Absolutely unprofessional! The one Guatemalan man is DISRESPECTFUL and doesnt speak a word of english! Instead of fixing their mistakes they tried hiding it! They cut the gutter wrong then caulked the gaps. Baseboards were visibly crooked and had gaps that I could stick my thumb through but they left it and said it was done right. Come to find out they were charging me for materials they didnt even use. 2 of the guys in the crew tried fixing it when mentioned but were told to leave it because they didnt have enough time. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The minute duane gets your payment, he completely disregards you. He stops responding on time, makes excuses to not take care of any mistakes his crew made, and he becomes very disrespectful. Also, some of the work that was done was very poor quality.

Worst experience ever! Terrible communication. So many issues and the owner will not respond if there are more issues found after you sign off on the job. Had to redo a bunch of the gutter work myself because and came to realized they botched the garage door installation so bad I just decided to hire someone else to fix them.

I had my bathroom redone by Springer Construction, it was done beautifully. I love it so much I almost dont want to use it! I get a lot of compliments.

A representative from this company had the unmitigated gall to solicit me at my home on a Sunday. The person had no company identification and looked very unprofessional. First off, Dont come back. Second, invest in a mailer, ad, internet etc. I wouldnt hire you to shine my shoes.

A great deal of credit to the project manager and craftsman staff for their service and professionalism. It stops there. The owner Duane has moved on from any of your concerns once he has deposited the payment. My parents have had warranty concerns on their bathroom renovations for over a year and a half. Still unresolved. Faulty choice of equipment for shower pan. Grout deteriorated immediately and staff have been out 9 times and Duane refuses to heed their assessments. 11K+ job and the component is $800. The owner spends most of his time refusing to appropriately address customer concerns due to “traveling abroad”. I highly recommend seeking a quote elsewhere unless you are in the market for extreme hassle and disappointment.

Completely awful customer service from Chad and Judy. My condo association had our roofing redone by Springer Construction 2 years ago and now my roof is leaking. I have had to call multiple times and always get the run around as to when someone will be able to come look at my roof. Very unprofessional everytime I call, they have no compassion and there is clearly a lack of communication within the office because each person I speak to gives me a different answer. Ive even been talked down to by Chad. I would never reccomend this company unless stress and unprofessionalism are what you want if a problem does arise from the work theyve completed.

A gentleman came out to look at our house on April 4, 2016, to give us a quote . I had to call their office at least three times to ask about the quote. Each time I was told that Ill have to get back to you, Ill call you back. Not once did they call me back. I called them May 6th, 2016 and told them never mind, Id be taking my business elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars, I would. If you cant get a company to get you a quote, made that worry me on how well they would hold true to time commitments on the job. I think WOWO should think twice about advertising for them!!!

Spent over $6,000 on them last year getting work done on my home, and spending more money this year fixing the same things again ourselves. I can only hope that the ventilation and insulation they did in my attic is correct. The 2 new windows that were put in do look nice, but the guy putting them in complained the whole time.The guys they sent out to my home had zero professionalism whatsoever! A 2-3 day job that took 2 weeks. Showed up hours late, or not at all. Left the job at my house to go do other jobs. Used our own tools if they didnt bring theirs. Put a foot through my bathroom ceiling, did a horrible patch job and then wanted me to repaint the bathroom (also lied to me about how the hole happened). They ended up doing a horrible paint job themselves. Bad mouthed the owner, Duane, to us about everything. When we asked for Duane to come look things over, he would just send other people out and never did show up to check on the work that was being done. One of the guys even showed up unannounced early EASTER morning because he lived a few streets over and needed to look at something! I could go on and on!I will never recommend them, nor do I trust them to come back out to my house.

Kitchen remodeling was a disaster. They will not fix their mistakes. Damaged new cabinet endpanels. Asked Mr springer to replace a $500 panel his employee put dry wallscrews into, spitting it. They patched it with a wax cabinet crayon. Mr springer felt this was exceptable. We were not happy about this. When asked to repair he got upset . Said he would never do work for me again. Very poor quality work done to our kitchen when it came to windows, cabinets and floor installation.

Beware this company. I had windows installed and they were supposed to replace the flashing around my windows when they installed the new ones. Two years later they finally came out and installed the flashing, but never installed the bottom part of the flashing causing a discoloration. Mr. Springer (the owner) refuses to fix it. I was told by one of the workers that it would be too much work for them to replace the bottom half. Please do yourself a favor and seek a company that will finish the work.

False advertisement! We received an ad in the mail with a special price for a re-roof. After receiving a quote and discussing it multiple times, Springer refuses to honor the price and the specific language in the ad. In the end, its not competitive and uses the cheapest shingles possible.

Terrible service !!!!! They charge way to much !!!! Can get 50 yr non prorated material and labor for half what they charge !!!!
