We had a recent problem with water in the basement. we are fortunate enough to find this company by recommendation from a friend. Steve, the owner, was very responsive. He sent his crew out the same day and they worked extremely hard to help clean out much of the debris. We are very happy with their work, strongly recommend them if you ever have a problem.

The interior of my house was damaged by a fire which started on my roof. As a result the walls had to be taken down to the studs. I worked with Disaster Solution and they were wonderful. They had creative ideas about how to rebuild my house within the confines of the existing exterior. Their workmanship was excellent. The workers very friendly and professional. I love my house - every time I walk in the front door I am taken aback by how great it looks. I cannot say enough about this company and their employees!!

On Thanksgiving, a guest flushed paper hand towels in the basement toilet at our townhouse which caused the injector pump to fail. We had sewage water coming out of the shower and injector pump. Disaster Solutions immediately came out and removed the carpeting and wood flooring in the basement and cleaned up the sewage and dried out the basement. They were very quick and professional and did a really great job getting everything done over a holiday weekend. I hope we never have to use them again for an emergency situation but if that ever happens, we will call Steve immediately. We highly recommend them. Best decision we made was calling Disaster Solution.

I have used Disaster Solutions twice for basement water. They were so easy to work with and made a frustrating situation so much better. Because of their quick response, I did not have to replace carpeting or flooring! I refer them to all my friends!

While vacationing on an island in Florida, I was informed by my adult daughter back home in Illinois that the washing machine on the main level of our house overflowed overnight causing $34,000+ worth of damage to my home on the main level and in the basement. Steve and his crew went to the house immediately and started the drying process. Even worse was that our home was under contract to be sold and closing was 8 weeks away. Disaster Solutions was able to get every single item fixed before our deadline including, new hard wood floors, All new drywall ceiling and walls in basement, all new carpeting, new tile in laundry room and new cabinet and counter top. They moved all the furniture out and really took care of everything while we were still in Florida. We were so happy to have most of the clean up done before we even could get back home! Thanks Disaster Solution - Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough positive things about Steve and the entire crew from Disaster Solutions. Loosing my entire house/ personal possessions in a deviststing Fire was heartbreaking enough, I was so devistated I actually let the house sit for 4 weeks. Steve had sent me a packet in the mail, after tons of consideration, he was local, I loved all the other homes he had built in the area I decided to call him. Would you believe he got in his truck that day and met me at my burned house? He was so kind, and I could tell I was doing business with a genuine good company. This was probably the best choice I have ever made. (I was getting pressure from my insurance company to use their preferred builder, but I couldn’t stand him). The rebuild of my home was so smooth, Steve literally took care of everything so I didn’t have to and the best part? His homes are AMAZING. His work is seriously beautiful. If I ever build a home again for any reason: I would have Steve do it. At the end of the day. I am forever greatful that we got in touch with Steve & disaster solutions. At the lowest point of my life, they were their for me and maybe I’m old school, but that means something to me.

Not sure who wrote these other reviews but we just finished a project at our home with Disaster Solutions and couldnt have been more pleased. Our insurance company referred us to DS from the onset of our water damage claim but we opted to go with another contractor - huge mistake!. After the original contractor tried to steal and held back a deposit I reached out to Disaster Solutions who made our repairs a top priority. The workmanship and professionalism are top notch. I would Rate Lower if I could.Steve Vani over promises and under performs. Crew almost blew up my house when they carelessly cut through gas line. They overcharged my insurance company, left me with Hugh gas and electric utility bills and attempted to overcharge me.DO NOT USE unless you can oversee their every move. I woudnt hire them to walk my dog.

This place is terrible. They are rude they do terrible work. I would never recommend this company look at the other reviews and youll see how its not good. They will do sloppy work. If I could give -999 stars I would. the workers dont even try hard they just do whatever.

They dont clean you up after themselves.And park there trucks where ever they want too

I would only suggest that after you get a estimate from disaster solutions, you get another quote. You will be very surprised. You wont go back to these people.

The insurance company hired this company. When I got home from school I noticed that the way some of their equipment was set up was against fire and electric code. When I confronted Steve about the issue he told me he was above code and that he felt threatened by me asking questions. Bottom line this company is in it for the money and will cut every possible corner to get their.
