We recently took a trip to New England with Universal Travel. It was fabulous. Kristoff and his assistant, Armand, arranged a trip that was extremely scenic. very interesting historically and amazingly tasty. We saw beautiful buildings, incredible scenery, visited mountain tops and rocky sea shores with picturesque lighthouses, sailed on a sailing ship and harvested lobsters. Our every need was taken care of from our bags to meals, and they even helped one of our friends find a medical clinic when he felt unwell. The attention to detail was impressive. We will be looking to take another trip with them.

Little late on getting this posted, but well worth sharing. Last year my husband and I booked a trip to Malta through Universal with Landy, she did an awesome job. Everything was great, but when we were on our way home we were at the Malta airport at 5am, there was a issue, no fault to Landy, but this sweet lady had given me her cell# and I texted her in a panic, mind you it was 11pm here, she was ready willing and able to help us out, thankfully it did get taken care of. My point is, I recommend Landy at Universal, she goes above and beyond for her customers!Will definitely book with Landy again! ❤️

Karen has gone above and beyond to meet our family’s travel needs and rescued us from what would have been an overnight delay on an alternate flight that arrived at our destination even sooner than the original flight! Highly recommend!

They arent open on weekends so if you need help with your booking, good luck, youre on your own.
