I am in love this auto shop. Cool atmosphere and a great group of guys. I love the smell of garages. I had my catalytic converter sawed off by a thieves and the wiring ripped out and Sam had it fixed in two days. I got a very fair price , and I’m so happy with the job Sam and his team did. He dealt with my insurance company and kept me up to date. I love this guy. You need to bring your car here . You’ll be very well taken care of.

Sammy the owner is the best around I had my vehicle transported there because he is only person I trust and I live in Northern KY. Cincinnati area all the guys there was so helpful and Sam helped me tremendously I have no check engine light he rebuilt my transmission and put newer engine in my vehicle and he was so professional explains everything I needed and he save me thousands of dollars his prices are the most reasonable around and if there is a problem after work is done he takes care of it at his cost and time I would recommend End of the line auto repair to everyone he does not take shortcuts and he does his best to treat everyone. The same he also knows great fishing spots if you need anything done to your car I would recommend the drive to end of the line auto repair in Fox Lake my car runs excellent it had a bad transmission and engine had lost oil pressure and was overheating he said Tim if you can get it here I will help you through this and he did just that he had my engine out and transmission rebuilt and back in in only 2days the guys are all great there. The repair shop can be trusted with diagnoses and the actual repair. They tell you up front of the estimated cost and time of the repair. More importantly they stand behind the repair. If it fails they will repair it again till it is right. I have never paid twice for the same repair and I have had to return twice. Never recharged for the repair that failed. They generally use OReillys Auto parts store, but are not afraid to use someone elses if need be. The owner, Sam, has relationships with the local car dealers and isnt afraid to call them if he isnt sure about a car situation.

The place will rob you make sure to go and check all work they say they do took my car there for motor and clutch said they put new clutch charge me for it 3000 miles later take it to aamco trans for them to tell me still original clutch need to be replaced do not take your car to them then you talk to them and they say cant find your paper work when I am showing them pic of receipt stay away from this shop

We were extremely stuck in a bind with our warranty company after blowing the engine and Sam offered to take the job on a whole new engine replacement and fight with the warranty company on our behalf. After a small wait time he got them in and had a look at eveything and got them to finally cover what we needed with small amount of out of pocket payment. They were able to Get eveything in and assembled in an extremely timely fashion along with taking a look at a few other things wrong With our vehicle and made some improvements as well for us! Were extremely grateful for what he had done for us in such a short notice and would definitely recommend end of the line automotive to anyone and everyone who needs any kind of work done to a vehicle. Needed my brakes done bad. Got them for a great price and my jeep drive like new! They even called me later that day to ask how are the brakes working. No mechanic has ever done that before. Thanks guys. Youve got a repeat customer.

Had bought my car there they replaced my brake lines replaced. They couldn’t even bleed the brakes right. My car left with new brake lines. And still not braking good avoid them. Now I got to go too another mechanic who know what they doing avoid them.

They really work with you there and help you. They were really friendly.

I took it in for rear spring coils and pads and shock when I go over bumps the rear of the car slams they did not fix it right at first he told me I didnt need pads when I got it back the first time there was a clanging due to the spring coils not on right then when he did put the pads on which he told me originally I didnt need it still goes over bumps hard in the back he didnt fix it right. Dont go there.

They do not not know what they are doing dont bring your car there he messed up my bmw

Place is small but the owner and mechanics are all very nice!

Sam is very good. I had an idiot do a tune up and couldnt drive my car for a week had to get it towed and Sam fixed right up in a few hours and I had my car back. Wont be going to anyone else now. Learned the hard way definitely better to have a shop fox or that way if anything goes wrong you have a receipt. But if you went somewhere else and its messed up call up End of the Line Auot Repair and ask for Sam.

Called to get a quote..left message, received a phone call back the next day..I was given a quotebut when my vehicle was done, they tried charging me an extra $100 because they said the quote they gave me was not the right quote and they spent more time on my car than expected. I also didnt get my vehicle back when I was told it would be finished. I will be taking my business elsewhere...not happy with this experience or place at all...

I called from my cell phone and left a message about getting a quote over the phone or scheduling to have a quote done. 24 hours later no return phone call. I call twice more, from work, ONLY because it is the most convenient location for me to get it fixed. It goes to the machine both times but I dont leave any other messages. I decide that Im going to have to go elsewhere-so much for convenience. About 20 min later, a very, very, very rude man calls back, states someone keeps calling from this number and what do I want. He acts like I called 30 times and left 30 messages. He tells me he cant do quotes over the phone and I find that very reasonable, so I ask about scheduling an appointment. He tells me to just call when I plan on bringing it in. Why would I call to tell them Im coming in when they dont answer the phone during business hours and dont return phone calls. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
