Helen has altered a few special occasion dresses for me and does an amazing job! Dry cleaning services also excellent. Highly recommend!

I first went to Campus Cleaners to get a couple items dry cleaned. I was very impressed and have since went on two separate occasions to have dresses altered. One was as a wedding guest, and most recently a bridesmaids dress. Helen has always done a great job and is the only person I go to!

I had a bridesmaid dress hemmed and the straps taken in here. They did an awesome job and were able to squeeze me in last minute, just a week before the wedding!

Location was very clean, service was friendly too. She did a repair that I was very happy with!

My boyfriend and I had been looking for a reliable tailor in Frankfort for a while. Multiple people referred us to Helen at Campus Cleaners and she did an excellent job! She was able to tailor 7 pairs of his work pants in just one week for a very good price. I highly recommend going to Helen when you need tailoring done!

This cleaners offers very personalized service. My cleaning items are always ready in a timely manner and they honor special requests. I have used the alterations and have had great experiences. In addition, the store is spotlessly clean and organized as well as decorated with “season appropriate” decor. The owners really care about their business!

Moving itself is hard enough. Having to find all your services and necessities (dry cleaner, plumber, dentist, etc etc) is equally as hard and worrying since really, you dont know how good the place is (even after reading reviews) until you actually try it. Finding a dry cleaner is especially taxing on my mind since in the past, Ive struggled with cleaners that would annoyingly staple numbers to the tags of my clothes, items that would come back smelling odd, items that would come back unclean, items that wouldnt be ready for pickup on the said date and also even lost until Ive questioned. With each city Ive gone to, I would eventually find a solid cleaner and then hated having to change with a move. I definitely did not want to go over all of this again.My husband found Campus Cleaners for us and turned in some suits for dry cleaning. Campus Cleaners did an amazing and quick job. All items were accounted for, ready for pickup at the designated time, charged at a fair price, and nicely hung and clean. The parking is incredibly easy -- though that may not be as much as a concern in this town. The woman I spoke with was also very helpful, friendly, and genuinely nice to chat with. We will be coming here again for more dry cleaning (to probably include specific stains) and also to test out their alterations services. Im hopeful weve found our go-to cleaners! :)

Campus Cleaners is the place to go for your cleaning & alterations in the Frankfort area! The dry cleaning is quick & well done. Helen is a fabulous seamstress & has done work shortening pants for my son. On multiple occasions I have needed alterations on clothing that has needed to be shortened or taken in. I am most impressed that she will make suggestions from the eyes of a seamstress, that I would not have even noticed. She is currently working on my mother-of the bride-dress which requires quite a bit of work & I trust her opinion completely. I found Campus Cleaners through online recommendations & am happy to add mine.

Helen has done several alterations on a bridesmaid dress, and prom dress for me and she did a phenomenal job. Everything was done perfectly and in a timely​ fashion. She is AMAZING!!! I 110% recommend this place!

I had a family friend alter my wedding dress for me but she was unable to press it. I brought my dress here and the women was wonderful. She helped me pick a good day to pick it up to make sure it was still pressed perfectly for my wedding. When I picked up my dress she gave me great instructions on how to keep it perfect for my day!

This is the second time that I have had a bad experience with this dry cleaners! The first time I was over charge for a sports coat that I had dry cleaned and I had to send my clothes back to be pressed. I was told by the owner that because I wanted my clothes back the next day it was too hard on her husband to do. They advertise same day service. The second time the owner asked me if I could pick my clothes up three days later I told her no that I needed them on Monday. However, when I picked my clothes up that Monday after 5:00 o’clock my shirts were wrinkled I ask the owner about the shirts been wrinkled and she told me that I paid for the discount service for shirts that come with having your clothes dry cleaned and that if I wanted them pressed It would cost me $3.99. I will never use this cleaners again lousy cleaners. Thank you for your response to my post concerning your business, but I won’t ever use your services again!

I can’t thank the owner enough. She altered my prom dress this year and I’ve never had a dress fit me so perfectly, she did it exactly how I wanted it. If you need a place to get a dress altered, go here you won’t regrets it.

The best cleaners in Frankfort! They were able to get red wine AND dirt off of the bottom of my wedding dress! Not only that but they boxed and preserved my dress for me. Thank you so much!!

I was near Frankfort for a business trip a few weeks ago and went to Campus Cleaners based on my aunts recommendation. She raves about Helens alterations and only goes to Campus for tailoring. I needed an evening dress altered last minute for a work event and she did such a great job on super short notice. I also had a white suit dry cleaned while I was there and I was able to get it back the next day looking great! Highly recommend Campus Cleaners and Helen especially for any tailoring / dry cleaning.. they will do a great job!

Great service every time. Ive had clothing alteration, down pillow restoration, and dry cleaning, and always get my stuff back looking better than ever. And Helen is always a pleasure to see and chat with. The only cleaner I will go to in the area.

I brought in a suit jacket, suit pants, khaki pants to get tailored. It took about 5 minutes for them to take the measurements and prices very fair. I was able to pick him up in the next week and overall great experience!

I just got a wedding dress hemmed there and it was terrible not what we measured when I went there. The inside hem was extremely shorter than the sheer outside layer. Very upset and now have to walk down the aisle with a ruined dress.

Ive never seen a company fight so hard not to provide a service they offer. To be clear no complaints when they follow through and clean your garments. However, she fights to take days to clean your clothes even though they provide same day service. I drove 35-45 minutes to drop my clothes off at her cleaners and every time regardless if I ask for same day or next day service shes fighting for more time. Shocking since before my first trip there I explained Im on a short timeline and would find another cleaner if she cant have a quick turnaround.If youre looking for same day service steer clear of this place. Definitely an overpriced cleaner for the services provided.

I find prices high but comparable to the area. My problem, however, is the service. It felt like I was bothering the lady every time i walked in the place. Therefore, I stopped walking in.
