Asked them to download online audio to mp3, but they only downloaded parts of the audio and charged me $625! So I ended up downloading it myself. I dont understand how they can charge me $625 for downloading an audio thats so easy that even I (who is not an IT person) can do it myself? I would NOT recommend this place.--------Update: No, my lawyer hired your company and you did work for my attorney.
