If theres a zero star rating, that is what I would rate the current service... John Dellasanta has helped us with both our personal and business taxes for over 20 years, but unfortunately, he passed away in 2020 and since then, the service there is non-existent.We have received a couple FTB requests for missing information for past tax filings and I forwarded them, via emails and six months later, after numerous follow ups, we still have not received any information needed. BTW, no one answers the phone in the office and if you leave voicemails, no one return calls.It is very unprofessional how they just ignore their clients.
