Just a couple of pictures of my house after being deep cleaned for $450.DISGUSTING. And way overpriced not to even have the basics done. And this isnt all of it. Im so sad to move into my new home filthy after paying hundreds of dollars not to.I wish Google would let me post the videos.

The cleaner showed up exactly on time. She was very nice and did a great job. I had previously used another company and this cleaning was so much more thorough. I appreciate that she took the time to ask me if there was anything specific that I needed taken care of or cleaned a certain way.

Maid came smelling like a pack of cigarettes. I told her we have people in house who are highly allergic to smoke with asthma and she had to leave. The lady who I cancelled with over the phone was extremely rude. Asked if I had notated that my kids were allergic to smoke before booking! Are you kidding me?

They cleaned out house on two occasions. The first was pretty good but the second clean was fair. The floors looked as if they hadnt been mopped and two toilets looked untouched. Scheduling was always difficult with no means to request or schedule appointments online but rather having to call in to the office every time.

Amazing service & company! I found them on Yelp, and am so glad they service my area! I was looking for deep clean service, and then somebody to clean my house monthly. I needed a company to clean my house (with very short notice) before a party i had on the weekend, and they were able to fit me in that same week! They even brought in multiple women to insure it gets done in a timely manner. One of the ladies even played with my dog outside for a minute - which means a lot because i was worried about him being outside in this hot weather (my choice for my pups to be outside - they didnt mind if the dogs were inside). They did an amazing job with the clean! Im so glad i finally found a company that I trust to clean my home every month (and they bring their own cleaning supplies!). Everybody I spoke to was super friendly. Very impressed with this company. Keep up the good work ladies! I will recommend this company to everybody looking for service!

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Anna and rest of the Polished Cleaning crew. I worked with them long distance (Im in Florida) to arrange for cleaning services for my mother-in-law who just had surgery and wasnt mobile. They were very responsive and patient in all the back and forth to arrange for the cleanings. My mother-in-law has also been very impressed with the quality of cleanings (and that says a lot coming from her!). But what impressed me most was the honesty - my mother-in-law keeps a very clean house and they actually told her that instead of a cleaning every 2 weeks, she really only needed once every 3 weeks. Polished cleaning services is a company that isnt just out to make a buck, but strives on loyalty and customer service. I highly recommend!

It was not a good experience Did not mop the floors good and now they are sticky. Didnt get any cob webs down Didnt vacuum corners good. Didnt clean glass patio doors. Didnt clean top of refrigerator . Didnt clean master shower floor good. Didnt dust good Very very disappointed

I hired them to clean the house we just purchased so we could move in and unpack w/o worrying about cleaning up after the previous owner. I was supposed to get the move in cleaning which should have consisted of their routine clean list, well let me say, I was very disappointed in what we received for the price they charged. And because we were in the middle of moving, unpacking.....and re-cleaning the house, Ive just had a chance to sit down and review them.First, I communicated with Brooke back and forth through email. The last email I sent was agreeing to a time of 1-3 (closer to 3) on Friday. Due to packing and getting things ready for our move it didnt dawn on me until that Friday that I never heard back from them to confirm. Friday morning I called to see when I could expect them, no one answered so I left a message. They called back and told my husband that we were never put on the schedule, but they could get someone out between 3-5. That was great because that time actually suited us better (even though through email Brooke told me their last time slot was 1-3).So the girl shows up at 3 and started with the bedrooms and master bath. I was here the entire time, and I thought she was cleaning.....I mean it sounded like it. I wasnt over her shoulder pointing things out, and I probably should have. There were still cobwebs in the windows, in the corners of the rooms, dust on the plantation shutters, the bath tub still had soap scum, the toilet still had a ring around the inside, and when I vacuumed again the next day, the vacuum cleaner was FULL of dirt and hair(!) and she mopped, get this....with a janitorial style DUST mop and a SPRAY BOTTLE! I didnt say anything because I figured she knew what she was doing, cause shes a professional cleaner and all......boy was I wrong.Later that evening my youngest child got a drink and spilled a bit on the floor, so we got out the Swiffer to clean it up and the cleaning pad was BLACK! Like the floor was never mopped and of course it wasnt properly mopped, not even close.Because we had the service on a Friday evening, I didnt bother calling because I knew it was after hours and their site states they only work on request on Saturdays, so I never called or emailed. Well Brooke emailed me Monday to as how the service was. I explained to her how dissatisfied I was with the service, first not being scheduled and then not having the house properly cleaned. Well I guess i should have called and left a message or sent an email because I was told in not so many words, that because the 24 hour timeline had expired, there wasnt anything they could do....I have to say, for a cleaning company, they clean very poorly. My definition of cleaning is obviously WAY different than theirs. Any reputable company would have offered to come out to rectify the situation free.So if you want to shell out a few hundred dollars for them to kinda wipe things down, then this is the company for you, otherwise look elsewhere. I have no intentions of ever recommending you to anyone I know.

Not sure if it was bad luck or what but my experience was very disappointing. Let me start by saying that my house is petty organize and clean but I recently whent on a trip and when I returned I had family coming over (and a 7 month old baby) and I need it to get things done by the time they got here. The two girls that came were very friendly but I kept pointing at things that they missed (they kept saying sorry I missed this and that) but it got to a point that was uncomfortable that I just wanted them to leave so I can finish the job. They left and I had cobwebs in windows and in the corners of the rooms. They forgot (I pointed out before they left) dust on the kitchen on top of some decorative containers, on top of the refrigerator and on the open shelves. The worst part was in the tub I had some soap and dirt on the corner and when I pointed out the girl said that she scrub it and would not come off (after they left, I just spray a little bathroom product and cleaned it easily. Last but not least... my husband got home and found a bit of sweet potato on the floor from the day before (so you can imagine how well they moped). I really want it to love them because I need it the help but I wont hire them again.
