Called Katie back about 5 months ago to cancel Mason insurance and it took a few calls to get ahold of her.. Called 3 times today and left a message, Also to add to this review, I tried to get a quote from her on a marine policy to which she never contacted me back.

Contacted Katie to see if her insurance group could help with our autos, home and motorcycle insurance! She answered the phone and her child was screaming in the background! Very unprofessional! In addition, I uploaded the policies we had to negotiate new ones with her company and no reply after two attempts to follow up on getting quotes for our insurance needs! This is not a professional company to deal with!

I instructed Katie (the owner) to cancel my auto policy in January and she has failed to do so. ITS OCTOBER! Save yourself the time and trouble and go through Progressive directly
