check and my 95 dollar check half of the total cosr which was 190 plus 50 I feel like its a scam
