The only dentist I have ever gone too since I moved to Fort Pierce in 1973. Everyone is nice and respectful. Barbara is gentle and thorough when she cleans my teeth. Dr. Long has always been caring and knowledgeable. Since he has expanded the staff, it is comforting to know that they are still caring and it stills feels like family.

Yesterday, I had to go in for a decay cleaning, filling and crown prep. I was a nervous wreck! Although I knew Id be numb, I was still very anxious about the procedure. After conveying this to the staff, Dr. Long prescribed me a sedative of my choosing to take the morning of the procedure. This relaxed me completely. I was totally ready! He was so gentle and explained everything that he was doing in great detail. I highly recommend Dr. Long and his staff! They are patient, kind and truly care about their patients. I have a few more services coming up and after yesterday, my dental anxiety has mostly subsided.

So relieved I found Dr Wierzbicki & wonderful staff. I was new patient & have so far had a thorough cleaning & now midway through a tooth implant (no pain except getting novocaine lol) & no problems. Also called to see how I was doing next day. Dr Wierzbicki & every one of various professional assistants caring & explain everything before & during work. Office is sparkling clean & beautiful with all diagnostic & radiology equipment right there. My previous dentist was skilled but office staff cold & over-billed. None of that here. Angi, super-star insurance billing person, pre-qualifies all charges so no surprises & saves you money wherever possible. Almost forgot... never waited more than 10 minutes either & they comply with all COVID-19 protocols. They are the best!!!!

Recently over a weekend, I experienced an infection in my gums, and put a call to Smooth Sailing Dental answering service.Dr. Long who called me back the same morning was able to prescribe a medication to deal immediately with the urgent issue and he recommended that I call his office to come in the very next Monday for an exam which I did.When I arrived that Monday, their Covid 19 protocols were thorough but quick.Dr. Longs dental hygienist was friendly, efficient and reassuring. After xrays and an exam Dr. Long assessed my problem and carefully explained what was occurring in my mouth.Before leaving the office the administrative assistant called an oral surgeon and lined up an appointment for a consultation with the oral surgeon, as well.I was very grateful for the kind, expeditious and professional treatment I received from Dr. Long and his staff.

Most of my visits I had experienced Kind and gentle care. However most recent visit I had unexpectedly had an incident after my cleaning I was given fluoride that was very gue and it was plastered to my teeth. When I got ready to eat it wouldnt rinse off, I had to use a toothbrush with pressure to get it off. I am sorry to have to present this information. I’ve been a patient at Smooth Sailing for about two years. A colleague of mine recommended them to me. I initially went in because I had an issue with an inflamed gum. After sitting for x-rays and an examination I spoke with the Dr. to find out my situation was worse than I thought...I was very skeptical...They came up with a regimen of procedures to get me to where I needed to be...I was really skeptical now...But after just a few visits I could feel the difference. A few more months and I could see the difference. I started getting compliments on my smile and for me, compliments from complete strangers just really boosts my confidence. They have changed everything about my mouth. The hygienist are very good at their job and the doctors know exactly what to do, the office staff is attentive (There’s never a wait), they have payment plans for patients who may find out their treatment my a little bit more expensive (Not like some of these other places where they try to wreck your credit). I needed a crown and just picked a dentist off the list my insurance company provided. From the moment I called and set the appointment with Sherri until I met Dr. Shah, I was extremely happy with my random choice. I had a terrible experience with the dentist when I was young and I explained it to the hygienist and the Dr and she was nothing short of amazing. She explained exactly what she was going to do and why she was doing it. She made extra efforts to make sure I was comfortable and wasn’t feeling any discomfort why she was doing the dental work. Have had alot of dental work so some nerves before going, but as a new patient the staff was very welcoming and comforting. The dentist explained everything thoroughly as did the hygienist and made it as painless as possible and I will be back from work!

Dr Shaw is the best dentist I have ever had. The entire staff is great to deal with. Kelly my Hygienist is very gentle and the only person I would let clean my teeth. Very happy with the entire experience and actually don’t mind going to the dentist know.

The nurse was great but the front desk lady kinda made me feel stupid and awkward! I didn’t have the money for my appointment because when I spoke with my insurance they advised me no oop. The nurse was very kind and understanding but again the lady at the front desk was nasty. She was whispering about me to the nurse before I went back. It was just so awkward I will not return.

It is always a pleasure going in for my appointment. My hygienist and Dr. Long work so well together and make me feel at ease and answers all of my questions. The staff is polite and courteous as well.

Tasha, Morgan & Dr. Wierzbicki took exceptional care of my dental emergency. I was in so much pain but my regular dentist had me wait 3 weeks for an appointment so a friend from MD found this office for me to squeeze me in asap. I was delayed in the process to relocate out west and the staff also expedited the root canal process which could’ve taken 3 weeks.Dr. Wierzbicki was very patient, gentle & informative, explaining how my pain was coming from an unexpected tooth. I was in denial but now I’m 100%!

Went for an evaluation and teeth cleaning. From the point of setting up the appt to actually seeing the doctor and hygienist was a great experience. You can tell they really care about giving their best and are so kind. They were also able to get in for an appt by the next day which made it very covenient. If I could give them 0 Stars I Would!!! When my mother called this place to get a quote to fix her one front tooth on her dentures, the lady said it would be $500!!!!! So We called another place right away, which said they can fix the one tooth for $110 & Within the same day as well! A whole new top of dentures is even cheaper then what this place wanted to fix just one tooth. What a rip off beware dont call or go to these people they will take you for everything!!!
