Once I decided to go w/ them they provided a pre-paid shipping label.I had an analysis and exact estimate in 2 days. Once I approved the work it was completed within 3 days. My external hard drive had stopped working when I least expected it to: while trying to save an Excel file. It hadnt been even a full three years since Ive bought it. I was absolutely distraught and didnt want to look at my external hard drive with inassessible data (at the time) as a electronic casket. And I didnt want to pay an arm and a leg just to examine the drive (from the place where I purchased it). Thankfully, after looking for and finding this company at the local level, then reading the reviews, I took a chance. COVID19 did complicate matters in dropping it off on-site.After getting the guidance in shipping and responsiveness, I was absolutely sold. I was later called was told what the issue was, the probability of my data being not being fully retrieved and when I should get a response. Sure nuff, I got a response letting me know the cost, the issue and possible retrievability of my data. I was then alerted with the great news that my data was retrieved in one piece and to review it and to get back to them if data was missing. I got it back with guidance. I got the new case and the data intact. At first, I thought was being tricked with some files being not opening and it almost scared me transparent. But thankfully, after a bit of searching and de-cluttering, my data was thankfully in one piece and accessible. Thank you all so very much for this. You are definitely on-deck should I have another issue like this.Keep doing what you do.
Im very pleased that I was able to get all of the files stranded on my drives! They had been trapped there for many years so I feared they were lost forever. Not the case. File Savers took care of it. Thanks, John!
These guys are the real deal. After a different company tried and failed to retrieve my data, I contacted File Savers. Not only were they able to recover all of my data, they did so within the time frame they promised and had great communication throughout, keeping me constantly updated on the situation and their progress.While I hope to never need their services again, if I do, I wouldnt hesitate to use them. You cant argue with the results and their friendly and supportive staff made a tough situation easier to deal with.Highest recommendation!
