Ive been here before and they were very nice and helpful but I went in yesterday with a half ounce gold coin and some misc gold jewelery scrap I felt very swindled to say it nicely because they offered only 600 for a half ounce of gold coin and they dint examine or tell me if any if the stones in the jewelery was real or what to look for in jewelery. I later sold that same coin that same day for over 800 at old world coin and I probably should of taken my jewelry to there expert over there I personally based on this single experience wont be selling any of my gold scrap as they didnt even test any or try to explain to me what stones I did have also they did not give me a recipt and just handed me what I felt was a low ball amount for the gold I did sell them.

Called to check if I could have 2 watch batteries replaced & Went In to store For Watch Battery Replacement. Drove over & walked in & older woman totally ignored me & focused her attention on a sale with another customer. Did not recognize me (or acknowledge my presence & say I will be with you shortly or that another person would do so). After 10 minutes another person came into the jewelry area from which looked like the restaurant they own & finally addressed my battery replacement needs. Poor Customer Service.

Really clean and organized they have very beautifulJewelry, their very helpful and friendly their amd they have a awesome restaurant connected to it!

Very cozy place. Super friendly staff and very good food. I had an omelet and an order of biscuits and gravy. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits tasted homemade and not store bought. It was very good

I stopped in today for a watch repair request. Ive seen reviews online that THIS is the place to go for that. How this store gets 4 and 5 star ratings is a mystery. The lady who addressed my concern said that it world take a MONTH for the repair to be made! That is simply insane, and unacceptable, for a reputable jeweler!!

Frequently come to Diamond Deli. If you have any issues talk to them. If you have any issues they will take care of it as best as possible. Love the food the people the atmosphere!

This is a wonderful store! Gorgeous Jewelry with great selection, repairs are reasonably priced, jeweler does beautiful work and great costumer service. A great bonus is the on-site jeweler. They didnt even have to send my jewelry out, all the work is done at the store. Highly recommend!

Very helpful friendly

Brought in a ring for repair. They had to do so much work to reshape the ring and replace some stones.I almost cried when my husband brought it home the other day. It is beautiful and looks brand new! Ruth has a wonderful and knowledgeable team working for her. This is definitely a place to go when looking for jewelry or needing repairs...and while youre there, enjoy a meal or a drink at their restaurant!

Never had a problem with them in past! But since they moved their terriable!!!brought in a watch an a southwestern watch cuff an picked out a watch bands to go with it ( not expensive at all 9 bucks!)anyway asked if the could put the watch on the cuffs an the band on,told me they would have it ready today by the end of the buisness day,when I didnt hear from them I decided to call!thats when I was told by MARGOThat it would take a week to put a watch band on!!an when I told her that I was told today,she replied no way the gal that told me it would be done told her she never said that!even on my invoice it said expected delivery date as today the 19th,(hummm)then I was told that Margo would get back to me in a few minutes after she checks progress,well never called!!!so I said the hell with it,! dont like being called a lier!!!went to the store to get my property back an was asked why I wanted back ?I replied 1 dont like being called a lier,2nd no one got back to me!an again the lady I encountered was sitting there trying to tell me she never gave me a time when asked about the invoice she replied the computer types the pick-up dates it self!!!Really???and the band that I was going to buy,she took it away and saidThats ours!!!!quote unquote!used to love the place but I guess they only want hi end stuff in an out an those who dont care when they get their merchandise!!!!!!oh!!! as I was leaving I was told we were going to work on it sat!!!
