Fast, quick, AMAZING service! Joyce and Lori are so wonderful! Not to mention you are greeted at the door by Brandy and Arctic (gorgeous and lovable dogs) my husband and I come here for everything! Would highly recommend! They also offer drive up services for quick, on the go service when youre in a hurry! They also provide you with various shipping prices and do not price gauge at all, they let you choose how much and provide shipping times, prices, and carriers before you check out so you know your $$$ range. Staff/owners are super friendly.. this place is super convenient since there’s not really a FedEx or UPS close in the area, plus they are a one-stop shop.. you can mail USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, you can buy small office supplies and paper, you can print things and have copies made, AND they also cut keys! I go here for Sooo many things (not just mailing packages).. they even have some super cute, unique gifts that are made by local vendors. Plus, the best part about this place, you get to see and pet some super cute dogs!

So disappointed that not a single person was wearing a mask. Usually a friendly place but did not want to do business where they wont do something so simple to help protect their patrons, especially since it is such close quarters inside.

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing local mail shop! Joyce is the sweetest, smartest woman and bends over backwards for her customers. She is always thinking of cute new ways to make the shop useful for the community, including events, a work from home station, cute gifts, and her amazing graphic design, printing and shipping skills. SHE SAVED MY CHRISTMAS! I wanted to print and frame my husband and my wedding vows and was having such a hard time on my own. She just took over and they turned out better than I ever could have expected. I immediately started crying when I saw it. 😍😍😍 Thank you, Joyce! You are so sweet and talented. And bonus: her adorable dogs are always there to make the experience extra special. This is a local gem.

Place is ran by super kind and helpful people. Came in looking to grab a box and ship something. They were happy to pack everything up for me and do all of the work with a smile on. They offer plenty of other things other than mail supplies too 10 / 10

BEST KEPT SECRET IN FOX LAKE... THIS SHOPPE HAS SO MUCH MORE TO OFFER BESIDES DROPPING OFF A UPS PACKAGE. TRY A VISIT, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. ITS HARD TO SEE FROM RT 12, LOOK FOR THE RED FENCE.VILLAGE SHOULD DO SOMETHING SO THAT RETAIL SHOPS ARE MORE VISIBLE FOR VISITORS AND RESIDENTS. MORE REVENUE FOR VILLAGE.

This place is amazing. #1) Best prices on everything. #2) The owner does 99.9% hands-on. #3) You are treated old-school..customer is #1.#4) Every service is available...copies, shipping, packaging, laminating, notary public, EBay, you name it, they do it. 10 stars!! This past Christmas I had gifts to send, Sara took the time to cut down her own boxes, physically, using a knife, in order to save me money on dimensions for shipping costs. This place is the best.

I love this place! It has all I need to ship all my items large and small. The owner is super nice and always helpful when I have questions.

Its 2 times now that a package goes missing. And to top it off she hasnt followed up and called me back. Its cost me almost 200 bucks to learn that somethings seriously wrong when you have no trust in doing buissness with a small locally owned operation. While reading her reviews its true shes late opening a lot it happen to me 2 times and another time I saw someone looking in the window 30 minutes after scheduled opening. I hate writing such a bad review but I dont want this to happen to someone else. Than she said she would get back with me and havent heard a word. She lost a lot of money from me seeing I used services 3-4 times week

I wish I could rate ZERO. Dont go here. I walked in with a pre-paid ups label and a box. It was not tapped. The super rude owner yelled at me and lectured me about, I cant afford to provide tape for every. Here buy some. I was not asking for her tape or her bad attitude. I was just looking to ship some books. I walked out feeling like this person was a B@#$* for no reason to a customer. I called the store to let here know it is bad customer service. She was still on her high horse thinking what she did is ok.

UPS gave this place my package. When I finally had time within their very inconvenient open hours, they told me they are no longer working with UPS and gave my package back to them. They only had my package for a day and a half at most. Very inconsiderate and not a good way to do business. Apparently it is under new management and this is how they treat customers. Do business elsewhere, I know I will.
