Siberian Elm that lofted up to 60 in height with a root system that had destroyed the driveway. Andrew is very knowledgeable about trees and was able to explain everything to me that was going on when he came out to trim a large maple in my front yard. Before I asked Andrew for a quote I had been given the run around from another company to get a quote, the other company ended up coming out on a different day then what I was told when I wasnt home. Andrew on the other hand made it super simple and quick to get a quote for the trim. After submitting a contact form on his website he contacted me immediately the next day to set up a quote and made the process super simple and quick. I was amazed at how fast he got back to me and made me feel appreciated as a customer. He did an amazing job on our tree and we will definitely be going with him from now on for our tree needs.

Andrew gave us a super price and did the work in a timely manner. It was a difficult job because the tree was surrounded by 2 fences a shed and power lines. I also asked him to try to save some bushes that i had and he did a good job saving most of them. Would highly recommend.

We recently had Andrew and his crew come out to remove two massive pine trees, towering at nearly 100 a piece. The crew at Lumberjack Tree Services was nothing short of outstanding. They were extremely polite, considerate, and careful throughout the entire process. Andrew and Randy came over to my house and did a fantastic job trimming my juniper trees. They needed a lot of work to get to the shape Randy and Andrew trimmed them into. They also raked my backyard that was full of leaves, and I was very impressed by the way they cleaned up the leaves in the backyard. They blew off my walks as well in the front and the back yard. We consulted Andrew about our mature, over-grown and sickly cottonwood trees. He gave us a knowledgeable, reasonable and optimistic plan to improve their look and overall condition with a very fair price! Even though the job probably took a bit longer than originally estimated and the trees contained lots and lots of dead wood, he and his right-hand lady Randie did an EXCELLENT JOB trimming and cleaning up!! Our precious trees look 100% better and I think they feel better too :). We are very happy with Lumberjack Tree Services and will use them again in the future as well as recommend to others.

We called Andrew on a Saturday morning following the recent blizzard, inquiring about having our pine tree removed from the front yard after the 90 mph wind uprooted it. After calling other tree services and being told it would be almost $1,000 to remove it, Andrew told me he could come that afternoon and would only charge us a fraction of what the others quoted. We recently bought a house in Colorado Springs that was in need of some pretty heavy-duty landscaping. In particular, we had two large 50 foot trees on our property that were encroaching onto our roof, hanging over the neighbors yards and pressing up against some power lines. Realizing that this was more than I could take on by myself, I began to look around for help. After soliciting some other bids, I gave Lumberjack Tree Services a call, and am glad I did.Andrew arrived at my house promptly for the free inspection. I pointed out to him that in addition to the two large trees, there were numerous smaller trees and shrubs that were in need of maintenence. Andrew admitted that this would be a large job, but instead of attempting to overcharge me for his services due to the scope of the work, the price he offered was less than I had expected to pay. His reasonable quote and can-do attitude was impressive, and so I hired him.Andrew and Lumberjack did not let us down during this very trying job. He and his team expertly took down the two large trees, both of which were quite challenging due to all the man-made obsticles in their path, in just a few days. Additionally, not only were the smaller trees and brush quickly addressed, but Andrew and his team meticulously raked our yard, hauled off some additional brush that we had cut down previously, removed some heavy stones that had been left behind by the old owners and even mowed our grass for us, leaving our yard looking pristine! They did not charge us a penny extra for any of this.Andrew told me numerous times that he believes that if a job needs to be done that it should be done the right way, and I applaud him for his effort in doing so. I have been using Lumberjack Tree Services for a couple years now. I have 10 acres in the mountains, Florrisant, CO, that he has done a great job helping to maintain. Between the trimming, taking down, or overall mitigation Andrew ALWAYS TAKES GREAT CARE OF MY TEEES.

After being asked several times by the owner to give a ‘rave’ review before the job was done, I have decided to go back and edit about the REAL service and situation I was left with. My husband and I hired Andrew to cut down two trees on our property in January 2018. We were given a quote of $1200 for the two. Andrew told us over and over again they were ‘easy’ and ‘simple’ take downs, that shouldn’t take more than a day each. Andrew also told us over and over again how he prides himself on his customer service and how wonderful he is and etc. Dhould have seen the red flag right there. He came about a week later at the beginning of February, and started on an ash tree in the back. He was there for a week doing that, but we were fine with it and were understanding with his excuses. We also had some other things in our yard that needed demolished and a fence put up. Andrew stated he’d take our small barn down and reuse the wood for his personal use for ‘gas and food’. When it came time to make a plan for this, he wanted to charge us $700. He also wanted to charge us $600 in just labor to put up about 10 feet of fencing too. We wanted to give him business, but did not feel right spending that much money (and have since found a company to do a stellar job for less) During the takedown, Andrew broke a fence in the backyard and left the yard a complete mess! Nails and wood pieces from the fence everywhere, wood chips and shavings, branches. Name it! After finishing the tree, he stated he was coming back two weeks later to take down the pine tree on the side of our house, fix the fence and clean up the yard. When that time came, Andrew told us he had gotten injured in another location and was unable to work at all. Meanwhile, we had to fix the fence and clean the yard ourselves so our dog would not get injured. Over the next month and a half Andrew stalled us over and over again, stating he was injured and unable to work. We were very understanding and patient until we saw on his Facebook business page that he was working other jobs and posting about it the entire time. My husband got very frustrated and asked Andrew for a set date to take down the tree, as we had given him a deposit, had been waiting almost two months, had not given our business to anyone else and constantly had to chase him to figure out where we stood. Andrew stopped by the house one evening, with an unknown gentleman, and stated he would take down our tree, but only if we paid him over $1000 more than what he quoted! We never had a contract, but I do have his texts with the quotes. Needless to say, my husband and I were so upset and have had to find someone else to take the tree down (for less of a cost, better job and quicker too) I tried to speak to Andrew about how wrong that was, I got nothing but smart remarks and a rude attitude. He did give us our deposit back. I will NEVER use his services again, and will never recommend him to anyone. If you’re a current customer GET A CONTRACT with a price quote, because he will flip on you quickly! If you’re not a current customer, I will tell you of an easy, clean, affordable and professional place to get your tree services, because this is not it!

No complaints whatsoever, only positive words to describe this service! They went above and beyond!
