Stanley Steamer cleaned my air ducts and instantly I could tell the difference in the quality of air. Very professional and attention to detail. I appreciated that they moved things out of the way and put them back, so that there was very little I had to do.

The two men that cleaned the air ducts were friendly, on time, and quick. However, I only noticed about an hour after the service, they were perhaps too quick when putting vent covers back on. The one in my hallway (I’m pregnant and wouldn’t be able to get on a ladder to fix it anyway) is not even on properly, and now a screw is bent! Not impressed with the attention to detail when cleaning up.

Due to a family medical issue, I needed someone to come out and clean and sterilize carpet in master bedroom and bath area. I called on Friday afternoon at 1:15pm in a total over-whelmed state. Heather answered the phone with great smile and calming tone. When I stated I needed urgent service she stated they were booked solid; but she would check with her mgmt and team. Within 3 minutes, Heather stated a crew would arrive between 2 - 5pm to solve my issue. At 1:50, I received a call from Hannah and Ryan stating they would arrive in 25 minutes; at 2:14 they arrived. The team assessed the need, had a solution and completed their work by 2:50. The job was outstanding and they were both so helpful in explaining what needed done, what was done, and how to proceed forward. Both did the nasty cleanup with smiles and zero complaints. They gave me they number in case I needed them again that day or over the weekend. What a great customer experience in a very trying moment!Keep on making those positive images!

The young man who came did an amazing job and I could tell he went above and beyond to get my carpet looking amazing. You could tell he really enjoyed his job as well and showed me before and after pictures with a smile on his face. He was very kind to my dog and to my two kids. Tyler and Josh where very professional and detailed. They cleaned our vents in a very large house. . The only thing this was very expensive and luckily we only have to get it done every 5-7 years. But we’ll worth it for health reasons.

Good service and for someone who’s never availed the services of a cleaning company, I am pretty satisfied. They were on time, simple and direct explanation of the process, thorough cleaning of the couch overall. I used the clean, protect and deodorize services for upholstery. Cleaned and smells so good! My couch has had this musty smell for so long not necessarily due to it being dirty but it seemed like it sat in the warehouse/factory for so long that it got all that moisture and musty smell as a result. But all that is history now with my newly cleaned couch! For the price I’d say it is worth getting the Stanley Steemer services for the ease and peace of mind, and so I can finally enjoy my couch like it is brand new. Thank you!

Had whole home air duct cleaning done. The two guys that showed up were very nice and had great manners. BUT I was very disappointed in the huge mess they left my house in. Dry vent dust and lint everywhere, most things they had to move to get to the registers were not put back in place. There where numerous water spots on my basement carpet, tons of places that had dirt and debris from their foot traffic. I would expect for the amount of money I spent in four hours for this service that there would have been a little more respect for my home.

The guys were nice and respectful. It’s been a day it looks like the stains on my dinning room chairs are gone. My only complaint is, I wish they had done the cleaning in my kitchen were I have tile my dining room has real hard wood floors floors and water was everywhere even on my peace lily. Although they cleaned up it ruined my polish, I assume they use harsh chemicals that aren’t safe for my floors. I was in my kitchen washing dishes, I didn’t know that was going to happen obviously they don’t either. Next time nothing will be done indoors. Which sucks because that means I will have to haul my furniture into the kitchen or my back yard. Other than that they did a good job but I definitely think there should a word of caution for the client, and employees should be trained on it.

I used Stanley steemer today for the first time in our new house to clean out all the ductwork and our vents. The whole process was smooth and easy. From talking with Bill over the phone to schedule it, All the way to the guys (Tyler and Joshua) showing up at the house early and doing a fantastic job.I highly recommend this company in these guys.

Arrived to clean the sofa and leather and were in and out quickly. After they left, I inspected the sofa and found several areas that were not clean. After calling, Stanley Steemer readily agreed to return the next day. Representative arrived on time and inspected the sofa and told me he felt the sofa looked fine but he would get the spot remover to touch up a few areas because “he didn’t want to have to start the truck up” to fully clean the sofa again, “if he didn’t have to”.

Well, I’ve used Stanley Steemer for over ten years, but I have to admit my last service was not satisfactory at all. Anyway, that was until I met Josh and Chris. They exceeded my expectations. Not only were they professional, but very friendly. Stains that never came up before are now gone. Chris removed rust stains that have been there for five years. Would I recommend them to you...without a doubt. I am so happy I stayed with Stanley Steemer. It takes a quality company to admit when service has lapsed and they bend over backwards to earn your trust once again.

We had our air ducts cleaned in the whole house... about 22 vents. They did a great job. Very professional. The manager even stopped by to check on us and make sure things were going smoothly. That was an excellent touch of customer service!!

Always pleased with the carpet cleaning results. First time that I have had upholstery cleaned. Have light colored sofa and did not notice much difference in visible soil along corded cushion edges. Not sure any cleaning process would have better results. Did not renew it visibly, but at least I know it is clean.

The young man who cleaned our carpets, took longer to get equipment out of van than it took to clean carpets from being to when he was done. Not happy with his quality of work! WILL not use Stanley Steamer again for carpet cleaning.

The gentleman showed up at 8am and left at 8:38am, they attempted clean my entire living room and two bedrooms. I questions the staff poor work ethic. I then was able to clean the area with my own clean. My water is still gross as if he never touched it. The young guy worked really fast and did not take his time at all. I though we was just vacuuming, though I thoroughly cleaned everything. Very unsatisfied and will be calling customer service after this review. Never again

I was sorely disappointed with my experience. I am a loyal customer with Stanley Steamer and this is the second case that I’ve been disappointed with their service so this will be my last time I use them for their services. First, They called me earlier than my scheduled window and unfortunately I wasn’t available to meet them earlier than scheduled. Then, they showed up an hour outside of my window which was a huge inconvenience. Second, It was not explained well the cost and breakdown of the fee for service so I ended up paying $40.50 for no service simply to meet their minimum. If they would’ve explained to me the cost breakdown, I would’ve signed up for an additional service to get to the minimum fee so I wasn’t just dumping money for no service. Lastly, I also had a $25 off any cleaning service coupon which they did not honor because they said it could only be used on services greater than $150. That is NOT caveated on the coupon. This is false advertising. Once again, I’m very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Scheduled cleaning was supposed to be 12-3. Cleaners didnt show up until 5. Couldnt get a hold of anyone all day. Never received any professional call notifying of delay. The cleaners did a great job. Poor lack of management and the higher ups. Management doesnt seem to have a clue on how scheduling works. Would recommend manger training of the higher ups

They actually arrived a little ahead of schedule (but did call first) and started right away. Afterwards we went around and reviewed the carpeted areas. They explained very plainly why certain areas still had stains (which I totally understood the reasons) and what steps we could take to help lessen dirt in the future.

I have never had my ducts cleaned before so did not know what to expect. The three men that came were very polite and nice. The gentleman that worked downstairs on the first floor cleaned and wiped down all the vents but the upstairs vents were not cleaned now this is a very old house and maybe they did so that is fine. My only real complaint on the service is my basement is covered in a grainy like soot. My furnace is in the basement but I did not think that the next room where my pantry is and the area where my treadmill is would have dirt and grim all over them. My canned goods and small kitchen appliances all need cleaned now. Like I said I have never used the service before but for $300 and having to spend a day cleaning downstairs I will not use it again

2 gentleman showed up on time, very professional and very polite cleaned the carpet and deodorized in 3 bedrooms, a den, and a living room dining area, they unfortunately couldnt get all the stains out but they got most of them all in all they did a good job

We have used Stanley Steemer for years now, and they always do a fine job. This cleaning was nicely done and the workers were friendly and polite. But after they left I felt more and more concerned that they werent wearing masks to come into our home. We havent had anyone in the house since the quarantine, and all indications are that the problem with COVID-19 is far from over. I would have expected the company to have strict rules in place to protect their customers. Peoples home environments have never been more sacred, and utmost care should be used when coming into the house for services. Im actually stunned there werent more precautions taken. Please revise this policy ASAP. Im sure you dont want to cause illness or death. Thank you.

Took 45 min to clean my living room and 2 couches! Arrived promptly and were very friendly. Coffee, juice and tea stains on my cream living room carpet came out completely, even after my own carpet shampooer couldn’t get them out!
