HUGE SHOUTOUT to both Drake and Ray!!! They deserve all the promotions, raises, praises, blessings, and thank yous and have earned my business for life. When it rains it pours, and while changing tires is not a service they offer, they were super generous and went above and BEYOND to help me when they could have easily just said no.When I initially called them for help, Ray immediately offered to air it up for free so I could safely get to Discount Tire. Once he realized the tire would not hold the air like we thought it would, Drake graciously changed my tire out to a donut/spare for me. They also were so empathetic and patient during my moment of stress crying. These 2 gentleman are perfect examples of amazing human beings and I wish them the very best and am so thankful they were there for me in my time of need. ❤️ Hope to see them again on my next trip to CBA!

They tried to way over charge me! I went to this garage to have my AC checked out and they charged me $100 to do a diagnostic test on my AC. They told me that I would need a new compressor, condenser, expansion valve, drier, and the freon needed to be recharged and they quoted me $3,400 for the parts and labor. My neighbor was able to look at the car and confirm that the compressor needed to be replaced and thats all I needed. he would charge me $200 to replace it and recharge the freon. I bought the compressor at AutoZone for $500 and had my neighbor replace it and now my ac works great!

I appreciated them getting me on the schedule very quickly. They communicated by text frequently to let me know the status of my repair. Great customer service. Very happy customer!!

Very professional, and the shuttle service was nice! I also appreciated the thorough inspection of my vehicle, and how they make you aware of other services to your vehicle that you made need taken care of in the near future without upselling or being pushy. Overall, a great experience!

The folks at this auto repair are so honest I would never take my car anywhere else. It really is refreshing to know that my wife and daughter can go here and I dont have to double check what theyre being told or negotiate with some sales person trying to sell them something they dont need. They are just really good people.

I recommend Christian Brothers! I like that they checked all components during the diagnostic, not just the one thing I came in for, and gave me a very detailed summary with pictures. The manager, Joe, was super friendly and actually listened to me while I was telling him about my car. It was also nice to use the shuttle service back to my house! The mechanic fixed my car super fast and I received super great service!

Stoppppppppp. Don’t go!! I took my wife’s van in because something was wrong with the charging system. They told me it was the battery cable and it was going to be $300 to fix. We got to done and while I drove it off the lot, the battery light flashed again. I called to see what they could do and they said I could bring it back and we will check the charging stuff for 69. I asked since the battery cable wasn’t the problem and I just spent 300 to fix something that wasn’t wrong could they waive the diagnostic fee. They said they couldn’t do that and I would have to pay the 69 for the diagnostic.I would recommend Huggins Honda any day of the week over this business. Very disappointed.

I went in for an alignment and received a great service. They provide also a ride back home if needed depending on how far you live. Will definitely return in the future!

Joe, Jennifer, and John always take good care of us at this location. Recently our Vans transmission went out and they found us a great price on a brand new one installed and did our inspection as well. We run a non profit for the homeless so it’s important for us to be up and running. They always keep us updated on timings and we will always return to Christian brothers because they make us feel like family friends here.

Hands down the best shop in town!!! Was able to sit at home while the tech emailed me a detailed statement with pics included. With the work being under warranty and at a fair price its a win win.

I was so very impressed with this place! They were so fast. Honest and the place is immaculate! I went across the street to buy windshield wiper fluid brought it back and they saw me with it and asked me if I would let them fill it up for me! Christian brothers provided great service to our familys vehicles. They were honest, thorough, quick, and communicated the whole time about what they were working on. Having a reliable mechanic is very important. Were glad to have found them.

The only negative thing I have to say is that they’re not open on Saturday. Other than that, they were great. When I dropped my car off, the shuttle took me back home. After I came from work, the shuttle picked me up and took me back to the shop. Their prices weren’t really high. It was within my budget, so I appreciate that so much. Customer service was good. Thanks for getting me back on the road 👍🏾.

I visited this Christian Brothers location for my state inspection and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. I believe that a shop that can do the most basic of services like an inspection with great service deserves my consideration for other maintenance and repairs as they arise. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes and treated me like a regular customer. My favorite part was that there was no attempt to up sell me on any services that I didn’t really need, unlike some other chain shops.Their location is clean and conveniently located on the edge of the the Presido Junction shopping district. They have a complimentary shuttle for longer repairs, but you could easily walk to a number of area businesses if you wanted to wait around. Their service was great and I look forward to giving them future business as needs arise.

This was my first experience with CBAC and I was very impressed. The service from start to finish was spectacular. I was getting tired of dealing with the dealership due to lack of communication and length of time they took for repairs. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday afternoon at CBAC for a popping noise coming from the front and received text messages at every process and change! WOW! They found both front axles were bad and had them replaced. My truck was ready by Wednesday evening, 24 later. Highly recommend.

Do not be fooled by the name. I recently took my car to their shop for diagostic testing due to a check engine light. I was told by their technician that I needed a new transmission. They did a great job of making it sound like having their shop rebuild my transmission was the best thing, as it would give me a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty.... All for the low price of $4,500. However, somehow this shop learned that my transmission was still under warranty. They were nice enough to call me and give me this good news, and after I picked up my car, I was told that I needed to take my car to a specific dealership to get it serviced. When I told them that I had already set up an appointment with another dealership, they insisted that I forget that appointment and take it to the place recommended. I took my car to the dealership of my choiice. The next day, I receive a call from the other dealerships service center telling me that I need to get my car and bring it to him for service and no one else. He was angry that I chose another dealership to take my car to. It was determined that I didnt need a new transmission. I only needed a part replaced inside the transmission--about $300 worth of work (mostly for labor).

Started working on our car straight away, which was goodKept us informed, which was goodGot timely notification that the car was ready for pickup, which was good.When we arrived they couldnt find the keys. My wife suggested to contact the tech who was out to lunch, which they couldnt imagine, so kept searching. Finally decided to call tech who confirmed that the key was with him/her. Ten minutes had passed only to find that the tech would be another 15 minutes.We decided to go for a walk to pass the time. Came back and tech still hadnt returned, so decided to go again. Another ten minutes and got a call that the tech had returned! So we came back again. Got key, with barely an apology! No offer to make good. Which is not good!Final observation, the member of staff who we worked with didnt cover his nose with his mask, thus putting us at potential risk. May as well have not worn a mask at all. Which is not good.I wish we had gone back to our old CB, 16 miles south of where we are now (Oakmont), because they were great. Cleary setting the bar high.Next time will go the extra mile for a much better experience.

The hardest thing to do is to find a place to get your car serviced that wont try to nickel and dime you for stuff you dont need. THIS is that place. You can trust these people to take great care of your car without having to pay for things you dont need. Super nice, super friendly and good decent people and great prices. I wont go anywhere else. So happy to have found them.

So last month i take my car in to get an oil change no big deal. They call back and say theres a transmisson problem and make us pay for that, $2600 out of pocket. Then i notice after taking a two hour drive to my grandmas that the oil life is at 20% and theres barely any oil on the dipstick. So it seems to me that they either didnt change the oil or something was done to make my car eat up oil faster than usual. Point of this review is basically everytime i take my car in i get it back with some kind of issue or the issue not fixed at all. They seem to take advantage of people who dont know a whole lot about fixing cars to drain them of money.

I went in because my truck was stalling while driving. I described the problem and they new it was the engine control valve because it has a history of going out on my year of expedition just through our conversation. It took about 2 hours and they even offered me a courtesy shuttle to and from work. Highly recommended!

Professional, friendly staff, quick turnaround on my vehicle, and instant updates on the status of my service. I went to several other places to get my annual safety inspection on my Ford Excursion diesel, and all of them told me 1-1.5 hours before I could get in Christiam Brothers got me right in, and I was back on the road 10 minutes later. Top notch courtesy and a clean facility.

So I let it sit and rest for a month or so now to take the emotion out of it. The facts:Took wifes car in for soft brakes last June, they replaced master cylinder for a few hundred dollars no problem.7 months later same problem, call them and they offer a free inspection, cool. They call back saying master cylinder has failed (covered under warranty) but also caused brake booster to fail (about $1000 for everything they quote). I dont trust them now so call another place and get a quote of $800 for everything CB wanted to do without warranty discount. Take my wifes there instead.Pick my wifes car up and am surprised to get a bill for only around $250. Owner of other place tells me nothing was wrong with brake booster or anything else CB needed to fix only had to replace master cylinder.Maybe get a second opinion when needing a repair.

UPDATE: To my previous review. I have changed from 1 star to 5 as deserving after Christian Brothers heard my concern and reached out to try to resolve the issue. I am completely satisfied with the services there after. I appreciate Joe for all of his help, his patience, and genuine efforts. Joe made sure I understood everything and I trust his opinion and expertise. A car was rented for my family and services were fully covered. Last, I will return and reference the company to anyone. I have made the choice to leave my previous post to share how one experience was made right. Thank you!Took my car Acura TSX 09 in to get a Dx for a check engine emission light in efforts to get the car repaired and inspected thereafter. We were told the car needed to stay over night and would be done the next day. The next day came no one called us all day as it was almost closing my husband called and finally was told it would be ready 1 hour before closing. We spent 900$ ON SEVERAL things needed attention and the check engine emission light was still on. The day my husband picked the car up, it was at the end of the day and by the time he started the car they had already closed the doors. There was no one to assist him to review the light was still on. We took the car back on day 3 and a mech****anic told us he would do us no charge as to say he was doing us a favor after taking $900 to look at it again but would not refund any money. I will never recommend this place ever again. This wrong must be made right! Especially being that we are in a time of a world pandemic. The mechanic said he didnt understand what it could be, thought it might be a ground fuse. Needless to say my car is still not fixed, inspection is past due and I am 900$ lost. The owner will be hearing from me very soon.

The guys Christian Brothers employs really do seem to be the best at what they do. Want them to fix everything possible? Done. Want them to tell you whats wrong so you can do it yourself? Easy. I dont plan on taking my Jeep anywhere else (shout out to John!).

I am an elderly woman with an older model car and not sure what was wrong with my rear brake lights. I stopped in and was greeted in the parking lot by a very nice gentleman and explained my lights weren’t working, he told me to have a seat inside and they would check it out . It was very clean everyone was so nice and in just a few minutes they had fixed the problem with no charge. I will never go anywhere else!!! I highly recommend them

CBA is always thorough and honest, but tend to be pricier.

They were awesome! Took care of me and my 2 year old by giving me a ride to a kids play area and very punctual!

I got my car inspected at the North Fort Worth location and I was very happy with the service I received. The staff was very friendly, the inspection took only 15 minutes and I was helped right away. There was no wait when I went so I was in and out. I would definitely recommend the N. FTW location of Christian Brothers Automotive.

Stopped by for my 1st time, outstanding customer service, gave me a veteran discount with my oil change and checked out my entire vehicle for me. Very clean and professional location, great friendly staff.

Took my car in for repairs. Took them 10hours to run a diagnostic on the car , and then told me that it was going to be $2,200 to fix the car. I declined and paid the $99 diagnostics fee. I took the car over to Scottys in Roanoke(15min away) they told me they will have the car fixed in 1/2 day and they are only charging $1161(plus a free diagnostic). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, it saved me over $1000.

Eric explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand and had John show me exactly what was wrong and how they could help me fix it. Best interaction Ive had with any mechanic!

I’ve had a good experience with this location a couple of times. The prices are a little higher than other shops in the area, however, the service and apparent quality of the work has been top notch.

I got my vehicle towed to this place after it was wrecked and not drivable. I contacted them and let them know the adjuster was coming, have them my phone number and then they had my car towed as an abandoned vehicle. I would never ever ever recommend taking any vehicle to this place.

Great experience start to finish!

If I could give a neg number I would......Took wife’s SUV in for oil change and new spark plugs. Two weeks later took it over to my Dad’s to change the filter and my dad checked the spark plugs. There was rust on ever one of them. Took my money for changing spark plugs but didn’t change them. Will not be going back!

70 bucks for an oil change!? I get mechanics jack up the price for simple things but thats ridiculous! Firestone is bad enough but at least they keep it in the 50 dollar range!

Called first for an oil change time and price which was $39.99 - I get there and the guy is using foul language behind the desk - then told me I had to have the synthetic oil in my car - only - that cost $70 - I left called the dealership and they confirmed I did not need that type of oil change - so disappointing
