Prompt and very courteous drivers. Always dependable, and available. Works hard to get everyone worked in and as quick as possible to their destination. Been a life saver at the last minute on several occasions.

Commonwealth Cab telephone numbers are not being answered at this time. What may have happened to halt their service?

Well they hire individuals who have a constant attitude are completely rude and wants to run their mouth about everyone else in the company as well as other customers!!! The only one that works for Commonwealth who knows how to do his job is J.R. and I give him high regards so if anyone who actually rides with them want courtesy and integrity ride with J.R.!!! They have one girl who is nothing but rudeness and thinks she is better than everyone else Shaina who has a hard time with customer service and a comprehension problem of how to do her job!!! Just note that legal action is being taken!!!

Hello! My name is Cory and Ive been taking Commonwealth cab for a couple years now and Ive never had a better driver than Joe. Quality communication, service, and reliability. One of the best taxi/rideshare company experiences I’ve ever had....the dispatchers and drivers genuinely care about getting you where you need to go in a timely manner (especially getting to work on time). Shaina and Sandra are two drivers I’ve received exceptional service from and have always been super friendly when I’ve ridden with them.

The absolute worst business in Frankfort and deserves to be put out of business. Very rude customer service never on time when they say. I called them for their business services and was told 15 minutes after waiting 45 mins a found another ride. I called back weeks later to aquire their business and was told they would be there in 15 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes I called back to check on estimated arrival and the owner told me she lied to me with the attention to get me back for calling bluegrass cab on a previous pick up.

Called 50 mins ago... was told be a 20 min wait. Tried to call..no answer straight to voice mail... Still no cab. Called bluegrass taxi... was here in 15 mins with a 20-25min quote.

I use these guys weekly since moving to frankfort. They are like the show cheers always know my name have an idea of where I like to go. Of course always friendly faces. If there is a problem with routing they make sure to call and verify if I am ok to make some changes.

I didnt even get a cab I called and had the worst service said they couldnt guarantee my written pick up time, and hung up on my grandmother when she cancelled

The drivers are nice people.I give it 2 stars for two reasons:1. They answer the phone KLS. I hung up twice because I thought I had the wrong number. If youre from out of town, KLS makes no sense. A simple Taxi service would suffice.2. Lyft is in town now and cheaper. KLS charged me $12 for a ride from 2nd St to Walmart. The same ride cost me less than $7 with Lyft.I am in no way affiliated with Lyft or any of their drivers.

We had a fantastic experience with Commonwealth cab. Leland picked us up all the way from Four Roses to Louisville. We tried Uber and Lyft and these guys at Commonwealth were willing and more than happy to pick us up and prevent us from being stranded. I will never use Uber or Lyft again. These guys care about your safety.

WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER. I called at 1:50, she estimated 15 minutes. When I called back after 30 I was asked Do you want the taxi or not? I was simply just trying to figure out where they were because I had to be at work. They kept making excuses saying they went to the wrong street and I asked did they put it in the gps, they said they were just now doing that after like 45 mins had passed!! Just call Bluegrass. Better yet ubet!

Look people its a buisness thats slowly growing and boomin, yes, there are times when they cant answer.. but.. to go on here saying they never answer is absurd.. Im new in frankfort and have been using em since day 1 and have nothing but positive things to say.. friendly drivers, quick responses and low fare.. but of course there are always going to be people that will complain.. keep up the good work!!

Rudest cab service ever! I called a cab and my phone disabled as they called me i tried to explain to them my situation and called them again the lady was very rude and disrespectful and i will be calling back to get her name!

Joe was awesome. He picked us up in less than a minute!!! Great service.

Awful! Absolutely never have a cab available even when I call hours ahead of time. Not reliable at all.

Extremely un-reliable . No one ever answers the phone and you need to have your fingers crossed that someone will even show up . When I say this company never answers the phone ...I mean it .

They are default on their licensure through the state, dont listen to directions. Are rude to deal with and forget to pick you up.

Cab was dirty and smelled terrible. Driver took us on dark back roads which took a lot longer and said he only accepted cash AFTER we finally got to our destination.

The phone is strait to voicemail every time I have called in the mornings. Terrible service
