This place has horrible customer service. I dropped a hydraulic part so they can look at it and see if its possible to fix. After one week of not hearing back from anyone I contacted them, the front desk lady told that the owner will return my call. Again no calls for few days. I had to reach out a couple of times before I got hold of the owner who immediately started telling about how hard it would be to track the origin of the part and how they might not be able to fix it... I asked him to just take a look and at least try otherwise I would be happy to pick it up. after an other week and no call back I went there and got my part back. the funny thing is I was given the part with no explanation or even sorry we couldnt help you. they just handed me the piece while on the phone and watch me walk out like my business did not matter!
