This place was so great! My car’s battery died and they took my car in right away, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it all in the same day. Then when I had another issue pop up the next day, they took it in right away again and helped diagnose the problem yet again. They’re very straight-up with prices, too, which is great. Ray who works at the front desk is really friendly and helpful, as well. Overall, could not be happier!

My husband stopped by this shop to have my car looked at and these people didn’t even take the courtesy to take a look to even see if it was something they work on. Automatically shut my husband down. Very unprofessional. To be in the tcu area definitely not worth it.You can not give a diagnosis without even looking at the car

Visited to have a stubborn windshield washer blade replaced and antennae changed. It took a full day for these minor items and when I picked my car up, the washer blade (which we provided) was missing the RainX casing and they basically shrugged their shoulders like Oh well!

Ray and the mechanics are great! They are all very professional, great communicators, and get the job done! My TCU daughter 2008 Lexus GX has needed quite a bit of work while the has been at school. They always get the job done quickly and communicate the price options clearly. While we were getting engine work done they also did body work on it as well. I dont think they are known for this, but they did AWESOME job and was much less expensive than the other quotes I had gotten.

My engine was making noises and overheating. I go to TCU and was not sure where to go. I called And they worked me in almost immediately! They kept me updated through the process on the tests they were performing and the conclusions. Within two hours, I was able to drive away without on issue. It has been a couple weeks and the problem still hasn’t come back. Great work!

First time here. Brought my car in because the AC had gone out ( its 102 degrees outside currently) I had been driving it around for a couple of months and had enough of the heat. Ive been in multiple times over the past year and they have gotten my car in and out in a timely manner, all fixed up, and at a fair price. 10/10 would recommend this place. They go out of their way to do a great job.

Needed a place to get my Audi S4s oil changed. Did a quick google search and found them. They were able to take my car in that day and get it done in less than an hour and I was able to pick it back up. Also had them do a price check for the cost of a 50k tune up and they were significantly cheaper than the competition. They now have a customer for life.

They make sure you feel comfortable with the services, they keep you informed, and you definitely sense the professionalism. Somewhere between their knowledge and passion for cars, and their no-nonsense and friendly manner, this place achieves the gold standard for auto shops. I go here for every car need and recommend any time I can. It has actually annoyed me when Ive lived out of state (3 other states now) and I cant access this shop, but I make sure to stop in when I am here to get stuff done while I can.Heres my first 5 star review written a year ago.Unquestionably the best auto shop Ive ever used. Ive had experiences all over the map with others, but this is the best. JB is the man. He always takes care of you and your car, he knows his work, and his passion shows. He always gives solid advice, doesnt try to up-sell or rip-off, just shoots it straight and is also a nice guy. Ichiban has replaced multiple parts for me, and done my regular tune-ups for about a year (and I drive a lot). I trust them and you should too! The only thing thats disappointing is that Im moving to a different state and will have to find a new shop!

Ichiban is my go-to shop in Fort Worth. Theyre always honest, fast, and do good work. I brought my car in once for an oil change and not only did they let me know that despite my mileage the oil had a lot of life left, they didnt charge me a cent. JB delivers what he promises and will do anything to make sure youre taken care of. Their staff has vast knowledge about vehicles as well, I use them for my 2015 Jeep and my 1971 Blazer. Prices are also on par for the work they do! Great shop!

I was rear-ended nasty by a distracted driver, and Ichiban Autos fixed my 2016 Mazda perfectly. They provide excellent customer service and do the job perfectly. Brandon and his mechanics were amazing. I was about to drive my son and his 97 Jeep back to CA and it needed to be looked at before the 21 hour drive. They were able to get us in, diagnose the problem and fix it all within 90 minutes. They pricing was fair and honest. My son has 3 more years in FW and we will be taking the Jeep to Ichiban for any and all services needed.

We were in Ft. Worth for the Colonial and busted a brake line. We couldnt get back to Oklahoma with the car as it was; fluid was leaking quickly. We drove by Ichiban and stopped there and Will couldnt have been any nicer. They found the problem within minutes and had us fixed in 1 1/2 hours and on our way home. Everyone there was nice and Will promised to get us fixed as quickly as possible. We are so very grateful.

JB and his team are honest and dont up sell you if your car doesnt need services. They had my daughters car for a day and he said the brakes could wait (most would convince you to replace regardless). Both of my kids cars have been to Ichiban over the past 4 years and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive taken our cars to Ichiban for nearly two years. The work is always done right and its an honest shop. Those are the two most important qualities a shop can have.

Let me just start by they are not the cheapest but you dont get quality and service like this for less. They are incredibly professional and track your car with an awesome website system and when you get something done you know it is done right and you wont have to worry about it again. Ichiban Autos is still my go-to auto shop. I trust them to work on my car and give me honest quotes.I started coming here around 2014 and will continue to come here as long as Im in the area. Even with my 15% discount at my dealership, Ichiban almost always has a better quote.There is a tcu discount for students and alumni, so be sure to take advantage of that.One complaint since my last review- lately they dont always answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. Im a long time customer, so I will call until they answer, but a new customer wont have that kind of patience. That being said, when your car is in their hands, they will call you for updates and if any additional work needs to be done, they will give you quotes and ask if you want to go ahead with it.Overall, I recommend you call Ichiban for your auto needs. They are honest and do a good job. JB and Kenneth are solid people.

My experience at Ichiban Auto was amazing. Everyone from the service desk to the mechanic displayed professional and genuine care. I went to get brakes installed (brakes that were ordered prior to going to Ichiban). As the mechanic began the work he soon discovered I had been sold the wrong brakes. These guys went the extra mile to find the right brakes at a price that was close to what I had paid for the wrong ones. While my tires were off the car, the mechanic found a leak in one tire, repaired it and didnt charge me. Its the extra service that makes me want to tell others this is a shop you can trust.

I do not know much about cars and wouldnt know if they were charging me to fix my flux capacitor (ps. I do know that cars do not have one of those). But my brother called and approved this place. The guy I spoke to was great and I trust that what he told me as a diagnosis for my car issues is correct and that what he charged me is fair. He went beyond that though and provided me a way to temporarily fix my car so that I have time to save the money for the repairs. This was done because he knows how tight things can be during the Christmas Season. Great service, quick repairs & trustworthy repairmen.

It was simply adjusting my air pressure, but he was very informative as to what was going on in my tires, and what they were doing to help. The man who filled my tires was quick and friendly. The JB also told me about some concerns about my bumper without pushing me to get it fixed. Great service.

I have been a customer of Ichibans for over five years now. They have worked on my Volkswagen Golf, Ford Ranger and most recently my 2001 Hyundai Sonata. I would recommend this shop. It seems the manager, Will Plummer, handles every every customer personally. You dont come in and talk to a different cashier about your car every time. When you call, you talk to Will. He doesnt have to beg for permission to make his customers happy like at a dealership. The lobby and even the garage are both properly clean. The mechanics in the shop are as good as they come. Five stars.

I was slightly familiar with the business as I have passed it frequently, but I thought they only did minor repairs. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they also did body work. The entire transaction was easy. J.B. Barrett was extremely professional and kept me informed. When I picked up my 2013 Mazda 6, it looked exactly like it did when I picked it up at the dealership the first time.

Great shop! I was pleasantly surprised as I have not seen such a good auto service for years. Very friendly staff, reasonable price and honest mechanics. They actually do their best to fix the issue within the lowest cost to you, rather then trying to upsell. Will certainly recommend to everyone.
