I attempted to use them back in November 2019 when I was let go from a job. I was open and honest and told them what I was looking for. They set me up for an interview with a company and I went. Long story short I didnt receive the job offer after waiting over a week to hear anything back. Well I kept on applying myself and no one EVER returned my emails, or phone calls. They did no follow up at all. I never received anything about other interviews, or feedback that they received from the one I did interview at. I wouldnt recommend them at all. Its very sad because I met a few of the ladies and they seemed so eager to assist me considering my situation. Well I would just say that you are better off looking on your own through indeed or LinkedIn.

After first connecting to my recruiter via LinkedIn, and then via email she did an amazing job at keeping me updated. After months of trying to find the right company, many talks on the phone and emails, we finally got to meet in person, she was amazing to work with. The Accounting/Finance Direct Hire division is amazing, they all work hard to make your experience as pain free as possible. From the receptionist, to your headhunter, they all did an amazing job. I will continue to send anyone who needs to find their next position to them for sure!

One recruiter had me come in for an interview and I literally never heard from her again. Left voicemails and emails. Never a single update. Called another recruiter almost 2 months later, she called me back and told me to send her my resume. I’ve called and emailed her since then. No reply. Don’t waste your time. I have a friend that works at Robert Half in a different city and all Recruiters can see your info/interactions you’ve had with other recruiters. Neither of them in Ft. Worth updated my info to say I ever spoke with them. They are not looking to help.

About 3 months ago, I came in for an internal interview (to be a recruiter). It was a simple process... phone interview, face to face with the manager, etc. They stressed how badly they needed some help in Office Team because there was only 1 person on the team... the interview went really well. The next day I got a call from them and they said they decided to go a different route. Then they went on to say they “ have a direct placement HR position that I would be a perfect fit for. They want to get an interview set up for me and will get back to me”. Long story short, I NEVER heard from them again. I tried calling and email, NO ANSWER. It was extremely upsetting and irritating. I now have a job as a recruiter for a larger and much better recruiting firm, and I refuse to let another person feel the way OfficeTeam let me feel.

The only good thing is the early pay online processing. They work with horrible companies that has a high turn over rate. If they try to place you at United refrigeration or Kelly-Moore paint run away. Management is horrible.
