I’ve been dealing with Bradley, jack, kim, and these guys for about 17 years now. They have always bent over backwards to help with warranty and insurance claims. They take the time to talk to you and explain things in detail. It’s nice to have a dealer that treats you like they are concerned about your business.

Nothing goes perfect but it’s how you handle the issues after the fact. I had an issue on a Friday afternoon and a GM answered my call after 4pm and said I would hear from someone at the corporate office that day. Josh called me immediately and said he would make things right. I got a follow up call from Josh after 7pm, on a Friday, to let me know that the issue would be resolved in the morning. True to their word, they stepped up, did the right thing and some. Thanks to Josh, Brian, Megan, Kirk and Alan.

No complaints about anyone or anything at this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the company I work for rents different machines from time to time! I like the variety of different sizes of the same machine I need or different attachments for the equipment I operate!

Florida Coast Equipment has treated us wonderful from day one. Bobby helped us over the weekend to buy our Compact Tractor, then Kym became our permenant salesman and he has taken great care of us, even a year after having our tractor. The service department is bar none in Customer Service. Kristine has been great each time my tractor, Frank, needed his services. John, our mechanic, has done a wonderful job with Frank. Recently had the motor replaced on my RTV400ci. Certainly not impressed that the complete motor had to be replaced with 131 HOURS of use. The machine was used for going back in forth to my shop on a five acre tract and NEVER left the property. I believe, with some difficulty, Josh did what he could on price consideration.Anyway, after getting over the ridiculous price, I must say the service I received is seldom seen in this industry or anywhere today.Kristin was OUTSTANDING in keeping me posted with motor delivery to her facility, shop progress (excellent) and delivery. She is truly an asset for Florida Coast Equipment.I bought a tractor with front end loader and grader at the same time i bought this machine. Jack Childs was the salesman and even though that was five years ago, I still remember that (his) EXCELLENT service as well.The PURCHASE AND SERVICE dealings speaks well of this Company.

I recently had repair work on my tractor done @ Florida Coast Equipment. I dealt with Kristin in the service dept.She was very efficient an helpful keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair.The way she handled their customer service puts her at the top of my list.Great job Kristin.....!

We were so impressed with the service department and with the service manager KristinShe kept us informed almost daily with the status of the repair and what parts were needed and ordered. Bobby Chason is by far the ONLY reason we chose to purchase from Florida Coast Equipment in Fort Pierce. I was actively shopping around for a specific machine that would meet our needs and while the competition severely dropped the ball, Bobby did not. He did everything he said he was going to do and then some. From start to finish he made the deal headache free and actually extremely pleasant. If this company had clones of Bobby in every one of their locations, I guarantee your sales would double and would have no doubt every customer would return. I know this because we are. Currently working on another equipment purchase and if it werent for Bobby, we would have walked away. Ive bought multiple machines from here and also have my machines serviced here and have always been treated like family. If youre looking to buy big equipment or small equipment I would definitely recommend stopping by. Kim was an awesome salesman and is very knowledgeable with all their types of machines.

We had a very difficult wiring meltdown problem with our JCB backhoe. Pete was an excellent technician and even spent time with our driver after the repair to go over problems, maintenance and some tips for continued good use. Kacey the office manager was amazingly friendly and helpful over the phone whenever I had to call, even, through some management changes. Felt like they were really trying to give me the best service possible . (And NO I am not related to anyone there.) Thank you so much.

Fast and easy to rent all kinds of equipment.

The parts department ia the worst. They dont order the right parts, they somtimes dont order them at all. If your lucky, they may call you to tell you your parts are in, but thats if your lucky.It took me 4 trips and over a month to get the right parts from them. From now on I will get my parts from Seabring, its twice as far from me but I will only have to go once.

Looking at a $40,000 piece of equipment and they dont even come out to check on you and see if you need anything. When you go to find someone they only stare at you like your an alien. Not the same as the Palm beach store. I guess they get enough buisness here that my 40k doesnt matter.

Bought a trailer and they wont stand behind there product. Buyers beware Ill never buy anything from them.
