My wife just needed help pairing her Apple phone and watch. We were the only customers in the whole store as it was almost time for it to close. The salesman started in about me not wearing my mask high enough over my nose to suit him. Of course this turned into a war of words. He was angry because it was almost quitting time Im sure and how dare we show up kinda thing. Very bad experience and I will never set foot in that place again. Ive never been talked to like that in my life and it wont happen again.

I went in to replace my old iPhone that wasn’t working so well. Payton was working that day, from the Georgetown location, and luckily he was there to help me. He went above and beyond to make sure all my excessive data transferred and to be certain that I had everything I needed from my old phone. He is a treasure for Verizon and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anybody for service.

Donald was very polite and helpful. He explained everything with detail made sure i understud. In 2016 when I bought my phone at Verizon I was not sure what I got into. When I had issues with my phone they where very rude. I was very happy with the new representative. Hopefully he will be at the Frankfort store for a very long time.

Poor customer service.....been trying to get in for 2 days. Walked in today and was told they would be an 1 1/2 hour wait. They were helping 1 customer and had another outside waiting. Should have stayed with Appalachian wireless!Update: ordered a Samsung watch on dec.31. Got a message this morning jan.5 saying they need more info for delivery. Delivery is going to Verizon store for me to pick up. So I call the store and im advised my watch is there. I go to the store to pick the watch up and im told they screwed up and it should be later today. BE AWARE OF THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION.

Went to Verizon outlet in Frankfort to inquire about earbuds. Don talked to me about three brands and the two brands he carried. I walked out with the pair he recommended. I will know at Christmas time when my daughter unwraps, charges and uses the earbuds to find out if I chose a good pair of earbuds. I was real impressed with how Don sprayed and wiped down everything the previous customer touched or sat in before he would allow me to enter his work area. Him and his co-worker both kept their masks on the entire time. I trust people who are taking what the medical experts say about Covid-19 seriously. I trust Don.

My 88 year old grandmother and mother visited this store in Frankfort, Kentucky today to get help with activating their cell phones. They were told they would need to go on a waiting list and wait in their cars but he never even asked their names to put them on the waiting list. My mom needed to assist my grandmother with the process and the employee/manager told them they could not go in the store together even... He was very rude and extremely unhelpful. It may be time to find a new manager who is willing to go above and beyond for their elderly clientel.

Went here cause had no service , bill was paid in full but no service. Was helped by younger girl she was eager to help but think her knowledge was limited so she asked older guy next to her and he just blew her of and told her to tell me to dial 611. This was a wasted trip and still no answers. Will go to another location and try or switch to AT&T. Been customer of verzion for 8 years. Worst service i had yet

Horrible service .. I mean no service . I wished I had read the reviews before I went to the store . Tried to purchased some phones for Christmas and the website was giving me issues . Went to the store for help and was denied help because my name was not on the account . Never mind I am the primary on the account with the phones number . But because my husband name was on all the phones , no help from the guy in the store . Said it would be fraud even though when he to verified the account it was my phone it went to. The staff at Verizon call centers talk to be all the time with billing issues , service issue but not the guy at Verizon store in Frankfort.. fraud is the only thing he could say. Really , I verified all account information on the account . Not signing no one up for health produces , just trying to get phone upgrades . Go to another store for help .

Nothing against Verizon but manager of Frankfort store was a real gem. When I arrived, I signed in on ipad with phone number and hit submit and the ipad autofilled my name and address. I then sat in the parking lot nearly two hours waiting to be texted that it was my turn to come inside. I finally went to door to check and was told he had texted me an hour earlier and I had not responded. I showed him my phone where there was no text from him and he said I must have entered wrong number. when I explained I had entered my number, hit submit, and the ipad had autofilled my name and address correctly so the number I entered had to be correct, he effectively called me a liar saying the ipad did not autofill....I then filled in my number on his ipad and hit submit to prove to him that it did autofill my name and address, but of course no apology. I should have left then and there but the charge port on my phone was dying so I really needed to order a phone before leaving town next day. He proceede to order the phone and said he would text me when it arrived. of course he did not. Finally, while it was a minor point, before I ever went to the store the first time, I had called to ask if they could order, if they did the set up, and specifically asked if there was a fee for the set up. While he did not say there was no fee, his answer was, we take care of that which I took to mean they didnt charge a fee. Of course, he vehemently denied having said that and charged $20 in addition to the $40 activation fee. I recommend you go to g-town, versailles, lexington, anywhere but the frankfort store for your next purchase.

Travis was very helpful in finding me a new phone, giving me all of the choices and prices to pick from and making me feel comfortable by not being pushy and ensuring me that I was the one who got to choose even though he recommended certain things. It was the fastest Verizon visit I’ve ever had and I was very pleased with my service!

I person working. 1 customer inside, Big store, 3 chairs inside that are at least 8 feet apart and me and another customer ate told to wait in our car at 86 degrees! Wasting our gas to keep cool! 😠

Website states to check-in online, which I did. Got a confirmation text that I would get another text when I was ready to be seen. Waited approximately 45 minutes while other people came and went. Finally went to the door and was told I could come right in they didnt know I was waiting. Very disappointed in the service.

The Verizon store in Frankfort across from Walmart is really really nice, this was my first time going there and the layout of the store was extremely nice and the sales associate Travis was soo nice, he stood there for over an hour answering all my questions and actually was concerned and interested in what I had to say and helped me figure out exactly what and how I needed things even though I didnt purchase anything just paid a payment. If you need some service and you dont know where to start go see Travis at Verizon Wireless in Frankfort hell get you where you need to be and what direction you need to go in. Trust me hes there to help you not out to make a sell unless youre ready to buy. I give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and more!!

These guys know what they are talking about and are willing to put forth the effort to get you what you need. I highly recommend anyone to go there. Love my phone and the service. THE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE!! Me and my spouse came to get new phones. The two employees, Donald and Cory, did not greet us whatsoever! After 20 minutes of standing and waiting three white people (no racist intent but we are black) walked in and were INSTANTLY greeted. No one still said anything to us. After 5 or so more minutes of waiting the employee Donald walked up to us but by that time we were already disgusted and agreed on not giving them any services. We explained that we were very offended and he did not care. He had a nasty nonchalant attitude! We asked for corporate number and their names, he was snapping his neck while giving us the information in a sassy like manner. We are NOT a minority and will not be treated as such. They did not grow up with manners or respect and it shows clearly.

My moms galaxy s5 was acting up. She was in frankfort so she popped in this store. They told her thr phone was worn out and needed replaced. They never looked at the phone, just told her this based of her description of what it was doing. Told her she needed a new phone. I took her old phone, did a factory reset and its been 2 weeks now without the problem repeating. Pretty sad customer service, more interested in making than buck than making repeat business.

I dont know where these people get their training, but this store needs to be restaffed. I went in there yesterday wanting to either upgrade my phone or get my account information to switch to another service, whatever would be cheaper, and my dad went with me since Im on a family plan that is under his name. Within five minutes, the man we talked to (who conveniently did NOT have a name tag) had both me and my dad wanting to just leave Verizon all-together. He refused to acknowledge that I was eligible for an upgrade and kept telling me that if I wanted to get a new phone that is better than what I had (a Samsung S5), I would have to pay an almost $200 downpayment plust whatever I would be paying monthly. He was also very condescending and rude. Dont waste your time with this store. Just go to the one on the other side of town, where they actually care about their customers!

We have had good experiences in this store in the past. Today my fiance went in to get her phone activated. She waited over an hour while the sales people in the store helped customers who entered after her. When she was finally waited on the person couldnt help and offered to call customer service for her. She told him no she could just do that at home. As she left the guy yelled at her across the store EXCUSE ME! and she turned and he said I dont want you to think were rude in a tone that insuated that she was being rude. The guy was so aggressive she came home crying. You can bet verizon has lost our entire familys business because of this one extremely rude employee. So sorry to the other employees there who have been helpful and considerate with us in the past.
