I dont use the weights or anything I use the tanning bed and the massage beds definitely worth the money

I have been going here for a couple of years, and even though I moved to the other side of town, I like this pf enough to drive the extra 20 minutes one way to go here. Its lay out and staff are better than closer locations.

I’m in LOVE!! It feels like back to normal, with added face masks walking in. I love you can workout and remove your mask at your area. The staff is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been in twice now and everyone is super sweet, you can tell they are smiling through their mask ☺️ And it’s very welcoming. Loving the black card special! My Tour Guide, Kate was friendly and competent. She made the sign up process easy, simple and enjoyable.I like the spaciousness of the gym and the wide variety of machines available. The hours are covenient and the atmosphere inside the gym is conducive to serious exercise, as it should be.I particularly like the bring a guest feature and the Hydrobed is absolutely outstanding!All this at an unbeatable price!As a Black Card Member, Im enjoying the best Planet Fitness has to offer. I love it!

We exercise here on a weekly basis. Everyone wears masks. I feel very safe and comfortable in the gym.

I am canceling and switching to anytime fitness for 2 reasons:1. At AnyTime fitness, masks are recommended NOT required2. AnyTime fitness does not close early while planet fitness gyms are using covid as an excuse to close way early

Great gym, love the size and quality and nice employees. But I really dont like how there is only 4 Smith Machines and I always wait for 20-30 minutes just to get on one and everyone is trying to get on one. They should add more Smith Machines and take out some of those Treadmills which there is too many of. 😉💪🏼

I know because of Covid people are trepidatious about going to the gym. Ive been a member here for well over a year. Obviously I was worried about going back again, but they have done a good job of social fitnessing. Every other machine is taped off marked unusable. Now this might make you think that theres not enough machines for everyone, but theres plenty. I rarely find myself having to wait on a machine and even if I do have to wait a few minutes theres plenty of other things I can work while waiting. Theres cleaning stations everywhere and hand sani. The folks working there are always very friendly and willing to help wherever necessary. Each PF has a personal trainer the Black Card holders can use free. I have yet to personally utilize them, however I see them frequently and their classes aint no joke! Love my gym!

The new location is clean and staff are friendly. The change to the position of the stationary bikes was needed and appreciated. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud. I still like this gym over all others.

After visiting several Planet Fitness locations. This one is at the lower end of the scale For several reasons. The treadmills are the older ones. With no headphone jack to watch the TV.as for the TVs. They are small in comparison to other Planet Fitness locations. The mens bathroom is only equipped with two toilets. The lockers are the old cage style from years ago. A would be thief would simply look at the contents to see if it is wort cutting a lock for. As the recently did in St. Louis Missouri. And there are no ceiling fans as in other Planet Fitness to circulate the air. The showers are poorly lit. And has no place to dress in private. The music piped in is more suited toward teenage girls. And the drug cartels. SINCERELY Rebecca is not returning to this Planet Fitness

Gym is clean, staff is helpful and polite. Gym is not too busy, you can get a good work out within your timeframe.

There are less people if you go early. Im glad they require patrons to wear their masks while not actively working out. People are really good at keeping their distance, and every other cardio equipment is blocked with a piece of paper with an enjoyable pun of Social Fitnessing. Plenty clean, and the sanitizing items are posted everywhere and kept full.

The staff at the PSL Federal Planet Fitness gym are professional and friendly. Always available to assist and the gym is clean. The trainer and training sessions are extremely helpful with instruction and making one feel comfortable using the equipment and meeting my goals.

Havent been there yet but their prices are half what the place in Ft Pierce charges. Took the virtual tour and the place looks really nice. Ill be going there as soon as I find a work out partner.

This is my happy place! Planet Fitness is my first experience actually joining a gym and it is worth every penny. The staff is upbeat and welcoming, the other patrons are respectful, and all the equipment is in excellent working order and clean. They enforce a no judgement policy so that everyone feels welcome. We are all just trying to better ourselves and thats what its all about. You can purchase small items here like locks for the lockers, gym bags, cooler drinks, etc. This location has tanning booths and 2 massage chairs, which black card members can use. They also have a spacious locker room with private showers and changing rooms. Other locations have other features, including lie-down full body massage beds and hydrotherapy.

Outstanding facility, but even better staff. Kit (manager) is welcoming, knowledgeable, and provides outstanding customer service. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is at all interested in physical fitness .... mild and stress free or intense. You will love this place.

For the price nobody else comes close. I could pay 3 times more, but I don’t need a pool, basketball court or smoothie bar. It is always clean and well maintained. Especially love the 3 stair climbers! Wish there were more room in the stretching area but that’s my only complaint.

The manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. This evening two people there an older woman with Ted her and the young skinny manager gave me the hardest time because of my am bag I have been bringing with me for 4 months to work out I carry my inhaler because of my asthma the were very unprofessional- nasty and rude. I have been going to gyms all my life and I have never been treated so badly I will be contacting Headquarters tomorrow with my complain I have more then 20 professional friends that work out here too and I will be passing on this behavior they all have had a an in counter the the manager

Not what I thought to be at all I will be going back to LA fitness and they to just charged me 6 dollars after my cancellation today When they told me I wouldn’t be charged and I called my bank and had it stop before it processed and block them in my account in case they keep trying to charge me will be having my mOther cancel her member ship to and join me in LA fitness the gym that makes me feel confident an ambitious.

The facility is nice (N. Port St. Lucie US1) and the people who work out there are all very friendly. HOWEVER, the manager is beyond rude. She comes to work everyday to feel superior to those of us who are working out and clearing our heads in a judgement free zone. She is constantly singling out and choosing individuals to harrass with rules that she only enforces at her leisure while laughing at their reaction when she chooses to enforce them. When she does decide to indicate what the rules are, she has such a tone that would make anyones immediate reaction become defensive.The wait time for machines can be lengthy due to people sitting on machines while playing on their phones.3 different occasions in 2 months where this manager has been relentless and semi aggressive. Time to find a new gym... But would love to come back when she and her sidekick are not there.

Prior to this review, I read other reviews to see if customers were experiencing the same issues at this location, which I just experienced. “Targeting” I’m partially at fault here; However, today’s employees were intentionally targeting me, to gain a reaction.Approximately one week ago I was approached by an employee, who wasn’t present today, because I was talking on my cell phone. I was tough on her due to witnessing customer after customer utilizing their phone’s via Bluetooth earpieces, without recourse. I was admittedly at fault.Today I was working out at the back of the gym, when I received a phone call. I ran to the corner and knelt down to answer because it was cover number from the West Palm Beach courts, so I wouldn’t know the call back number. The call would have taken less than 30 secs. Staff immediately approached me, interrupting my conversation, then asked me to move to the front of the business. Again, based off gym rules, I was at fault.With that said I watched 3 different persons, two on Bluetooth/one on a physical phone having extended conversations, on the gym floor (today), with multiple employees walking around cleaning machines. I was angered, but kept it to myself.Shortly following, I went to the timed workout zone to complete 10 sets of biceps. There were approximately 20 customers in the gym, zero were in the timed workout zone. Within 60 secs, staff approached and advised if I didn’t workout between green light red light then I needed to leave the area and return to the main floor. Recognizing the staff was trying to gain a reaction out of me, I calmly explained that another customer was using the main bicep machine so I came here to use this one. She reiterated her initial direction.Let it be noted that I’ve witnessed customers consistently use the time workout area without following the green light red light rule.I removed myself from the timed workout area and videoed the current status of the gym, so I could make a formal complaint. Staff immediately confronted me stating videoing and taking photos are a violation of gym rules, which is true; However, was unknown to me at that time. I became verbally upset towards the staff because this was clearly a game to them.Let it be noted that I’ve witness customers consistently video themselves and taking selfies while working out.I went and finished my workout, then started to walk out the front doors. All staff, except the male trainer, who was on the floor training a customer, made sure to sarcastically tell me to “Have a great day.”I’m wrong for getting upset with staff because two wrongs definitely don’t make a right, but their intentions to antagonize me are very clear.I have video, from inside the gym, at the time of this incident. It shows present customers and no one being inside the timed workout area. I get it’s a “rule”, but it’s also about making a judgement call and not intentionally harassing the customers.I’ve been with Planet Fitness for several years. No problems. I move to this location and now I’m experiencing these issues.

The staff is very friendly and the assistant manager mike is awesome but the manager she is a liar. I work at customer service myself and i understand not every customer is right but they have cameras if i was lying i wouldn’t of asked to check the cameras. I’m sorry but In this case the manager is wrong and she has very bad customer service skills, half the time she looks like she don’t even want to be at work.

Good gym in my humble opinion. Nice and friendly staff. They keep it clean. The other patrons are nice and respectful, for the most part. I went with the no contract option, and was never pressured to go the other way. Unlike all the other gyms I have visited where they are very pushy, and the staff have the aura of used car salesman.I highly recommend this gym to people of all fitness levels, except very advanced or hardcore bodybuilders/weight trainers. I say this because the dumbbells only go up to 75lbs, and there are only smith machines for heavy compound exercises such as, barbell bench presses or squats.

Planet fitness is a great beginner gym if you’re new to the fitness community.They got the essentials to get you started from head to toes. Expect the usual, dumbbells, barbells, Smith machines, cables, treadmill just to name a few. Great staff and always cleaned. Good space between everything thing. The only downside side to all planet fitness is the lack of free weight bench press, squats and deadlifts, the three main compound movements to get bigger and stronger. Another downside I noticed is that a lot of people here don’t really take their workouts seriously, they just go sit on the machine and just sit there and are on the phone for most of the time ruining it for the people who are seriously trying to get in shape and are on a time frame. Other than that it’s a decent gym.

It’s very clustered not enough space in the stretch area and no one to even ask a question to the ladies at the front don’t even seem motivated nor like they even want to be there it’s a gym you have to have gym worthy looking people in the front that’s where it all start. I brought an aunt of mine and had to pay $10 dollars when every other gym give at least a 3 day pass planet fitness in whole is just a mess .

This place is SO CLEAN! I always see workers walking around cleaning while i am there. That makes me feel even better!

This is not my Planet Fitness, So it is nice to be able to have access to the gym when traveling. However, some of the older gyms dont have all of the massage and spa services that my home Planet Fitness has. (Hence the 3 stars)

Very good ! Humble staff and the only flaw with planet fitness is that they charge you the yearly maintenance fee 2 months after you sign up even tho you havent been there a year. For that i give 3 stars out of five. If they change that dumb policy i will give PF a 5 star. Read the fine print people.

Too small for the towns population. Every time i go the equipment i want to use is in use. A 45 min. Workout turns into a 2 hour spectacle. The staff is nice and friendly. The manager is a shoe nazi and wouldnt let me workout cause of my shoes. Theyre open 24/5 instead of 24/7. And the a/c isnt as cold as other planet fitnesses Ive been to in about 5 states. The extra star is cause the staff is really great.

This place is a joke. I was having trouble trying to get into my online account to change the account in which my dues are set up to come out of. I called the front desk and the lady said oh I’ll take your card information change it. Well she didn’t change it and now I have accrued $130 in nonsufficient funds fees from my old account because planet fitness kept trying to take money out of an account that had no money in it. When I called to ask about it they basically told me there’s nothing that they can do because they don’t take card information over the phone so now I’m screwed out of money thanks planet fitness 👌🏼

I went in there to try to talk with an employee, the employee saw me even tho shes all the way in the back, ignored me and was just chit chatting with someone else. Worst customer service ever. Literally waited patiently for a long time and not even a little bit of concern for the customer!

Its a little smaller than other gyms, but still has a great variety of equipment and its well organized and clean.

Staff gets 5 stars since they know me by name, are friendly and awesome. Subtracting one star from overall rating because I wish they had more of certain equipment (Stairmasters, ellipticals, and some of the strength machines) and a larger stretching area. I understand that this is up to corporate and this location is smaller than most, but I wish they had made the locker rooms smaller or something in order to accommodate just a few more of the most popular machines. Even when its not very busy (less than half of the cardio being used) I find myself waiting 10, 15 minutes for equipment.
