We used Champion Windows about 15 years ago to replace half of our windows and they were great. We had a problem with 2 of them and they came out multiple times until the problem was fixed. When we wanted to replace the rest of the Windows this year we shopped around but ultimately went with Champion again. They worked with us to help pick the correct windows including 3 that could only be accessed from outside. Our energy bill has been greatly improved thanks to our beautiful windows.

Not much of a experience yet. Cant evaluate quality of windows or installation.All we did was sit through a 3.5 hour presentation and order 16 windows. Then we were told the window next to our door is not a window but part of a door installation?Ive got warning bells sounding and for now Im ignoring them. Not sure how a transom window next to our door is not considered a window but part of a door installation.For a buy two get two free deal seems we will lose out since now we are ordering an odd number of windows (15) and we cant get them done all at once, because now we have to call for a separate appointment to talk about one tall skinny window next to our front door with a door expert not a window expert even though it is a window and it is glass. Maybe someone can explain how that works as it is NOT part of the door frame and now we have to have them come out a second time for onw window?This is a safe rating based on our limited experience to date. We had a salesman and then a measurement guy out but that is it to date. Still have not talked to door people so not sure how that will go. Still roughly 5-7 weeks away from window installation.

Great presentation, Nelson and Richard were very professional, took their time answering my moms questions and explained everything about Champion Windows. I will definitely refer them to all my family and friends.

Champion salesman Nelson Ramos was very professional and thorough. I was already sold on the product and Nelson made the buying experience easy. Nelson answered all my questions about the replacement windows I purchased and had great suggestions for styles and details. Definitely I would recommend Champion for any remodeling needs.

Purchased windows and door about 13 years ago and the items are standing up to the challenge. There has been 2 issues with window panels fogging up and they came right out measured my custom windows and replaced them accordingly. Thumbs up. 👍🏻

Nelson Ramos was our Champion presentation salesman & estimator. He was very informative, knowledgeable & professional. Unfortunately the price was too expensive for us.

Champion Windows did an excellent job on installing my sunroom last year. Their staff and customer service were courteous, responsive, and easy to contact by voice or email. There was a delay with installing our sunroom because Champion had a hard time getting the permit from City of Fort Worth. Thanks to Bob and Terrys persistence, we finally got the PERMIT. I will definitely recommend Champion Window to others.

We purchased 46 windows for our home. This was by in large the most expensive purchase of our remodel. While we feel the windows are good quality however the installation was very poorly executed. We have several windows that need to be re caulked, 6 exteriors that were never sealed and countless screens that were installed warped.

I bought 2 more champion windows. I replaced all my windows with champion windows in the spring. I love them. I wanted to buy 2 more. Im not sure where my order went but all is back on track now. Im getting 2 more windows. My contractor will cut the holes and champion will install them.

Update to my review: Champion Windows Fort Worth has reestablished contact with me, and I am happy to report that our communication bridge has been rebuilt.My project is 2 weeks behind schedule, and there may be a few more weeks of waiting as two windows in my 8 window order are being custom manufactured. Keep this kind of potential delay in mind if you are considering to do business with Champion.I will continue to update this review as the project progresses.

Their warranty is not very good, takes a long time to get someone to come out and they Charge you $99 every time you make a claim... There are much better companies to deal with.Its been 2 months since I posted this review. Got a call yesterday from David, your replacement windows are here (just the Sashes), our guy will call you tomorrow when hes on the way. Today... Guy shows up unannounced, Im in the middle of a conference call for work, has clipboard in hand. I asking him where the windows are, He tells me hes here to measure for the replacements, no windows, few choice words and he leaves. I call back David, he informs me that I have refused to let their people in have the he couldnt come back until tomorrow, and by the way there will be $100 fee to replace your warrantied windows.... I took one star off the review because I couldnt take them all off. Would like to show a few negative ones.

First, let me say that it is understood that the pandemic has slowed everything down including service. However, we have been trying since March to get some repairs completed on the patio door and patio. To date, a service rep came to our house 2 weeks ago, took some measurements to replace door handle and doggie door. We also have leaks in the patio cover. The service rep informed us that was a different department and we would need to contact service again for that repair. We contacted service again to get this repaired.As of yet, no contact about the patio cover and the patio door parts have been ordered.Very disappointed in the service from your company.

I was fortunate to get Wendy on my account which made a huge difference in our experience. She took ownership of the issue and provided the very best customer service of recent years. The team that came out was very thorough, and diligently worked to get everything taken care of in the best way possible. With home repairs, I do take into account the company brand, warranty, workmanship and that they will be around in the future. I had 4 windows installed by Champion. I was also doing some updating to my home so I had the window openings full stripped out on both sides down to the studs. Champion installed the windows and left me more than enough caulk but we didnt think about the weather stripping, on both sides, because we didnt know what size I would need. once they were done I contacted Ray Waller, install manager, and told him the size and length I needed. I also need a few more tubes of caulk to finish. Ray had one of his installers drop off the materials at my house. I live in Plano so this is a long trek for them. I love my windows, I love the installation Champion did, and will be contacting next year to finish out the 5 windows I need to complete my house.

Numerous calls to get patio door handle replaced. We have tried getting replacement since July, 2020. After calling, was told a tech would call back to get repair completed to no avail. We have to use a screwdriver to open patio door. We are very displeased with the service.

The salesman lied to us about the cancellation policy and used sales tactics to get us to sign right then. I only signed because he told me i would have a week to cancel if i needed. Called on day 4 and was told i owed a 5% cancellation fee... I would not do business with a company that promotes dishonest sales practices like this. Go with Window World instead. Salesman was very honest and the process was much more straightforward. Also the prices are sooo much better.

We were interested in getting a price quotation on replacing 12 windows.

When contacting Champion by email to set up a home appointment they were very considerate in making sure we did not forget. They sent out reminders each day and that was helpful since we are so busy. Then Rodney Roberts their factory Rep. showed, he showed up on time! Wow what a breath of fresh air! So many times of being disappointed by no shows or very late arrivals, but no so with Rodney. Rodney was very professional and considerate. Once he understood our needs financially he went to work to get close to what we could do. Thank you Rodney and Champion for giving us great service. This is part one. Once the windows come and are installed we post a final review.

We had Champion construct a custom sunroom for our house. With a large project such as this there were some follow up fixes and adjustments to be made as we discovered them. But every time when we called customer support their management and technicians went out of their way to assist us in making everything right to our satisfaction. Ray Waller (Service Manager at Champion) dealt with all our issues with promptness, professionalism and he was very experienced in the business. If you have a chance, work with him to get the best experience!

I 1st had windows replaced with Champion. The ordering and pay plan went smoothly. When the windows, came, the installation was great! Later I had 2 different siding replacements with their Timberstack product, which has been wonderful. Cant beat their warranty on their windows and siding! I highly recommend. Ask for Tony. He was my salesman, and he did a very professional job explaining everything to me as well as answering my many questions.

My champion windows arrived in 4 weeks and were installed in April. They came in with the wrong screens and the new screens were immediately reordered. It is now August and the correct screens have finally arrived. I made an appointment and received an email saying the appointment was at 1:00 and they could be here an hour early or an hour late. It is now 4:10 and they still have not arrived. A pnone call at 1:00 would have been nice.

The sales rep, Tony was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the product and answer any questions or concerns I had. The windows and doors are of the highest quality, thus i was disappointed when my project had to be cancelled due to the unusual size of my patio windows. Sales Division Manager Bob was more than happy to work with me to make sure my order was properly cancelled and the charges reversed. Even though I was unable to use their product, I highly recommend them due to their professionalism and industry leading quality windows and doors.

From our salesman Rodney through every step of the installation of our three new windows the work was done well and efficiently. The beauty, temperature and sound control of these windows has greatly increased the value of our home. Can’t wait for the next set!

I have had two experiences with Champion. My first experience was to have a patio poured and a beautiful Champion patio cover built. They had it up in less than a day. There was no mess left behind. I dealt with Chris Bolen and he explained everything very clearly and there were no surprises.My second experience was to have all new windows put in so of course I called Chris! He did careful measurements of all my windows and quoted a price. It was reasonable and competitive. The windows were ordered. When they came in Champion called me and made an appointment to come install them. The installation guys were very polite and worked neatly. They were sensitive to my concerns with my furniture and cleaned up after themselves. After the installation, Chris called to be sure I was happy.I will definitely be calling Champion the next time I need a service they provide!

I have had my sun room several years now. Again, I am requesting someone come back to address my leaking patio cover...for the third time...and my loud popping roof... for the third time. The leak was addressed but still not resolved. I was told the popping came from a change in material that was chosen..... at the time of installation, I was not informed about the there being a possible concern,. Actually, I dont recall hearing anything about possible defects with anything. The popping sounds like something is breaking and snapping, which gets louder as the outside temp rises...spoiler alert: I live in Texas!! I am still waiting on a return call (day 3)

Terrible experience. The salesman did not know the area of the window referred to as the sash and was not even aware of what NFRC was nor the U, SHGC, VT numbers. He did not know what they were and refused to provide them.

Champion turned our deck into a beautiful enclosed sunroom. We were impressed with everyone we dealt with from the sales to installers. Everyone was very professional and took pride in their work. Would have them do it again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

I read the post and thought that people were being unreasonable and unrealistic to expect to be serviced by this company called Champion. That is until it happened to me. I thought these folks were wrong, that is until the Management at Champion proved them right. I had windows installed and the installers didn’t calk one window at the bottom, a five minute fix.I was given the run around with empty promises “ will have someone out tomorrow speech “ “I’ll have the project manager to call you back” this went on for three calls within a two week period until I realized they weren’t calling and no one ever showed up. There quick to take your money but slow if ever to deliver service. Make me wonder if the lifetime warranty is even worth the paper it was printed on. Makes me sad and I should have went with a big box retailer instead of this company.

Tony is an excellent salesman and representative for Champion. He is honest and fair and does not practice any high pressure tactics. I dealt with Tony about 2 years ago and specifically requested him this time as well. I will also be contacting him in the near future when I install the balance of my windows as well as any additional work I may have done on my home which Champion performs.

In 2005 I purchased a Champion bow window that cost me $3500. Within the last year I had problems with (2) of the sashes - 1 was fogging up and 1 had the prairie grill turning a yellow color on the side that faced the street. Champion service techs Dan and Terry came down and replaced all 5 sashes with upgraded better performance panes of glass. They also left 2 additional new panes for me in case I were to have any further problems. The install didnt take long and I was very impressed that they replaced the other sashes that were not defective but they wanted to make sure all the window trim/appearance was the same. I really appreciated the time they took and their professionalism in dealing with this matter for me. Product performance is important but so is great customer service and I definitely got both today. Thank you, Champion Windows for standing behind your product and warranty!Susan Bailey

This is the second time Ive ordered Champion replacement windows for my home and Im still extremely pleased with them. Theyre expensive so Im replacing them in sections. The last project was the master bedroom and I cant believe the difference with the new windows. The room now stays the same temperature as the rest of the house and I no longer need an additional heater for the room. I cant say enough about the quality & insulation ability of their windows. I highly recommend them.

Terrible experience. Improperly installed my windows, the more expensive of the windows. Gave them 6 months to install them twice and they failed both times. Now they are only willing to refund me 20% of the cost when those windows represented over 70% of the cost due to size and type. They state it is because I have the windows and they reordered them. I have not received what they agreed in contract on. Having to take them to better business bureau.Avoid unless you want months of stress, bad sleep due to noise, high electricity cost due to improper seals, and random cracked windows due to poor installation

We had a great experience with Champion Window of Ft. Worth! Our screeed in porch turned out amazing! The installer was prompt and kept the site clean and organized!!! It had definitely made a difference during the hot mosquito days and nights of TX!

We purchased windows for the whole house in 2008 from Champion. A few of the seals have failed over time and Ray Waller, the Service Manager, and Champion have been very conscientious about replacing the windows under warranty. We are appreciative that Champion honors its warranty without any issues.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!We had our foundation scheduled to be leveled and the gentleman that came to do our official window measurement (on 1/22) wanted to wait until after that was completed to get the measurements. On the next Monday (1/25), Danny called to check that the foundation work was complete and I told him it was to be finished that Friday (1/29). Danny said that someone would call me first of the following week to schedule my window measurement.I had not heard from anyone by the following Thursday (2/4) so I called and asked to speak with Danny and was told he was not in and that they would have him call me. No one called. On Friday (2/5) I called again and got Danny on the phone where I told him no one had called me to schedule my measurement. He told me that he hadnt forgotten but that I was supposed to call him to schedule. I was a little frustrated at this point and Danny assured me that he would personally come out Saturday (2/6) around 10:30am and would measure. So I rearranged my schedule so that someone would be at the home for the measurement only to have no one show up. Around 4:30pm I tried calling the number I was given and left a message that no one returned.On this past Monday (2/8) I called and Danny was not very apologetic but rather gave me several excuses as to why he forgot to show up. He asked when the next time I would be available for him to come out. I told him my week was hectic but Thursday after 4:00pm and Friday after 1:00pm would work. He told me he would call me by Wednesday to let me know which day would work for him. By Thursday evening (2/11) I had still not heard from him so I called again and was told he was out of the office. I asked to speak with his manager and was told there was no one to speak with. The young lady on the phone took my information and scheduled for someone to come out today (2/12) and measure.I just got off the phone with Danny and when I told him I think he forgot to call me again his reply was, no I havent forgotten, I have here to call you Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. He then said he could come out tomorrow but I told him I had taken care of it on my own and had it scheduled. When I asked if this run around was delaying my installation he assured me he would rush my order.My problem is the lack of customer service and disrespect for my time. This run around is delaying my window installation and I am very unimpressed with Champion thus far. If I hadn’t already signed a contract with Champion I would be going with another company.The problem has continued since the installation has begun. We were told the install would take one day and we scheduled it for a Friday. The guys cancel on us for truck problems and want to know if they can come Sunday. They show up Sunday around 9:30 and say that it would be a 2 day job. They replaced 4 of the 9 windows and then one of them said he just remembered his son had a soccer game and they left. We scheduled for them to finish on the next Friday. No one showed up so I called the office and was told they had truck trouble again and wanted to know if they could come on Sunday.They showed up on Sunday at 8:15 and finished installing the windows and told me they needed to go get the coil wrap for the outside of the windows so they could finish. They left my house at 3:00 and said they would be back to finish but it might take a while. (we live in Richardson and the office is in Fort Worth). They never returned or called to say they werent.I called to complain and find out what happened and was told he didnt have some tool he needed to bend the coil. The tool is now in my yard magically but no workers. This has now turned into a 3 week install. Very unhappy with the lack of customer service in this company.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They have replaced windows twice for us and done an excellent job both times with cleanliness, respect, and timeliness. However, it was difficult for them to return our calls and provide accurate information in between ordering and installation.

Update, Jan 2020. Still no call on when my window will be ready. Despite being told they would call. The gas leaked out of the plastic window and they still havent replaced it yet. They do however keep changing the reason for the $99 fee they want to charge me. First a service fee, then an install fee. I told them I would pick it up and install it myself. The B still tried to charge me a fee. Get this. I take out a loan larger than any other to pay for these plastic windows with the alleged life time warranty. Several years later half of my windows apparently have leaked or lost their seal and look like someone has smeared vaseline jelly all over them. I cll champion who give me the runaround until I started complaining online. Suddenly, they want to fix my windows. They eventually replace most of my larger defective windows. Today I call about one small window and this joker says there is a $99 service fee. I could buy a sealed window from HD for that price and install it myself. Where is this lifetime warranty? Where did this service fee come from? You didnt try to charge me the last time your windows became defective? Pure Greed.

Set an appointment via their website for an estimate for replacement t windows... never showed up... called them and had to leave a message... never called back!

Absolutely the worst service weve ever experienced. Champion installed our windows in 2005 with a lifetime warranty. Everything was fine until the windows began to get hazy after 8-9 years. Called in a repair and at this point its taken 7-months, 5-visits for service and the repairs are still not finished. We get the run-around every time we contact them. They do not stand behind their products. DO NOT USE CHAMPION!!!

My Champion rep failed to show up for my confirmed in-home consultation. I schedule an appointment and received multiple confirmations via email for 4:00 PM on May 8th. At 4:15 today I called and was told the Champion representative was in route and late due to sales meeting. I find this frustrating as no one called me and there was no apology for the driving now claiming to be arriving in 45 minutes. Now an hour later no one is here and again no call from Champion. If you want to do business with people like this you have been warned. Zero accountability and zero customer service.

Called Champion to screen in my porch. Told them that I wished to pay in cash. After they left, they charged me $6,500 credit without notifying me. Waited 3 months with no action or communication by Champion to even begin work on my porch.Finally got through to someone after 3 months. Gave them 3 weeks to begin work on my porch, and told them if they didnt start work I would cancel. Subsequently heard nothing back from Champion.Weeks after, I start getting invoices from GreenSky, the credit company they work with, invoicing me for $6,500 that Champion charged me without even notifying me. Still no word from Champion about starting my project.Finally got fed up and told them I wanted to cancel. They then told me there was a 30% cancellation fee... Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against these folks.

They did a good job installing my garden window after modifications to my house that wasnt noted by sales rep. They did not do such a great job installed my storm door. The caulking around the door is bad & the door lock is very unsecure. I was told that Jasmine? sales mgr would call me but still waiting 3 weeks later.So I got a message back saying that someone from the local sales would call me soon?? I wonder what they mean by soon cause 4 MONTHS have passed & NO return call. The corporate office is NO BETTER than the local office. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Youve been warned !!! And i want everyone to know that I paid over $4000. dollars to get one garden window & a crummy excuse for one storm door!!RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! This kind of customer service sucks.

Beware! I think the guys name was Joe(older gentleman, drives white SUV crossover), he comes to our house, we needed siding and windows for the whole house. He asked if it were an insurance job, when I said no, he turned to me said we dont do estimates and we have to do the paperwork right now. I told him he can leave, I do not trust this company now.

The worst service ever. I have been dealing with Champion Windows in Bedford ,TX since April on getting my window repaired or replaced. They have given me the run around and my window is still inoperable. They do not want to stand behind the warranty in my option. Breast cancer survivor and I dont need the extra stress.

Always friendly and responsive to issues I have. Love the lifetime warranty! I have had to use it several times and they always come fix the problem

The person who measured for our windows did a terrible job. Two different crews at two different days. When I called to report water leaking in one window two weeks ago I have not received a call back. I would not use this company again
