Got my car back in less than a week. Dropped off Monday morning and got it back on Friday. Super nice. Had a little issue with the back tire not being balanced and my window tint got cut on back passenger door, but I called and they got me in the next morning at 9am. Fixed the vibration and replaced the window tint that day. Got my car back with a smile that afternoon. Hope I never have to see Daniel again, lol but if I do.... this is where I am going!!

Great customer service! They went above and beyond making sure all my questions were answered and letting me know where my car was in the repair process. I had to take my car back after receiving it from repairs because my intelligent access was not working. They were so apologetic, and quickly took my car back to fix it. I got it back a few days after taking it back in, with my intelligent access working, and they even washed it again for me. Cannot say enough good things about my experience. Its frustrating enough getting into an accident and being without your car, but they made the repairs process a breeze.

Im giving this location 4 out of 5 stars. 4 stars because there service was outstanding they took care of all my collision damage and then some at no additional cost to me! They always kept me up to date as to which step in the process they were and I appreciate there contact free service as well. Why not 5 stars: After I got my truck back they put all but one lugg back onto one of my tires they removed. My tires have special (expensive) luggs that require a key to remove them and one of them was never replaced. I have been working with them to have them replace it for almost a year now and after all this time they still havent. Would I recommend them to others, yes! But check your vehicle THOROUGHLY!

Absolutely some of the best service I’ve experienced. Daniel was amazing and communicated like a pro. My truck was at caliber collision for almost 5 months after a wreck. Had to take it back 5 times because they couldn’t get it right. Took it to Daniel and he and his team had it fixed in 2 days. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back if I ever need anything.

Where do I start?1- they didn’t have me saved in their system to begin with. So for a whole week, I didn’t hear from them.2- My husband asked them specifically to only work on my tire but when we go check on my car, they’ve nearly torn it apart.3- it’s going on 3 weeks and parts still aren’t there and they’ve changed the date for completion once again.I’m not sure everyone’s experience but mine had been horrible. And I wouldn’t recommend Service King for car repairs.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had. I was helped by mark and he was such a blessing. He went out of his way to help and make everything go smoothly and do the best he can do to get my car fixed. I will say I am very pleased with how accommodating he was and how he listened to everything i was worried about, he went out of his way and got me set up on a rental and took all my worries away. Best place I’ve ever gone to. And mark and angel have done everything from answering any questions I’ve had to reassuring me they would help as much as possible and they definitely have helped a lot. I will definitely be going to this location and those guys if or whenever I need work done again. Thank you mark again so much! I appreciate all you’ve done and you are truly an awesome person! I’m really disappointed with results and I shouldn’t give my car to this auto collision! They put different colored bumper on my car. One year ago in Hulen collision changed its hood and you can’t realize it’s recently replaced or not.. In king repair place they had terrible results. It is absolutely noticeable that new bumper is in different color. Even far away from the car you can see this awkward color. I’m really disseppointed with this service.

We recently worked with Service King in South Fort Worth to repair a car that was set to be a birthday present for a sweet 16 year old. It needed a new door and paint fix. Everyone we spoke with was so patient and eager to help in every way. The manager, Brad, personally called me to confirm what we needed and let me know he was working on the deadline. He called again to let me know when things were almost done and that it would definitely be ready by the deadline. Upon completion, the car was even better than before the damage and ahead of schedule! We are so very thrilled with the service received and will recommend to everyone. Visited this location about 5 years ago and it was great. Very professional, the manger even gave me and mother s ride home in his Benz lol. Got my vehicle back within a week after someone clipped my friend in. I couldnt even tell the difference once it returned. Sadly I no longer have that vehicle but will be making a trip back here in the next couple days for a quote.

They fixed my husbands body work very good but the damages under they didnt do a good job at all car still pulls to one side and when you stop on the breaks the car jerks to the side after taking it back a 2nd time still not fixed correctly i will be reaching out to the claims adjuster

The associates could not find my car keys when I went to the service king office to get the mileage on my car to provide the insurance company. The associates blamed the tow truck driver serval times. Accusing him of never leaving my keys in the vehicle. I received confirmation from the tow truck driver that he did in fact leave the key at service king. I had to share this information with 3 different associates and explain my situation and reason for needing the key to my vehicle. I had to insist they find the service king associate who moved my vehicle from the drop off location in the front of the building to the back of the lot where my vehicle was currently located. I was then informed by 1 service king associate that he had received confirmation from another associate that service king was in possession of the key, but they could not locate it at that time. He asked for an additional 48hrs for them to locate the key and if it could not be recovered they offered to replace it. Unfortunately this was not within the time frame that the insurance company needed to process my claim. I then was approached by the 3rd service king associate who I believe to be a manager and had to once again explain everything to. I informed her I cannot give them 48hrs, and I needed a replacement key immediately. She then said she would see what she could do, and ended up returning with my original car key. She briefly said it was located in the incorrect place. This entire dilemma was highly exhausting and took about 3 hours. I will never return to the Service King in South Freeway in Fort Worth, Tx and I have informed my insurance company of the dilemma as they were the reason my car was taken to this location, and advised them not to work with this Service Location anymore.

Not very friendly.All 3 just sat there looking at there computers as I walked in! Made me feel like I was interrupting them! Ask me where my vehicle was, of course it was outside!Then Enterprise man was friendly, but didnt do a detailed inspection as my daughter and I found flaws on the vehicle that he didnt,gage was almost on empty and the inside of the car was not clean!! The car also flashed needs oil Change!!!! Really!!!Hate that Geico has to use These 2 companies Service King and Enterprise off South Freeway. Wish I didnt have to use them,but Geico is teamed up with them!!

Horrible horrible horrible communication with clients. They even accidentally called me one morning to asked if I hit my vehicle on something. Umm yeah I was in an accident. Then they go on the tell me all the things that was wrong with the car. Well after hanging up and thinking about it something didnt sound right. So I called back apparently they missed dialed and called me about someone elses car. So that wasnt mine at all. They just laughed about it instead of saying sorry. The receptionists are horrible at their jobs and if they dont know information rather than tell you they dont know or understand what is going on. They will just say any information hoping it makes you happy when in the end it is just more frustrating than anything else. And when I was frustrated and was trying to explain this her reply was well you should have signed paperwork faster. Well your business waited a whole business day to call me to sign said paper work after my car was already towed to the place. So without a vehicle, I signed as fast as I could. Really was a nightmare dealing with these people. Only reason I will not give 0 stars is that the work done was excellent, but next time I will take my business to a better customer and communication friendly environment.

Patrick was the go-to guy for the repairs on my car. Even though it took a bit longer than I expected, I was actually glad that they didnt rush the job and they made sure everything was as close to perfect as possible. Service King even picked up the tab for the rental after my insurance company signed off. I got updates twice a week (for quite a few weeks :) Im pretty happy with the service I received and would definitely go there again...although I hope I never have to!

First, Im not sure if its customer service or just telling you want you want to hear. Angel is a joke of an advisor. He has no clue of what is actually going on with your vehicle. Was promised updates and the only texts that I received was that I would be receiving texts on progress.Upon dropping off my truck, informed Angel that there was coffee splattered everywhere from accident and that the front would need to be detailed. Not sure if he didnt listen or what, but picking it up there was still coffee everywhere.Also, when I returned, I specifically asked if the parking assist was fixed. After I made another stop, found out that it was not fixed. Angel had me return and sit and wait for almost 3 hours on a quick fix.So I had to take another good chunk of my day for something that wasnt even my fault to begin with, Im the one that got hit.If you look at the Google reviews, notice they havent replied or addressed any concerns in about a month.

This Service King is top-notch. I have had my vehicle repaired there twice. One time with a major collision and the second time it was a parking lot collision. I was extremely happy with both repairs.It is very convenient to also have Enterprise Rent-A-Car on-premises and my insurance company Geico met me at the location. Chelsea was my Service King representative and she was excellent. Very very happy with this establishment and highly recommend.

On Monday August 1st 2016, I accidentally detached the right and left sides of my front end bumper by pulling into a parking space and not judging the height of the curb. As I backed away from the curb, my bumper was torn off on both sides and hung within 2-3 inches of scraping on the ground. In a panic, I frantically attempted to reattach the bumper to no avail. I drove to several collision repair shops and heard the same story: Mondays are too busy to get an estimate let alone perform any repairs. I was desperate for help. I stopped in the Service King facility at 9601 S Freeway because I know they are a veteran friendly organization and have a goal of employing many Vets. Although I am a veteran, I did not need a job but I needed help. The receptionist was very pleasant and called Service Advisor Angel Solis to speak with me. Angel looked at the hanging bumper and asked me if I would give him an opportunity to reattach the bumper. A short time later, Angel pulled my car around and I expected him to say the bumper was beyond reattaching. The bumper was completely reattached. Angel saw the amazed look on my face, smiled and said; there is always a way to help someone. Angel refused to take any payment for helping me. Since Angel would not take any money, I stood before this soft spoken young man, hugged and thanked him for taking the time to help me. Angel Solis is a consummate professional who restored my faith in the business community. Please recognize Angel for his hard work and dedication to customer service.

Well, it took me some days but I finally got the time to write it. I had to do it because the service was that good. I am a pretty demanding person, but to be honest, it is the first time that a service surprises me this much.My car got scratched and, after checking other places, Service King was recommended to me; thus I decided to take it there. They did an amazing job and did it fast! Also, they left the car impeccable--vacuumed, and all cleaned up!!! .If you are going to this location, save yourself some time and ask for Rolan Bishop. He is incredibly nice. He gave me all the info about the repairs and got the car painted sooner because I had refused to get a rental--I dont like to drive rentals--. He notices those details!!!!

Got an estimate on my truck and the eatimator told me they would be replacing the bumper and painting my fender. When I took it to the scheduled appointment a second estimator came out and said that they would only bend the bumper and do touch up paint to fix it. Second estimator told me that the initial guy will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door. Would not recommend

Had my speakers and amplifier stolen from my truck while it was parked there getting an estimate for damages. The manager Brad has given me the run around. I was told they were to send me a check to cover the expenses of my speakers as I have yet to receive. I’ve called several times and each time I call I am on hold and they never connect me to the correct person. It has been two months dealing with this issue. Something needs to be done.Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

I had my truck repaired the twice. The initial customer service was good, although the second time I had it repaired there, the communication was very lacking. I only got an update when I initiated it. Their lifetime warranty is BS. They replaced one of my headlights in the repair (from the junk yard) and it is fogging over and yellowing. Refused to fix it under warranty!!! What? The original (on right side) is crystal clear, but the used one you put in my truck is nasty looking, but because it was clear when I picked up my truck, its not covered???!! Wow.... thats crappy customer service. Ive recommended you to several people, who took their vehicles there... wont do that again.****9/27/18*****AmendmentI was contacted by the manager, Adam, who responded to my concerns, and listened to my complaint. I am VERY HAPPY with his response, and attention to this matter. He made things right. That is the customer service that people want to see.... Thank you Adam.

I had to schedule to get my car repaired and this place was one of the first places listed from my insurance. The only problem was that I was given the run around about whether or not the facility I was going to needed an Estimate or not. I went from calling them, to calling back my insurance agent and back and forth until finally Terrence Bloodsaw was put on the phone. He cleared everything up almost instantly, and set me up with a repair shop that was not only conveniently close (and DIDNT NEED TO BE SENT AN ESTIMATE BEFOREHAND) but also set me up with a schedule that was most convenient for me! ( I had something scheduled over the weekend and I was going to shoot myself in the foot by sending in my car on friday before he kindly interjected) overall he was really kind and when I asked him if there was some way I could write a review to let his company know how much he did for me, he told me there was a number he could give to me to call but he didnt want to trouble me further. So this review is the only way for me to let this company know they have a great worker over there! Thank you again Terrence!

I came in one day for body repair. I was told if I leave my car that day they should be able to finish the repair by the following Monday. I checked the status of the repair online via their website Monday and it was still being worked on. Two weeks go by and it still says its not finished yet. I called the shop and found out they had not even started working on my vehicle yet. So they lied to me saying it would be completed within a week and kept my vehicle sitting in their parking lot for two weeks for absolutely no reason. Terrible service.

So I had to bring my car in through insurance from a minor wreck earlier this month. I drop it off on a Monday and they told me I should know how long it will take the next day (Tuesday). So Tuesday rolls around nothing Wednesday rolls around nothing and then I get a message from progressive telling me they have ordered the parts already and should be ready Friday. Well then they call Friday and speak to my mom and tell her it won’t be ready till Tuesday. I’m already pretty annoyed by it but I let it pass. So Tuesday I call asking for a time I’ll be able to pick it up they tell me 4-5 and I inform them I have to be at school at 5 and I could pick it up Wednesday morning. They say it’s okay and everything will be finished. Then I go to pick up my car Wednesday and it’s STILL NOT READY! They guy asks me to just wait 15-20 mins. Okayyyy I guess I mean I really need my car. So i finally get it back after 35 mins of waiting even tho this should have been done yesterday. As I’m laying my deductible for insurance I ask for a receipt I’m paying in cash which they do accept and the lady tells me she can’t give me back change or a receipt? What? If you accept cash I should be able to get change back so the guy that fixed my car gave me back the change out of his own money and I had to have her sign the paper work saying I payed my deductible. She was extremely rude and spoke down to me like I was an idiot. I will never go back to any location. The only reason I’m giving it one star is the quality of the work SO FAR!!!! Looks good but we will see. I don’t recommend this place.

Wanted to add a positive review to off set some of the negative. Just got my car out of their collision center this afternoon. I was given march 30th as the estimated finish date, and was shocked to hear that it was done 2 days early. I was updated via text (my choice for it to come through text message) every 2 to 3 days about how things were going. Brett was my specialist, and I couldnt have picked a more professional and courteous person to deal with. 5 stars for my experience!

I had took my car to get fixed after a collision and when i go pick it up car isn’t ready so i have to wait another week for it and it’s been like 4 months since i got my car back and they didn’t even change the cold air intake box that got got cracked and is missing a piece had to figure it out on my own when i removed the cold air intake i wouldn’t recommend you bring your car here look elsewhere.

My car has been on the shop for over a month now, I was told Wednesday of this week that my car would be ready, then Thursday I heard the same thing, today I was told I would have it before the store closed, and I still don’t have my car. I’m very furious and believe when I show up at 9A.M. on a Saturday I’m not going to be a very happy customer. Took car in for repairs, said it would be ready by July 2nd AT THE LATEST. (2 weeks) I was told I would get updates, received one. Waited today (july2nd) for a call, nothing. At 4pm I called, said the car was yet to be painted and would no be ready until after the holiday...had I not called I would have not known, had to make more transportation arrangements for more days...totally unacceptable service, will never take another vehicle there for anything! Will let geico know of their slow service...there are MUCH better places to go where quality is just as good if not better and service is faster.
