I’ve always gone straight to the MVA for needs but with their 2 weeks out appointment slots, I tried this spot. It was a great, efficient experience. The owner was nice, explained what I needed and pretty much made the process painless. Highly recommend!

Was quick and painless. Lady took good care of me. I had a permanent registration with disabled veteran tags. They were able to transfer them over to a vehicle I purchased in North Carolina while I waited. No issues.

Renee at tags 2 go is always very helpful and pleasant! Making a normally unpleasant task such as registering a vehicle pleasant! Much better than going to the MVA! Definitely recommend giving them a visit!

Super friendly service, and crazy fast. Never braving the MVA again. I had a title issue that I thought was going to be a nightmare but they sorted it out quickly and were obviously very knowledgeable. Friendly and professional and excellent pandemic protocols in place. I wish more businesses were this courteous and obviously concerned about the health and well-being of both their customers and employees.

This title and registration place was perfect. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. I was able to handle all my registration and title needs for my car quickly and in one visit. The woman at the counter was super polite and informative. The social distancing and sanitary procedures here were great. They provided sanitizer at the door and only maintained no more than 2-3 people at a time (including the rep). It wasnt busy when I went and the wait wasnt too long. Id be happy to come back here in the future.

Had a great experience here on Friday. Very quick and responsive service. My issue with my title for my new vehicle was very involved and I cant even imagine what it would have been like if I had tried to deal with this at the MVA. It was sorted out quickly and professionally by the staff at Tags2Go. it isnt just about being easier than the MVA its about understanding the details and intricacies of the titling process. Its crazy complicated and I wouldnt trust anyone else to keep me on the road legally.

Im very pleased with the expert and professional service that I received from the young ladies at Tags2Go. Im so thankful that they have been open and available throughout the shut down, Ive used them a few times. They have stayed busy, but the wait is never too long - much much better than MVA. I will never go to MVA and stand in lines again. They are professionally addressing social distancing and sanitizing the store. I felt safe in the store.

My husband and I arrived at this location 5 minutes before they are scheduled to be opened for business. The door was already opened and we were greeted by the person behind the counter name, Kelly.Kelly gave us a superb service. She was very pleasant to talk to about our vehicle tags situation. She was a great listener and very professional with a nice smile the entire time. I know Covid is an issue, but 2 people were in the store, asked to wait. One person left, 3 people working in the store and I’m not allowed in. Store is large enough for six feet distance. The other employee at the front desk is working on paper work while I’m standing outside. So far a 30 minute wait. I have no paperwork in my hand because I have a question about the extent of services offered. They have an intercom system, they can see me, why doesn’t someone say is there something I can help you with? My total wait time 45 minutes. These people suck.

Fast, efficient, and very friendly. In and out and under 15 min. Much better than the DMV.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t know if they changed staff, ownership, or management but I did not get the 5-star service and treatment the previous reviewers are reporting here. The individual who I worked with did not like the way I was talking to her and, thus, wouldn’t help me. Additionally, when I apologized, the young lady told me that I was attacking her. I’m the type of person who always tries to make amends with people, so I asked the young lady what I did wrong to which she responded for me to seek counseling. Personally, I feel like something else was going on with the person helping and they, perhaps, shouldn’t have been taking customers. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. They may have had a bad day, I may have reminded them of someone who treated them poorly but, in any event, I will not be coming back and I hope others who have experienced the same treatment in the past never go back. I’m all about supporting local small businesses, however, this one definitely lost my patronage.

Im a local business owner with a growing fleet. Tags 2 Go will do anything in their legal power to ensure our company needs are met. Their staff and owner are polite, knowledgeable, and concise. Friendly staff and incredibly efficient! I had waited until the last minute to renew my registration. With my work schedule, visiting an MVA branch was next to impossible throughout the week, and they dont provide registration services on Saturday. I walked into the Tags2Go office, and was walking out with new tags within five minutes! A fantastic experience.

They appear to be closed as of 1:20 on a Thursday afternoon.ETA: talked to the owner, who was friendly and helpful. Got the information I needed to make the tags happen. I havent completed a transaction with the business yet, but Im hopeful things will go smoothly.

I went to have a title transferred. I didnt know what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. The young lady was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and quick. I was in and out in no time with all I needed and a smile on my face. I may never visit the MVA again. If you are in need of these types of services, I highly recommend Tags2Go.
