Hands down amazing service! Maldo (I hope I didnt butcher his name) just helped out in a timely manor. I called at 8:15am about another shop that did a horrible installation & he told me to bring it in. Brought the car in a 8:30 and it took longer to check in my vehicle via the computer vs the service and they were so professional and great! Car was done by 8:55 and all I can say is WOW AMAZING SERVICE AND STAFF!!You guys got a new lifetime supporter at this location!

They are truly amazing and they are great people. Came in with a punctured tire and it was fixed quickly. We immediately got help and would definitely come here again. I would really recommend this place !

This place is FANTASTIC! I drove in from Utah and my tires were out of balance on the drive down. I went to Costco initially, but the wait was horrendous and the staff was not friendly. I saw this place as I was leaving Costco, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I had to unload bikes and luggage from my car to get to the wheel lock key, they helped me unload, they got my car right in and taken care of, they did not upsell me on things that were not necessary. So great to find a friendly, and honest staff. I would highly recommend Allen Tire Co.!

Delighted! Location in fountain Valley is AWESOME. Jim (i think thats the mgrs name) and one of the mechanics helped me and didnt charge me for 30 minutes of their work. They solved a problem that was big for me with smiles on their faces and explained everything too while finding a specialist i could go to. Cant speak highly enough of these F.V. Allen Tire employees!

Was recommended this specific location by my roommate. Vince has been very helpful and kind both times I have stopped in! Bought a pair of tires for the first time and was pretty nervous about how much it would cost— the quote I was given barely even phased me! I’ll be coming back for sure.

Came in to get prices for tires. I always shopped at the big warehouse stores but wanted to see what they had. Came in and was greeted immediately with a smile ! He talked about my options and I picked some good new shoes for my car. I now come and visit every 5k miles to get the tires rotated and my oil changed (every 10K ish).

I worked there for a couple weeks as far as service goes they have good service but as an employee its nothing to write home about

The location is a little difficult to get into. They dont have a lot of employee. Prices are ok, service is ok, waiting area is ok.

Highly satisfied with the quality of the set of tires purchased and installed as well as with the follow-up service. It is refreshing when one brings a vehicle to a mechanic expecting to hear that major repairs are needed but instead is informed that only minor adjustments have been made- at no charge! The manager, Mr. Tucker, is very personable and explains repair options well.

Moving from Maine, where there’s like 5 tires stores, to OC where there are hundreds, made the task of not getting hosed much more difficult.Luckily I found Allen Tire in Fountain Valley where Vince, a 27 year associate! No up-sell, no BS with numbers and they even matched a local competitor’s quote saving me enough for an oil change! Highly recommended! Made an appointment online and had the car back very quickly.

Ive been following Vince, the manager, around since I met him at the Mission Viejo location. Hes friendly, honest and makes sure everything is right before either of my vehicles leave the shop. I refer all my friends and family- once they see Vince they dont go anywhere else. Great prices, the best service and never any hidden costs. When you get a price, say for a new set of tires or shocks or brakes, thats what you pay. Because Ive been going to him for so long he knows to check everything related to steering, shocks or struts, brakes, tires, rims, etc. and if theres an issue, take care of it- never a worry. I know my vehicles are in proper working order and safe.
