Mike has been servicing the company I work for and has always done a great job. Always very professional and very responsive. From the moment I heard Mike’s voice on the phone during my initial call to him, I felt good about him. He came off as very knowledgeable and comforting. Both of those traits were important, as I was very worried about what had happened to my computer. It became clear early on during his service call that the problem was not going to be easy to diagnose. The issue’s cause was not obvious.Mike rolled up his sleeves and was extremely persistent, eventually identifying and fixing the problem.Chatting with him while we were waiting for things to load or process, I learned that he manages networks and computers for government organizations and large businesses as well.He is a very high-level professional and the only person I will call from now on when I have a computer issue.One more thing: Even though he doesn’t normally work on weekends he offered to come on a Saturday because he knew he otherwise wouldn’t be able to get to me until Tuesday. If he hadn’t done that I would have lost two days of work. Thank you, Mike!

Great computer repair service. He picked up computer at my school and fixed it over the weekend and had delivered back to my school location Monday morning zoom class . No extra travel for me. Also gave extra support over the phone to fix a small issue. Good service. Thanks
