This was my first time ever using a staffing agency. The process for hire went smoothly and I was placed at a company right away. Shortly afterwards I was hired on permanently at the assigned employer. This happened during the Covid outbreak so it worked out great to be employed during this difficult time.

When I needed a job Regal Staffing was there when I needed a job. The process was fast easy and quick and very professional.Brian was amazing he found me the job i needed.

Justine was very unhelpful and lied about jobs she could provide for me. The first job was given to someone else. Justine was very rude and gave no reason as to why she didn’t want to through with giving me the second job she offer. I do not recommend this staffing location at all. Beware

This is honestly a top tier staffing agency. I would recommend them to everyone. Brian Lanham with the Fort Worth branch is the guy too see. Very friendly and brings that family feeling personality to his presentation . A really good guy i wouldnt see anyone else. Ive worked with a man name Tomas too in the past. Regal staffing policy is “if u don’t like their jobs or assignments quit “ According to their manager they would rather tell you to quit then to help yo solve any issues your having they put their clients before anyone of their employees!! I will say this because of covid at the beginning things went kind of slow but if you keep on texting the ones that work at regal definitely they will respond to you. Thats just showing actually that you want to work. I did have a small situation that was from a big situation that happened and they took care of everything. Me personally I never had a problem contacting anyone that I needed to. Any job that there is they pay you good pretty good, compared to others dont go to Amazon LOL. I have no problem being associated with regal staffing services. You do get paid weekly I know a lot of people like that. it is about keeping in contact with them because theres many other people applying all the time because there is still a problem about unemployment and then of course others want to be on unemployment so always contact them if you actually want to be employed.I want to do mention that Im working at Stanley Black & Decker and northlake its off of 114 and 35. Aaron Dahm is it on site manager there and he can guide you just going to the direct office and they will let you know about jobs going on.

Ive worked for Regal Staffing for over a year now. I love all the people in the office brances theyre all very nice and try to keep you working. They also try to get people at jobs they know will convert. I have to admit that some of the on-site staff @ work locations can get beside themselves and they try to talk to you crazy. Which is a big diffrence from the branch workers. All in all I give 4 stars.

The staff does not pay their employees , our Christmas was ruined because they have yet to pay my husband. It’s been almost a month with no pay and every time he goes up there it’s a different story. I’m interested in starting a class action lawsuit against them. If anyone else works here or assigned to Sam’s Club and have not been paid , Contact me .. I’ve contacted a lawyer.

I’m surprised at all the bad reviews. My son was hired on with a company after using this staffing agency. He was killed in a car wreck shortly after. The owner showed such compassion and genuinely cared. I thanked her for giving my son a chance. If I needed a job I would definitely use them. I would rather work for someone who actually cares than someone who don’t

They were friendly but not informative. I was asked to come in to speak with an agent regarding a position I applied for online. I was told about the position and that I was a good candidate. I completed online paperwork and was asked to agree to a background check and drug test, no problem. As soon as I was done with online paperwork I was told that the lady (not sure who the lady is or why the agent I interviewed with wouldnt do this) would submit my resume for the position and possibly another position (one that I did not express interest in). I received no further information on the process and follow up. I did notice however that they were staffing for a hiring event. I wasnt aware of a hiring event but it seemed as though they were trying to process any and everybody for this event, as it was kind of chaotic. I think this agency deals primarily with warehouse/industrial positions so maybe they lack in helping those seeking other positions. I have worked with a temp agency before that was very informative and helpful and was hoping it would work out with the position I applied for. O well.....the search continues!

Ive worked with a lot of staffing agencies over the years for when I want to do a little extra work during the summer, and in my experience Regal has been the best to work with. You can tell that they really care about helping you out and if there is ever a problem they do their best to make it right. I recommend them to anyone looking to find some temp work

I went to regal to help me find a better career and had the pleasure of dealing with Joy. Not only did she take the personal time to find what I was looking for to the T, she always checked in and made sure I was happy where I was assigned. Its been almost a year now that I have been where Im at and Im loving it more and more daily and I couldnt have done it without the help of Regal and Joy Juarez! Great staff! They have been extremely helpful over the years. I highly recommend anyone in need of employment to venture out to this location.

They are not thorough with instructions when you first walk in to apply. I was hired right away but stopped working after the next month. Another temp agency filled our spots. There were no more positions on the floor. They sent the remainder of us home. I was told they would call to tell me of any other available jobs but I havent heard from anyone in months. They are poorly organized and I wouldnt recommend this temp agency to anyone. Your time and money is important so invest it in people who actually care.

With in two days they where able to help find work and it was topping their competition in receiving and distribution of personnel to companys in need of employment.

Such disorganized establishment. The staff members were extremely rude. They seem more interested in the office gossip they had going on! Then their work. Such a WASTE of time!

I personal have a had great experience with Regal. Joy Suarez was my recuriter, she and the rest of the team did a good job on getting me where I wanted to be. Only thing I would say I didnt like is when a accident happen. I was sent to the hospital by my employer and had to cover the cost even though it should have been a workers comp but other than that great experience.

Joy Juarez originally placed me on my assignment with my current company over 2 years ago. Now as an HR professional I continue to use their services to help staff our company. Joy and her team are very resourceful. Thank you all!

They are big liar. They said they will give employees referral at the beginning.I referred 4 employees, and now they are saying they never give referrals bonus.Have no ethics!

The problem I had with Regal is they posted positions with a company in North Ft Worth that they didnt a contact with !There is other temporary agencies that use this same practice.They will post a position that pays good but will stick you in a dump and low pay!If this happens to you let the Texas Work Force know and keep your documentation.

The Fort Worth staff was very helpful. English or Spanish, no problem!

If I could give a lower rating i would, they just sent me in a room with no instructions and seemed more concerned about people calling than people who actually go there to apply. On top of that they left me waiting for 25 minutes while they talked to each other about people who walked in earlier.

I went here with my daughter so she could complete an application. We took an Uber ride and when we got to the location I was told only applicants are allowed to stay in the building. The staff should make it part of their phone information that only applicants are allowed, we did call before going in.

The worst employment agency in the DFW area. They sent me to a interview with a employer which i was told they wanted me and to start right away. But regal didnt respond to there email or notify me. But regal did not take the blame they put the blame on me that they were unable to get a hold of me.

I dont like that guy franscio it seems as if he was flirting with me while I was there very unprofessional I felt awkward. I was very nervous about my background popping up and he asked me what it was that was on there so I told him and then after I told him he called back after hours . Like they close at 5 he called me at 540 to ask what was on my background what really was on there and i said nothing thats it then asked what are u doing how many kids u have that guy is a creep and needs to pull up on sexual harassment.
