I have been with Jamila Coleman’s agency for YEARS ! Although it was a rocky start in the beginning because “I didn’t understand auto insurance” Jamila and her staff proceeded to help me ! Oscar was one of my favorite individuals in the office he always greeted me kindly and assisted me through all of my needs. I decided to send the office a Pizza and a few sodas because I truly APPRECIATE THEM ! !

Jamila Coleman is by far one of the BEST State Farm agents Ive ever had. She has gone above and beyond to assist me with issues and kept me updated on discounts that works best for me. Also Oscar is on his A game he never fails. She will go above and beyond to assist her customers needs, and she takes pride in getting to know her customers on a name basis,nothing is fake about her. Hands down Jamila will not disappoint you.

I wasnt with them long because I signed up for autopay and when it was time for me to renew my policy I called to make a payment and I was informed that somehow they had lost my card information and also that they cancelled my policy because of it. Even then I was willing to forgive and forget and just reactivate my policy but then I was told my rate had increased by almost $100 and I had to pay the last 4 months on top of the new amount. I politely declined. I now am with another insurance company and got a rate even lower than my initial rate that State Farm gave me. I want to personally thank them for the insurance lapse they caused me to receive because they failed to inform me they lost my information. Never again!!!

The entire office is ghetto and very unprofessional, tacky, lack of knowledge in the business. They rarely answer the phones when they do they are all lost and have no understanding of clients accounts give wrong info. they jacked my account up as well as my husbands account on more than one occasion. There is always different faces in the offices no one stays longer than 6 months. When calling and asking to speak with Ms. Coleman she is either never there or on the other line and she never return calls. They lie a lot and give wrong information out. Ms. Coleman has no clue what she is doing and neither does her 6 month staff crew which consists of 2 or 3 people. I have really learned my lesson when choosing convenience over knowledge and professionalism. I originally was looking for a great insurance agency that covered professionalism, courtesy, experience like anyone would expect. But I got just the opposite. So, if your looking for low class, high staff turn over, not much experience, lie on a regular, and never available. Then Jamila Coleman would be the agent for you. My husband and I left convenience for experience and I must say we are incredibly HAPPY!!!! I could go on and on about all the wrong doing that have been displayed by MS. Coleman office but there is not enough time in the day.I didnt want to give any star rating above because she should be closed down and reported to the BBB which Im doing next. But unfortunately the only way to post my review I had to click a star.So please be aware of JAMILA COLEMAN in Fort Washington Md.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
