Please avoid when doing a transaction with this place.Old Ladys running this place and honestly they dont even know their own names. they are very old and bitter... very very useless. Debbie sucks. save your time this place is garbage. again. Debbie sucks! she should retire already!!!!

Bonita with Prominent escrow was the most helpful, kind, and informative person I have ever had the pleasure of working with in all of my escrow transactions... EVER!!!!She took the time to personally call me when she would email a document to sign just to explain what it was and why it needed to be signed.... She would spend extended periods of time supporting me, answering questions and helping me feel safe about signing a document (or 2 or 400 lol)I am going to personally request to work with Bonita and Prominent escrow whenever I need their services again....It would be wise that request her too!!! Trust me!

Working with Bonita Langejans was a pleasure! She ensured a quick and smooth 15 day escrow and went above and beyond at the final hour to make sure our transaction closed on time! I will definitely be calling upon her in the future!

We had a quick 30 day escrow and the purchase of our new property was contigent on the sale of our home. They handled this with ease and made a stressful situation very pleasant!!

These people dont answer their phone and are not expedient with the closing process. I would not recommend them
