If you want a headache from beginning to the very end then come here. The ONLY light in this office is Dr. Sharon Clevenger! She is knowledgeable, intelligent, caring and has taken very good care of my daughter. My husband and I trust her with her mental health. As my mental health goes, this office has made me lose mine. The Office staff is disorganized, rude as hell, they do not care about the patients. For seven months I did not receive a bill. Then I called my insurance company and they told me they never received a claim from them. So I called the office and they conveniently told me I never gave them the information that they needed seven months ago. You would think this information would be important and they would ask for it, but no I had to wait seven months for me to inquire why I received an outrageous bill. And when I did ask the office manager she gave me her email address it was very curt with me and then hung up on me. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with his office. Also if you’re looking for a therapist you may consider looking somewhere else, we did. And when we did we got the results we were looking for. And this was a bad experience with one in particular therapist at this office.

Ive been going here for years and I always, always have a positive experience! Sharron is so kind (a bit intimidating in the beginning, but once you get to know her shes very caring) and is always on top of medications, ready to listen to anything Im struggling with and has never made me feel badly for needing to switch medications (which Ive done several times)! She literally looks at anything and everything to make sure that all the bases are covered on my health. Its very easy to access my information on the online patient portal that they use too. Very happy with them and always reccomend them to friends and family!

Super friendly, helpful and professional practice! Sharon worked through my physical issues before prescribing any medication - found out I had some vitamin and mineral deficiencies and when they were corrected, my symptoms were gone! The therapists are kind, professional and make you feel comfortable. The office staff goes above and beyond! They go out of their way to help with any issue you have and are so patient! Highly recommend!

Ive been to a lot of different therapists, but in 1 month, Lydia has helped me make such a positive change in my life that no one else has been able to help me do. I feel like a whole new person. Im learning more about myself and my beliefs, and what I need. I cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend this place to anyone struggling with anything.

Sharon, just got off the phone with your receptionist, looks like you are still in business. Please give me a call, as I left a message with the lady I spoke too. We would love to resolve the balance owed to our company and go our separate ways!

I dont usually write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I have heard that the counselors here are decent, but I did not have a very good experience with (owner) Nurse Practitioner, Sharon Freeman-Clevenger. I felt like she judged me and treated me like I was less of a person because of my diagnosis. For a person that treats addiction and mental illness, you would think she would be understanding of people with those problems, but it is quite the opposite. It was her way or the highway. She would boast about her degrees, which she had every right to be proud of and I didnt mind hearing about it every once and a while, but overtime she came across as narcissistic, especially when she would bad-mouth other health care professionals. I felt like I had to tell her what she wanted to hear because I couldnt build a client/doctor relationship with her, since her bedside manor was so poor. At one point I went to another doctor for a different service that I didnt know she also treated patients for. When I transferred the information to her, thinking she should know about other medical treatments, she was very angry. I didnt know she offered that type of treatment so another doctor treated me for it. I told her I wanted to continue my treatment for mental health with her, but I wanted to stay with the other doctor for treatment of the other service, since I felt comfortable with them and had a good experience at that clinic. This infuriated her, so she proceeded to yell at me, speak very rudely to me, wouldnt let me speak, then belittled me and the other doctors and practitioners at the other clinic. I had never experienced anything like that with a health care provider before. Her tantrum made me realize that I didnt deserve to be treated like that. I stood up and walked out promising to never go back. I wish this never happened and wish I never went there in the first place. I would not recommend her to anyone for addiction treatment or psychiatric services.

I told them what kind of insurance I had when I called and set up an appointment, I had to drive all the way across town and when I got there they told me they did not accept my insurance. The woman at the desk was nice.

Lets see where to start. I worked for ICCBT for about 2 1/2 years coming into the practice not knowing a single thing about cognitive behavior therapy.. I learned so much working with these group of ladies and learned things about myself and other people. The main thing I can say about the center is that C.E.O Sharon Freeman Clevenger, NP and the therapists always put the patients needs first. They do whatever they can to help the patient get on a positive path. And they give their professional advice. Doesnt matter what your struggling with. They are there to help you and challenge you to want to do better. I dont know how many patients Ive seen over the time of me working there leave the practice in a good state and happy terms. Ive seen people go rock bottom, and these ladies are there to help save you. You have to want to save yourself, but they are very kind and loving and push you to want happiness and self-love. They personally helped me understand my biological mothers mental health which is bipolar paranoia schizophrenic. Not only do people come to the practice to help themselves, they also seek help and insight on how to work with and understand others. These ladies were like a second family to me. And the practice just keeps growing. Keep up the good work ladies. Ill always have love for my ICCBT family.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SAFE/PROFESSIONAL PLACE, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! horrible place, horrible doctor, horrible therapist!! i went there in the past and i can honestly say dr.Clevenger and therapist Sarah Hoos messed up my life a bit. they only care about making money off of you!! dr. clevenger over prescribes people, does not listen to your concerns or issues, leaves you waiting for an hour then only talks to you for 10minutes before upping your dosage!! a therapist is suppose to be someone you can trust. not with sarah!! she told me i was going to end broke and homeless and that i shouldnt even bother attempting to go to school, when discussing my past and reasons for my PTSD she tried to get me to accept blame for my trauma!!! and when i complained about Sarah, Dr. Clevenger blamed it all on me!! her exact response was sarah is only saying that because shes concerned and your just blowing things all out of proportion. they are rude, unprofessional, and way overpriced.
