I recently purchase a fridge, the owner there was really nice. It’s been taking a long time to get here but he was able to give me a better discount. Hoping it gets here soon.

My experience at Sears home store was okay. The in store and online selection is limited. The male employee was very helpful while trying to locate a refrigerator for me. Unfortunately it was no longer in stock in the store, and it was also unavailable online.

These guys are awesome had a lil issue with a couple of ratchets that I got and they fixed the problem right away. Great people Great store and Great customer service

Order a refrigerator in April. Pay for it in advance. Was supposed to be delivered on May 16th ,delivery date got pushed back to June 16th still do have it. And was told it was definitely going to be there on the 16th got rid of old refrigerator away to a charity. Now we are without, trying to get a refund and getting the run around. At store now was supposed to owner when open at 9am. Past that now no one here. Update to review after a couple months the store Manger made thing right a got our refrigerator today had in a different color but it ok. After doing so.e research not his fault, but the main warehouse fault for not updating him to last minute and he couldnt update us tillage minute because the suppliers keep changing the delivery date.

Great couldnt get credit but they were very kind!

Would have loved to bought my appliance there but there was a delivery fee and Home Depot had free delivery so that made my decision.

Sears ripped my new floor when installing new refrigerator. Paid over $900 for refrigerator with installation. Also refrigerator doors and handles were not properly aligned, etc.Update: Stonewalling from Sears. Sears has failed to correct the problem. This is the latest email from Sears, on April 28, 2018:Hello A claim was processed ad files with the installation service that performed delivery In researching this had absolutely nothing to do with the locally owned store in ft Pierce that you gave a poor review tooThe owner works hard to run his business and supports his communityCan you please retract your review ?I will followup with claimRegards

Lousy , very little product instore basicly an internet outlet for stuff.

I seldom give 5 star ratings to places that really deserve them because they are mostly discounted by us as given generally Lazy Reviewers or Relationships. This is a Great Mom & Pop Sears Store struggling to stay afloat in this internet/bigbox littlman eating world. I bought a washer and dryer set 5years ago, the owner came out and did the tricky install (door removal, tight fit, sweating just remembering) without additional fees. My only complaint is he took the protective plastic off; I keep it on, hey, its there for a reason! Im now looking for a generator and I see these pretty frivolous/questionable complaints and I say: Support your Local Community.Take those yard sale tools to a larger store. I bet if I looked at that gouged floor itd find year-old dirt. Stop trying to get money from nothing; Obama is no longer in office, time to wipe your own Bobo. Get it Got it Good. Go Army 🇺🇲

My husband purchased his Lawntractor at this Sear Outles store and told me how helpful Carlos was at this store. So when Christmas came around I decided to use the knowledge of someone who knew more about Air Compressors than I. Have to say that Carlos helped me purchase the perfect Compressor for my husband. Hubby is a happy camper....and so am I. It was nice to be able to shop in the same town I live and not have to travel to adjoining cities to make my purchase.

They will make every effort to give you the best price & service. The owners are hands on to assure that you are always happy.

Terrible service, came in to ask about getting a Sears credit card and to look for a new Washer machine. Found the washer machine I wanted, but got no information on the credit card. Waited for 40 mins to speak to Maria who had been gossiping with a customer since I entered the store. She kept saying Ill be with you shortly but kept gossiping, I waited for at least 40 minutes. The service here was terrible and I can not believe I had to wait so long to talk to her to end up not getting any information.

Rude employee!! Tried to exchange some broken craftsman wrenches and ratchets but because some are rusted and dirty they refused to replace them although they were broken. Tools that are used in mechanics do have a tendency to get greasy, rusted, and dirty! Terrible experience!!

Do not forget to question everything under their why not lease it program for appliances i bought a real nice mower and asked if everything even the blade is covered under warranty and they said yes no matter what the part is i have been leasing this for over a year with full warranty and so today i called and asked for a new blade for the first time and they said they dont so obviously they have liars working for them maybe they should have a general manager investigate
