Two years ago, Kim did our taxes and the taxes for our employer. We are now accruing penalties for misreporting our income from that employer (as did another employee), so it is clearly her fault. We have called and emailed repeatedly for months with no assurance that she would take care of it. We are now getting penalties for not resolving it. We have called, emailed, and visited (we now live 6 hours away) and she is still not getting back to us. I do not recommend using this office.
