Terrible place of employment. Underpaid, overworked, understaffed, and horrible management. If you want to be verbally assaulted on several occasions, then get fired for exposing it on video.. this is the place!!

My rep Lane is damn good! I do not deal with anyone else there.

I use some of their brands to stock my shop..Service is okay..Their stocking of some of the part number needs to go up..

Management is the worst there. Do not care about the people who buy or work for them. The manager of customer service is certainly a piece of work. Will not continue business with someone like that, incompetent clerical suit. No wonder customer service has been awful for the past years with her in charge.

New management and I worked there 5 days....last Friday @2:30 Im clocking out and the supervisor says to me the next morning that the GM said smell like liquor....I dont drink often and I think they didnt want a black man like myself to work there anymore... fine because I didnt see a future with the company anyway....management is trashcan juice the flies dont want to hang around

These corporate crooks took over 30 grand of my money, then took my account from me, with no warning whatsoever, because the local competition threatened to stop doing business with them if they continued doing business with me.Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with these people, as they can staab you in the back at any moment for no reason whatsoeverTHE most corrupt company i have ever seen !!NO WONDER THEY ARE PREDICTED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS THIS YEAR

I own and operator a dealership in Florida. Tucker Rocky is the best company to do business with in the power sports industry. This company is top tier when it comes to brands and customer service. We love the way Tucker Rocky makes it easy for our dealership to help supply quality parts to consumers in a very timely fashion. Worked for them for a single day, I informed the supervisor I would be making and receiving frequent calls to the funeral home because my mother in law passed away and I was helping my wife arrang her funeral. He agreed. Then at the end of the day fired me for doing what he agreed I could do. This company was trash as soon as I walked in. Unorganized, terrible people, rude management. Ran by a bunch of immature people. People made fun of people and constantly throughout the whole day ran their mouths. Garbage company with trashy people. I’m glad they fired me.

Good selection but very low stocks of products

Ive been using Tucker Rocky for 8 years at least. Always professional to deal with whether it is my local rep, the regional Rep, or any of the customer support on the phone. They are always positive and make sure Im taken care of.

They dont care about your small business. Did $5K with them a year not good enough and closed the account without any notice. Called the rep, never responded. Contacted corporate, said they would return a call. Never did.A well run business, values every single customer. Moved over to WPS. My business is valued there.

The HOA of distributors. Dont waste your time. Many others out there that are better. I had a small tire & wheel shop. Applied with them, length process with application. They have to inspect your site so they send out an agent (salesman). This alone takes time to setup. The dude shows up, looks around, and says youre too small for us to consider. Seriously? Every hear the term Grass roots?So I find many other distributors, no problem. After a few months Tucker Rocky sends another agent, Mr Agent Man, to my shop (not the same as the first guy). He says other shops and dealers in my area are complaining about my low prices. You see, Tucker sets the price. He is ready to read me the riot act and threat some sort of action, and revoke my account with them. Just like an HOA or something. What the?I told him I dont have an account with Tucker. He doesnt believe me and starts thumbing through some book. Damn, youre not in here? Nope. You guys told me Im too small. He says, well, would you like to open an account?Hell NO!!He doesnt care about me. He cares about his bigger accounts that are complaining about my low prices. If I get a Tucker account then he can Set The Price. I almost put my foot up his butt.

This place has damn near everything that you could want for ATV, 4 Wheeler, and motorcycle. Great prices and fast shipping.

I just got a notice apartment number needed which has never happened to me at this address. We dont use apartment numbers on any of our mail.Now the part is shipping back to Pennsylvania? Searched all my records for a Tucker Rocky and found nothing. Very mysterious, not sure where this order came from.
