Dropped off an air cleaner from a 65 Lincoln. The did excellent work in a reasonable amount of time. It is show quality. Joe is a good guy and knows his stuff. I am having them do some more work right now and would recommend.

Great Fort Wayne local business. Been bringing them my projects for years and they do a really nice job. Had one small issue this year with an item, but they had no qualms about admitting their mistake and making it right. Honest folks and very easy to deal with. I have no reservations about continuing to go back time and again.

Dropped off a large part to get baked in their oven. Was told we would have it back on Monday due to the time sensitive project. We placed two calls to check on the status of the parts to find out they were not done as promised. We were told by the owner we had two choices come get your F*&^ing parts or it will be done when I feel like getting it done. If you need work done take the short drive to Panacea in Decatur versus dealing with these clowns.

Dropped off my headers for ceramic coating. Was told it would take 2 weeks. Went back in to get them and then I was told 2-3 weeks. Well, it took 5 weeks. And when I asked why it took so long I was told does it even matter. The lady at the desk is very rude and the ceramic coating on the headers looks cheap. They also missed some spots. It is not professional at all. I would not recommend to anyone if you want your items back in a timely manner.

I took my frame here to get sandblasted. Not only did they charge me an extra $125 from what they quoted me, but when I went to pic the frame up there were spots that were blatantly missed. So I wasted time going there twice because they wanted it picked up asap. In very happy I didnt have them powder coat it as well, they wouldve just coated over the missed spots and then my powder coating would be ruined in less than a year. Very disappointed.

Pro strip did a great job and service was excellent.
