I just started using their service but dropped them off on Fri they said would be done by Tuesday.Good service if it works out that way

I brought in 2 badly sweat-stained hats to be cleaned. They came back almost looking! Attached to both were tags that said they were sorry not to have gotten them shirtless. Close to each tag was a tiny faint spot that I didnt notice until the tag pointed it out!Most important to me though, is that they are professional, respectful and polite. Service with a smile wins my repeat business any time!Thank you, Peerless!

Love the idea of being able to drop off laundry. I tried it for the first time not long ago. The service itself is genius. Although, I was told I would be called once all my laundry was washed, folded, and completed. However, no one called me to let me know it was done. After 2 weeks, I ended up having to call myself and it was done. Someone just forgot to call me..? Nonetheless, I’m hoping my next wash will be a little more timely. I’ll still be using this service in hopes next time I’ll be contacted as soon as my load is finished. The employees themselves are super friendly and kind.

Dropped off bed spreads. Enjoyed that there was a discount, but they did not call me about a question they had. Was thrilled that they were in really nice, plastic bags when I picked them up!!!! Great job!

They are always just the nicest people. My clothes come back to me clean and sorted into plastic so that everything stays fresh. Peerless does it all in a timely fashion so that I dont have to wait for my stuff to come back so that I can use it again. And, its super convent to drop my laundry off curbside! Ive had a great experience with Peerless! I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the clerk who assisted me on the phone during the COVID19 pandemic national shutdown. She informed me of their curbside drop off. I was seeking somewhere to have my children’s stuff animals cleaned to pass on for my grandchildren. I was very impressed on how professional and protective they were on receiving my animals and information and also when I picked them up. I give you high praise for the great customer service. They did a very good job on our suits. And, unlike many other cleaners, they didnt come back to us smelling like oil or cleaning fluid. I really like how they send an email notice when it is ready because they are often a few hours earlier than promised.

The staff is always friendly & informative.Ive never been disappointed with the outcome of my drycleaing needs.I love the fact that they press our American Flags for free!

Took my clergy robe in and it looked fantastic. Done before time they said. Very happy with cleaning as well as personnel. Very friendly and helpful.

I dropped off my down pillows to get dry cleaned and told they would follow care label. Was not informed they would change the outer shell of the pillows. Not a big deal only new shell was not soft (like mine originally were) but instead very stiff and firm. When I called to figure this out Mikayla at main street answered the phone and was very rude to me and not helpful at all. Will not be going to this location any longer.

I utilized their home pick up and delivery service for 2 years because Fort Wayne has a limited number of options when it comes to convenient dry cleaning.As a professional man, I expect a certain level of quality and customer service when it comes a service I spend $100-200 a month on. Peerless Cleaners provided the most inconsistent level of quality of any dry cleaner I have ever used. Additionally, their customer service is so poor, and unconcerned when I raised my concern they deflected any responsibility stating that the starch machine broke... and still charged me for the shirts!If you are considering using them for dry cleaning anything do yourself a HUGE favor and USE ANOTHER DRY CLEANER!

This has to be the worst thing can get after leaving a never worn brand new pair of jeans to be starch, when told that they was ready for pickup and after getting home I noticed that there was a big ink like spots on the leg you can Imagine how it feels seeing that on them .I was told thy will try to get it out but that would make it no better so I strongly suggest that if I was you try finding another cleaner
