Speedy service and friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable and we’ll worth it. Location is my only complaint b/c it is located within Montgomery Plaza, and parking is always an issue.

Never again! My eyebrows are uneven and without a proper shape.

I have gotten my eyebrows threaded here a few times, I recently went on Wednesday afternoon, and my skin is pretty sensitive to pain but this time was like no other. The lady that did my eyebrows was really friendly and talkative so I just toughed it through, but once I got out I noticed my right eyebrow had a few cuts on it. My eyebrow was swollen for the next two days and now it’s been three days since I got them threaded and the eyebrow hairline has all broken out in pimples. If you have sensitive skin I do not recommend coming here now

I’ve only been 4 times and even though I’ll be moving to Dallas in 6 months I still have to come back to Fort Worth once a week and I’ll be making sure during that I stop in. She will be doing my eyebrows forever if possible. She is so sweet, professional, gentle, caring and she really knows and appreciates eyebrows. She isn’t trying to do her own thing. She keeps the integrity of your brows and just elevates them to another level.

Wish I could give negative stars. Avoid this pace. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded for over 15 years and this is not the place to go if you want skilled professionals. On my first visit she took off the whole tail of my eyebrow on one side. When I pointed it out, she then argued with me that it was like that before. Will never go back

I went here for the first time today. The salon is pretty and clean. I had my eyebrows threaded by a young lady named Namuna she was nice but a very slow threader so it was more painful than I when I normally get them threaded. She also messed up my eyebrows 😥 she asked if I liked them. I told her “no, they’re completely different from each other”She said “oh ok I see the problem I’ll fix them”. But ended up messing them up worse. Not sure if she was having a “off day” or if she just didn’t know how to shape eyebrows but I’m disappointed, even more disappointed that I paid for it. I don’t recommend 2 stars just because the place was clean and pretty...😓

I walked in to get my eyebrows done. Some girl ran up to get there before me, which is fine. I put my name on the list and am waiting patiently. As I’m waiting, the girls friend comes in and the lady takes her before me. Very frustrating and flat out rude. Poor customer service. Won’t be giving you my business anymore.

The ladies there were nice and helpful, but they kept trying to convince me to get black henna instead of regular because it would not stain my skin... Im black. I decided to get the regular henna anyway and each of them did a hand. The work was sloppy and uneven. One hand stained and the other did not, even after following their aftercare instructions. Waste of time and money.

Came back to town for family event and was in and out within 5 minutes. My brows look amazing! Thank you for your attention to detail ❤️

I am from NY so trusting someone new to do my eyebrows was tough. I went and got my eyebrows and armpit waxed. The lady did not disappoint! Great job!

First day that I attended BLOW FLAIR because of the “great rating” and “award for the best” which it’s NOT. It’s a POOR service for what you pay. I showed up couple of minutes ago, I drove 15 min to get here, I took more time looking for the parking lot that what this lady did for me. I requested for lips, when she done after 2 min she gave me the mirror. I looked that it’s not done, I told her that still hair in there. She gave me a wondering expression and said, “I’m sorry???” and she looked like “I don’t see none,” then she remove it, I expected her to MAKE SURE THE LITTLE HAIR IS REMOVED. I always do mine but this time I decided to don’t bc of the review of this place. It’s not a great quality for what you pay. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU ALL; keep your $6 dollars TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I wouldn’t even gave this place 1 star, I just need to comment.

I LOVE this place!! I have been seeing Sanju for my eyebrows for almost 3 years and she is amazing. My eyebrows are very thick and can be very hard to manage however that never is an issue for her. I can always count on Sanju & Brow Flair to leave my eyebrows fresh, precise and beautiful!!Thank you Brow Flair 💚

I had my eyebrows threaded here and it was awful. My eyebrows werent even the same shape, yet alone width. There was a hugeeee difference between both my eyebrows. I asked the stylist (dont recall her name) to fix one of my eyebrows so it would look like my other one and she did. I didnt want to seem high maintenance so I left. I walked out and noticed how different they still looked so I came back in and requested for a stylist to fix it again. Its been a year and my eyebrows have not grown back the same. Mind you, my eyebrows werent thin, I have a decent amount of hair. My first and last time going.

I came for brow threading, and the employee was rough on my skin! The skin area between my brows and eyes were peeled with the thread! Very disappointed!

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and the lady that did them really went OFF! I haven’t seen my brows look this good in 6 years!

The lady there is nice.Edit:Ive been there twice. Its peaceful, quiet, and clean. I feel like even though getting my eyebrows done hurts, shes as gentle as she can be.

This place is great. Came here last week to get my brows threaded after 2 years of not having them done. It went by very fast and smooth. My brows looked amazing and my brow artist kept them thick! Ive been to the other soi locations and this one is beautiful just like the rest. They do offer a membership discount and student discount.

Fantastic First Time Visit! Monica cleaned up my eyebrows and they look fantastic. She also gave advice on how to grow out my eyebrows! I can’t wait for my next visit! This brow boutique also has nice apparel and accessories, too!

I’ve been going here for 2-3 years. It’s a 20 minute drive now it’s always worth it. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes, the staff is super friendly and they always shape my eyebrows amazingly.

It was my husbands and daughters first experience and the staff was understanding and wonderful!

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!!I told her just to clean my brows up. She screwed up and tried to play it off by saying I had plucked before I came in.. I haven’t plucked in over a month. If you ruin someone’s face like that at least apologize and not blame the client.

Poor customer service, and not skilled in threading or waxing. Wouldn’t recommend.
