Pretty cool facility. Check in at guardshack then check in again at agent shipping office, lol. Usually loaded or unloaded withing 1hour 30 minutes. You will have to drop trailer in assigned dock door and park near shipping office. They have vending machines inside. Takes cash and credit. 4miles from pilot travel center on 170 alliance hwy and 4miles from quiktrip near the texmotorspeedway.

Waited 4 hours, no HOS remaining, never started loading, couldnt reschedule appointment with Target (receiver). Lost 4400.00 in revenue for a 265.00 TONU. No loads out yet. My advice- worst shipper. Blacklisted

In and out my appointment was 10am there 3pm checked in to dock right away got loaded I was by 4pm 😎

They need to stop with the fake positive comments at this place LOL avoid this place at all cost! They take hours and hours before they even start loading you!

7 Hours and they didnt even load me. They dont care about youre time. Worst place Ive ever been loaded. Thet are slow and and are highly unprofessional. Dont even bother with this company. Inside is dirty and workers are unprofessional and slow.

The best thing about this facility is they let you load early and in addition you can drop your trl and pick it up when ready to roll because once bills are in hand you have to drive a min of 150miles. Gr8 facility to pickup from though there is a backup @ the entrance

This place doesnt have consistent work. Yet they want u 2 consistently stay busy. And the managers have Power egos. I dont want 2 go back.

Avoid this place at all costs. Took 40 minutes just to get checked in at the gate alone. They have a sign that says youll be there two hours or less because they care about your time which is a total lie. The route at the gate and not much better once you check in inside. If you value your time stay away from this place at all cost, its not worth it

They respect ur time and let u out asap. Need to follow rules to make it easy in/out.

What a mess. Gates back up.is bad. Just to check with gates can be back up.for.over a hour. Check out gates same way. Once.on dock fast.to.load.

Checked in at 8:30 AM and now its 8:45 PM. I am still waiting. Horrible place!!!!!

Not to bad - other than getting thru the gate. Once inside live loads happen pretty quick. Friendlier than most.

I took a delivery there ended up waiting 20 minutes just to get into the place to drop an empty trailer but all in all it was a pretty nice clean place

Getting thru the gate was like 15 mins i started from the street. Loaded........well we on 6 hours so far. Papa johns anyone?

New Dc and very busy with lots of trucks in and out. Took 45 mins in line to check in with the guard at the gate. Was here to pick up a live load, have to drop the trailer in the door n bob tail close to the shiping office. Took 2 hrs to get loaded.
