The Fire Marshal will be notified about the lack of entrances and exits. The setup here is horrendous as the checkout lines literally take up the only 2 doors that get into the place. Hundreds of people line up literally blocking the only entrance and exit .. it is so ridiculous in fact that the delivery man couldnt even make his delivery. The employees are busy talking amongst themselves to be bothered. An older lady was literally talking about politics to another lady for an hour and a half. The big lady sitting up front was telling another employee how bad the other employee was.The prices here are atrocious! You can get an entire roll of ribbon for a dollar at Walmart, they cut 2 ft sections off and sell them for $1 and they want $8 for 1 sheet of letters. $10 for a mum board, $5 for a mum. By the time you make this thing your looking at $150+..All items are from china.. no specialized things just plastic white generic things.I cant believe the ridiculousness of this place.. and the employees are no help. Your on your own. ..Hope there isnt an emergency and people need to get out quickly.. there is so much junk in the front that you wouldnt be able to get around it nor the people checking out at the registers that are literally blocking both doors that are 2 ft apart!

I was told by an employee I wasnt allowed to shop with my bag in the store, I was polite and said ok and told my daughter to give him the basket so we can leave, he then proceeded to follow me outside to show me the sign that is posted about no bags bigger than the box on display. Im not sure what he thought but never coming here again. If he thought I was going to steal something or what but very rude and cant understand why I needed to be followed and told the bag rule smh FYI I saw other bags there the same size carried by other shoppers but I guess being of color will catch more of an eye.

I’ve been going to Smith’s since 1992. They’re the only homecoming supplier I know of. They’re kinda pricey. There is a no refund no exchange policy. I’m under the impression homecoming season is the meat of their business so I understand.

I love when I come into this store. The store is full of fun, pretty things and numerous equipment to design the most personal mum. As I walked through I love the colors and all the possibilities. Thank goodness for the staff personnel they listen to what you want and assisted me in finding the location of what I had requested. The selections were so overwhelming I appreciated the emplooyees help they guide me to create exactly the right mum for my child. Smiths have served not only Fort Worth for as long as I remember. It is a family owned store and everyone, even those from out of the state of Texas enjoy their trips to Smiths. This store has an ok selection much better than Michael’s or Hobby Lobby. I think they’re over priced and you get better deal at big box but for a small family owned business it is a good starting spot. Much better prices at the Sale Place and selection is enormous but it’s 30 mins away however worth the drive.

I have been coming to Smiths for over 20 + years and they have never failed me. They have everything that you might be looking for. If you have never been to Smiths, you must check it out for your next event. And it is affordable.

Great company! Prices were much better than competitors in DFW area and they delivered to Azle on time, no hassles! The finale at my moms memorial service on 7/23/17 was loved by all, releasing 100 purple & orchid balloons from Smiths. Thank you for making this sad time a beautiful remembrance.

Much better than going to micheal and hobby lobby. You have more colors to choose from and tons of extras and stuffed animals. This place is cheaper and better. Went to them and bought stuff for a mum for my bf and it came out as $66 and mine $89. went to micheals and got 2 ribbons, 4 ribbon rolls, backings, and 4 extra things and stickers and it came out to $69 and it was barely anything compared to Smiths balloon works.

I ordered the big letter balloons for my daughters graduation as soon as I walked off the door one letter was taken off by the wind I didnt ask if I could be refunded for one letter and doing only my daughters initials my thing is they did not make sure the customer was satisfied, They also didnt have enough supplies..I cant support my community they care nothing to support themselves.

I went in to the store to buy ribbon..I had left my card at the house so all I had was cash... I had went over by $10 an requested that a few items be removed.. the checker caught an attitude because I asked for 3 items to be removed!! I planned on going back..but if you get iffy over 3 items being REMOVED... I WILL NEVER BE BACK!! I will continue to go to Walmart and they are OVERLY PRICED!!

Horrible place, they advertise that they will make the mum for you, you go ask employee what to do she tells you you spend over an hour picking out exactly what you want and then they tell you they dont make custom mums, and while she is telling me this a black gentleman comes in to pick up his custom mum, apparently only white people can not get a custom mum. This owner is a liar. A custom mum is custom made the way I want it not. You have to take what we have premade and we can stick a football trinket on it. This place is full of lying people who only want to serve minorities, I asked when I walked in and was told to pick what I wanted then bring it to the front, ten I was told no. Stop lying

Its alright I think they should have the things that are 3 for 1.00 and stuff in baggies I do think I was over charged for stuff besides that staff was nice .
