The women running the office are amazing. They are warm yet professional, have a solid grasp of business needs and go beyond what should be expected. Ive used several workspaces throughout the metroplex, and this is definitely my favorite.

Ive been here at WORKSUITES for the past 6 months, and its been a consistently awesome experience! Starting with the truly fantastic Christina and Kristi at the front desk, where everyday they greet you with a smile and actually care about the businesses here. In addition, the space has been invaluable for both networking with other business owners as well as the fantastic meeting spaces. I cant speak highly enough about this location, and every day makes me glad I chose this for my company office!

The staff at WORKSUITES - Fort Worth/Keller are what really set this location apart from the rest. Christina, Kristi & Luke do an excellent job at maintaining a friendly yet professional atmosphere for all of the tenants and making sure this place is running smoothly. Christina Gibson in particular is sure to put a smile on anyones face with her warm and cheerful greetings each and every day. I would recommend this office to anyone that is considering it.

Meridian has been a perfect business solution for me. I needed to find a place that I could grow my business from the ground up. I started as a virtual tenet and just used their conference room as I worked out of my house. When my business grew I easily transition into an office without having to change my business address. The professional atmosphere is excellent but the thing I like most is the staff. I have absolute confidence that when someone walks in the door, Christina at the front desk creates a first impression that sets the tone for every meeting I have. Also anytime I have a need or special request, Christina is always available and very attentive to any thing I need.

We have had our counseling offices at this Meridian location for the past 5 years. The facility and staff are great - especially Christina Gibson - the front desk receptionist! I’ve been “officing” here for 3 years now, prior to it being WorkSuites and one thing has been consistent. The staff is phenomenal. Whether it’s Christina, Kristi or Luke, they are all available to assist in any way you or or business needs. Couldn’t have chosen a better location to office.

I have had my office here for almost 21/2 years and have only good things to say. Never a problem with my mail, you have access to your mail at anytime because you have a key to get in the offices 24 hours a day! Always fresh coffee available during the day. They clean it every night. Instant set up for your phone and internet! Move in and start working!

The office facility offers everything needed to conduct/perform our engineering business. Access to the office after business hours is easy with door keycard, The restrooms are clean. carpet vacuumed often, trash cans emptied daily, breakroom clean and well stocked. Any issues that have come up (infrequently) have been handled quickly, effectively, and professionally by Christina Gibson (Community Coordinator) whose pleasant/friendly nature is sincerely appreciated.

This place has incompetent employees. They never call you back when you try to lease from them. This should had been my que to not lease there. The place is nicely set up seems to have everything you would need to make it easy on running your business. This is all a facade due to they always have different employees in and out. They lose papers clients leave you. Which is a huge risk for your corporation. They are very unprofessional in all aspects of their work. Horrible staff very rude to the people that are leasing and paying their Salaries. They are quick to blame any mistake on you. They Nickle and dime you for everything, like they are desperate for money. That is not disclosed upfront. When your customers come to see you, they get mad due to the different employees, that dont know who you are. When they get a good employee like this Stephanie girl they run them off due to the way the manager treats them in such a unprofessional way in front of everyone. So the looks are deceiving. If you complain they seem to hold a grudge then make it hard on you to stay there. I would say pass it up. Their are other companies that do this better.

We were so excited to hear all of the wonderful amenities and services Meridian offers for such a competitive price. Our excitement waned quickly as we experienced incompetent staff member after incompetent staff member handling the mail.Really, the only service you NEED done CORRECTLY each and every month, is the mail handling service. However, while the girls at the front desk are cute and polite, they arent very smart, and they frequently mix up mail (or WORSE, send it back to sender!!!) while looking doe-eyed when directly questioned about missing pieces.The staff turn-over is tremendous. So, even if you find the time to train one of these girls how to determine which mail belongs to your company...theyre gone in a few months. And the next girl will send tons of your mail (IRS statements, back account records, etc) BACK to the sender...until you complain, or train the new girl not to be so clueless.Adding insult to injury is the fact that, IF you happen to add a new name to your company (hire a new employee, obtain a new contract) they will not pass on that mail to you (unless you pay an additional fee). Which may be fine, IF they informed you WHEN this was happening! But, they dont. They just send it all back to sender.......and after you realize this horrific mistake, subsequently correct the front desk girl (again), and pay the extra fee, they still dont make the connection that that new person/name is with your corporation. So they continue to send all the mail back to sender.You cannot afford to put the success of your business in the hands of these incapable girls at the front desk (where they are not even available for portions of the day, therefore no one is available to give you your mail). They are closed on the weekends, and at 5pm every weekday. Its a wonder that anyone ever actually receives their mail at Meridian Business Center in FW.Horrible place to trust your mail, business, or corporation!!They need to hire (and MAINTAIN) competent staff, and stop nickle-and-diming their clients. AND STOP SENDING THE MAIL BACK!!

Unfortunately these places are a necessary evil if you want a commercial address that isnt a box at a UPS store. Pros: commercial address Cons: yearly contract that auto renews(cant cancel mid year), no after hours access to mail(m-f 8:30-5), unfriendly staff and over priced.
