TOTAL BS!!! Ive been locked out of ALL Microsoft accounts for almost two weeks. I cant believe that there is no way to get assistance in getting this issue resolved. There was also as $79 charge just to talk to a tech. I couldnt understand him and wasnt about to pay or give my cc info to anyone.
