To say we love her and this company and how they do business would be an entire UNDERSTATEMENT. From years of leasing agent/broker work, to years of answering endless questions, to purchasing commercial real estate for our business to grow, Joy has been there for us. Never once in 8 years were we ignored, turned away, pushed aside. Remarkable would be only one of the words I would use to describe her and the work she does. We had a bad experience where John Adams lost us two leases in a single day that we had already signed for. He made us offers without confirming to the land lord that he could make the offers, and they were not labeled as drafts, so we believed we had the locations secured. After pulling the rug out from under us, our small business could only do half the revenue expected for the year. Other members of the Zachary Company have been very helpful to us, and we appreciate them.
