Very pleasant when I called for information

I called to speak to someone concerning a business matter and I was hung up on. The second time I called their were patients in the background sounding as if they were in distress. I was on hold for 30 minutes. The person in charge seemed oblivious and disconnected and called me sketchy as I proceeded to ask to speak to someone who could better assist me.
