Old lady in the front is really rude and cant answer any of my questions. She answered the phone in English when I called so I started talking to her in English then she cut me off and wanted me to repeat it all in Spanish. Called yesterday because need copies of my w2s and she said $55 wat the hell im a customer anyways I came in today to pick up my W-2s in offices close they have a sign that says closed come back at noon its 1 oclock it is still closed. finally old lady came walking all weird so I looked at her feet and she just came back from getting her feet nails done I dont have almost 1 hour of time to waist and wait for you to get your nails done Pissed me off and she still charged me $10 for my w2s copies. The guy that did my taxes is really cool I recommend him George/Jorge is the best. But the lady in the front is something else.
