David was great to deal with at this pep boys. My car was not fixable unless paying more than it would be worth but I knew he was honest after a little research on the matter, and he was nice enough to offer suggestions on what I should do from there. He let me keep the car there for a bit until I could get it towed out. Good people here. Thanks David!

Got my ac fixed here and it started blowing hot 3 weeks later but I paid almost 500$ to get it fixed … mechanics and customer service seems like they just wanna trick you so that they can make a quick buck. I am a female and know nothing about cars I kind of felt like I was being over charged for my ac being fixed as I was told it was only “free on” I needed but getting charged 500$ … it was never about the money , I just wanted my car fixed. I feel like I am being taken advantage of. I will never come here again! And I will FIGHT to either have my money BACK or get my car FIXED PROPERLY

Scheduled my appointment online, same day, & was able to get in after work for what I thought was just an oil change! Went inside and David was very friendly and helpful when it came to my questions and concerns. After some inspection, it was determined that I needed new tires and windshield wipers (which was very true, wipers were old and tires were from used car.) He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and give me the best deal possible. Place is clean and the staff is super kind. Thank you David for the best service I’ve ever had and for being so kind. Will be going to you from now on.

Dave was one of the most professional guys I have ever met. I pulled in for some air but it turns out that I needed a whole new tire. They had me in and out in under an hour. I would highly recommend anyone to go this this location!

Mechanic told me he could hear the transmission in my car was about to go and to just trade it in, dont waste any money on the car. I did just that and things worked out.

Nice staff great customer service, greetings upon entry of the business, the part I was interested to buy was $74 more than it was a Auto Zone but so I mentioned that to the Rep and sure enough Pep Boys went $17 below that am a happy car owner.

We had a rental with a flat, and he did not have a replacement tire for us, but went out of his way to swap the spare tire, and then get us a replacement vehicle from the rental company. Bret was the immediate person to come over and help me when I came in, saying I needed a new headlight. Actually, he and another tech have me great service. (Chris, the cashier, was also terrific.) In addition to the headlight they told me my dog light was also out. I like that people were watching out for my car and me! Im one who always drives with my lights on- and drives a lot, so I need to replace a headlight bulb a few times a year. In addition to the great service, they had great prices. Im out of time now, but already checked... Ill be back next weekend to get my wipers replaced!

Stopped by in need of urgent tire repair half way through a five hour drive. Even though it was after business hours, these guys stayed late to help us out and get us home. Pep boys is lucky to have crews like this representing their brand. Big thanks to Abraham Castro and the rest of his team!

It was terrible. They told me on the phone the battery for our car is $158 and we drove from Okeechobee to Jupiter was exposed to several people and when we got there the battery was $219!. Well never bother with them again! Also we got the same battery in Okeechobee at Walmart when they got one in. $158.

This place will give it to you straight. No up sales, no hassle. Gabe is the man and went above and beyond to help me with a huge repair. I could go on for hours about how happy I was with the service. They found a customer for life.

I went here to get my brakes checked because they were squeaking but they told me I still had a lot of life left on my break pads. I was pleasantly surprised! The man at the counter was also very polite and got me in and out fairly quick. I really appreciated their honesty and helpful attitude.

Malcolm and his team were so kind last night as I arrived an hour before closing time. They diagnosed my problem as a cracked rim, explained my options, and installed the spare for me. Malcolm gave me clear instruction regarding driving on the spare since I had 100 miles to go before reaching home. Then...he did not charge me for their service! As a professional customer service trainer, I was VERY IMPRESSED with this store! Kindness, concern, and competency always win no matter what business your in! Thank you Malcolm!!

Experience was horrible they try to overcharge me by at least $500 they messed up my engine and now it doesnt run right it shakes and rattles I do not recommend this place for anybody I am calling the corporate office on Monday and getting a full refund post

I bought 2 hankook tires that lasted less than a year. I expressed how unsatisfied i was to the manager David. David asked me to come in and meet with him. Had a 9a. appt for an oil change. No one helped at the counter till about 15 min later. Turns out that there was only 1 person working with both the cars AND at the front desk, waiting for another employee to come in. (Ended up being about 45 min backed-up) Once my car was in the bay, I was done within 30 min or so. They were very professional and have always been great with both cars in our household, MUCH better than the Just Brakes place that it USED to be. (4 stars is for the wait time, since I had an appt) I would still recommend them! Thanks guys!!!!!

Always try to upsell you and get you to spend more money than needed. The employees are nice and work very hard. This is a corporate structural problem.

Dishonest. Several months I went to another Pep Boys in Orlando that told me I needed my brake pads replaced, yet made the mistake of coming down to this Pep Boys for it to be done only for them to tell me I needed a different, more expensive repair done instead. Contacted Pep Boys corp before having the repair done about the discrepancies, and was told that if the problem returned after the repair, it would be remedied. Not even a year later, the problem still comes and goes and they seem to have conveniently lost the information given during the phone call to corporate. One pricey repair Ive come to learn I didnt even need, Im guessing in the hopes that Id come back and try again with them so they could squeeze more money out of me. Dont recommend, wont be returning to this or another Pep Boys again.

Great service and fair price. We made an appt, and they got our car in and out in a timely manner. So glad that we brought it here. Very knowledgeable technician and great warranty on their work.

Had a bike chain that needed to be shortened? Counter help tried to tell me that a tire and repair shop doesnt have a grinder. In other words, he didnt want to be bothered with my tiny problem. Went to Bumper to Bumper paint and repair? They were more than happy to help. So much for the chain stores. Ill go to the little guy every time.

These people do great work (even if they arent a super center which has a parts store they can still order parts and do tires, breaks, ect. Sometimes its a wait so call ahead first but they are honest and cool

I have previously bought 4 tires with these people about $450 then for every oil change which is promoted for 19.99 but after fees still comes out to $30.00 two of my tires went bad and I have used 30,000 on tires and its supposed to get 65,000 but instead of honoring warranty they want to investigate and find every way not to replace tires.i will never give them my business again nor refer anyone and will tell any and everyone not to go to the establishment

If you go to this shop, please do not leave your car unattended. Please remain at the shop and watch the mechanics. I had a free oil change receipt which was not honored. I paid for other services to be performed. Allowed a family relative to look at the car and the things the mechanics at Just Breaks stated they completed and fixed were not changed at all. Please do not pay in cash.

Grandparents just went last week and ended up leaving with damage to parts of their car that they didnt go in for. Had pieces and parts from the different cars strewn about the floor of the shop. Ended up having to take it to another shop to get the problems fixed after being ripped off here.

Changed my oil and didnt secure the cap. Lost about a quart of oil but went back and they replaced. Also didnt secure the air filter compartment properly. I will not be returning. So disappointed!
