I was in a desperate situation. Lost my home cab drivers were not showing up to get me to a shelter the shelter was about to close... In she swooped got me there in like 5 minutes for a ten minute ride. I left my bag at bus station she got it brought it back no charge. Im eternally grateful. If you want a cab that cares, really cares call this one!!! Than you sooo much. Good service, good person, best experience ever.

For 6 years working for hotels in Fort Wayne I have always relied on Taxi by Simone. I recently accepted a new hotel position in New Haven and attempted to tell a guest how great this taxi service is... or now was. Imagine my surprise when a guest called and was denied service because it was an 8 dollar fare and the poor soul would have had to drive 20 minutes. Called a different cab for the guest and he was happy to help - also 20 minutes away. Ill be sure to spread the word to all of my connected hotels in Fort Wayne which taxi helped in a time of need. We have no room for taxi companies that dont want to be taxis.

The number was out if service, and they didnt respond to the booking on Facebook. Lame. Are they even in service anymore? 😕

Have tried calling for a cab eight different timesand everytime I call it a recording saying that the phone that they are using has calling restrictions and could not complete the call and get hung up on Im a disabled veteran who knows the owner my brother used to work with her Simone please fix the problem that is happening

Our car broke down by Jefferson street and I needed someone to pick up my 2 daughters and my husband and they were fast and friendly to pick up my family. When I called the young lady didnt even hesitate when I told her we needed to head towards Huntington. Highly recommend their services to anyone!!!!

Eric the driver is great and on the off chance that anything goes wrong or hes delayed he lets you know in advance and also has the option of sending a friend/coworker from Economy taxi to help out for the same price. Their great at making sure you get your taxi one way or another. BE ADVISED THOUGH. IF YOU ARE RUDE OR SAY ANYTHING THAT GIVES THEM A BAD FEELING THEY WILL NOT COME. I cant blame them at all because safety is more important than money.

She Did NOT Judge Me For My Meltdown I was Having as Well As Helped Me Calm Down to where I Felt Safe. She Dropped Me Off At My Door and Waited Until I Was Safely Inside! Where do I begin? Taxi by simone is so amazing! I absolutely love them! Eric & Vicki are angels sent from heaven. They picked me up on several occasions and showed me nothing but respect and warmth. I appreciate how caring they are and how willing they are to go above and beyond for their customers. On March 23rd 2018 we were supposed to leave Fort Wayne to go to Indianapolis to pick up a friend of mine who was taking the bus in from Vermont. Halfway through the trip my friend told me that his bus was delayed because the driver wasn’t there yet & so I quickly told Eric and Vicki that this was the current situation. They were so kind that they said they would go to Ohio to pick him up... so we went to Ohio... however the location at which we were supposed to pick him up at didn’t work because the bus that was supposed to bring him there never got there. He was stuck in Columbus. The driver never showed up so I asked Eric and Vicki if they would mind picking him up from the first location in ohio( Columbus ) they said sure. And here I am writing this long review. They didn’t have to show so much patience and understanding. God bless this company! They are awesome. I’m always happy to see them. Mind you, all this took place between the hours of midnight to about 5am..

I just travelled once but my experience was horrible. I called taxi at Fort Wayne Airport. This cab came after 45 minutes (after I called 2 times). And for a ride from Fort Wayne airport to Hilton Garden Hill he charged me 30 dollars. I am never travelling with this ever again.

The only service that would return the call and finally showed up three hours after initial contact if you call these people make sure you do it hours in advance so they can coordinate their drivers.
