This place was awesome. Not from California we were on vacation and we rented a car and somehow got a bolt in the drivers side tire. Got right in was fixed within a 1/2 hour didnt charge me nothing for the repair. But I still gave the repair man lunch money. Thanks again John from Pennsylvania.

Paul is the best!! This shop can fix everything in your car and they have great prices for tires too. For more than 10 yrs. Ive been taking all my familys cars here when they dont seem quite up to par. When I come back to pick them up they are working like a dream and for a very reasonable price. Long overdue review.Recently one of the front tires of our work truck became low.So I assume the employee that was driving it, hit some thing hard enough to pop a tire or create a small leak.I then assumed, it was time that all of the tires needed to be changed. It’s an older work truck so there’s no tire sensors that need to be calibrated. We searched online for used tires and within the same day found a pair of very nice tires that are comparable for our truck. At the same time we took the truck in I again assumed that we needed to get the steering aligned bc of whatever was hit.So I took it to Fountain Valley tire and auto.My business partner has already dealt with the owners and spoke very highly of them so I decided to take the work truck here to have the work performed switching out the old tires and aligning the steering.A short while after dropping off the truck I received a phone call that the truck was ready for me to pick up.And the bill was $0.00They charged me nothing for the time to swap out the old to new tires and once up on the lift realized the truck still had perfect alignment.Long story short this company is very trustworthy!!!I fully intend on bringing all of my personal vehicles to this establishment and I could not speak higher of a company with such outstanding integrity and trustworthiness. Thank you for all parties involved that helped make this experience so enjoyable.

My Uncle reference me here. Since then I have told multi friends and two have gone there and they both loved it as well. Twice now I have bought a car and have taken it to them to check on the vehicle and both time never charged me to let me know I needed to return the cars right away. They work on foreign cars as well. Im also a christian which is why my uncle reference me here. They are honest people. Thats hard to find in a new mechanic. Thanks you guys. I had a nail in my tire, going out of town so I needed it to be fixed quickly. My local tire place told me it could not be plugged because it was too close to the sidewall; also that my front tires were bad (but they had a special three for one, and “special” financing). 🤨 I remembered a friend highly recommending Fountain Valley Tire and Auto and I was SO thankful to be seen right away! “Ma’m, your tires are FINE” were the sweetest words I’ve heard all day, and they were able to patch the tire – not charging me a dime. Needless to say, I have a new auto place! I just took my car there for an oil change and continue to be pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of the individuals that work there. Thank you!

Great service. I really needed air bags installed on my F250. My normal service companies were unable to get what I needed because of circuit board shortages.Roy researched the available equipment and found a compatible set,-up that works great!

Excellent service----ZERO star service on my second visit,I dropped off my truck at 8am on a Thursday for tires to be mounted on it and they called me at 3pm saying they couldnt do it today, it just sat there all dayThey told me to bring it back Monday at 8am to see if they can get to it2.5 stars

Came in needing old upper ball joints pressed out and new ones pressed in. The turnaround time was under two hours even with all 4 lifts in the shop with cars in the air. All around a great experience for a first time customer.

Called a few places for the upgrade I needed. Roy was the only one that was responsive and very patient in answering all my questions. Despite his busy schedule, there was never a hint of rushing me off the phone. It’s hard to find mechanics who are professional, patient, honest and doesn’t squeeze you for every nickel they can. Before I left, Roy took the time to explain to me what I need to do to maintain the upgrade for optimum performance. I highly recommend this shop. A/C belt pulley was failing-repair was diagnosed and fixed in half a day. Very nice to have the car ready in half a day and A/C working during the hot days in August. No wait for the Toyota parts...they knew where to get parts for an 18 yr. old Highlander

They had a full day of work ahead of my vehicle. They advised me it may not be done same day. I dropped my truck off at 830am and received a call it was ready at 5:05pm. If I was available to pick it up they’d stay over to allow me to pick it up.They replaced my oem suspension with fox smooth body and my oem coil springs with maxtrac front lift coils. My truck is sitting level and maintain perfect geometry with the factory control arms. They were professional and forthcoming. Looking at bring my Jeep here next.

Paul and his team of mechanics have been taking care of our 4 family cars for tires and service for over a decade now. We only go to Fountain Valley Tire and Auto because they are efficient, professional and friendly and don’t ever feel like they are trying to oversell any services. They fix what needs to be fixed in a timely manner.

I purchased new tires here as well as had my alignment done. Most recently, yesterday, I had them rotate and re-balance my tires. No charge because I bought my tires from them. They always offer me a ride home which is above and beyond. I’m getting close to needing new tires again and you can bet that I will be making my purchase from here.

Excellent and quick service! I actually had a dent on the metal that covers that undercarriage of the car. I brought it in, and within minutes they fixed it and did not charge me anything. I had to go back later for a flat tire and oil change. They did a great job, and the car was ready within the same morning. I would recommend this place!

I heard the dreaded chirping from the tires a couple of days ago while driving and knew I most likely had to change my brakes. I researched shops around my work and found this highly reviewed auto shop. Paul was very helpful and honest. The price was reasonable. Based on the adventures I go on and some feedback I provided to the staff, they made the recommendations for for the upgrades that is best suited for my 2018 Tacoma 4x4 sport. Purchased new Toyo 285/75/17, King shocks for front and rear of my 2018 Tacoma, and lifted the truck 3”. Nothing but mad props for this place. Both my recent visits went perfectly. First time around they replaced my front brakes and they did a great job, plus their prices were the cheapest around. Second visit a week later they replaced a strut, put on a new tire and did my alignment. Not only did they do a great job they were kind enough to let me bring in my own strut that i purchased to be used.

Been going here for years. They take great care of me. I have a Toyota with 312,000 miles that is still in great condition. They have never suggested unnecessary repairs. Honest and Integrity. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
